They clearly care more about their time than their patients. I got caught in traffic and called to say I was late. So they called me and told me I need to reschedule. Bc they close at 2pm and it was 1:11 my appointment was at 1:00pm. I guess the fact that I had to take off of work and I don’t control traffic is not important. Will never go back.

I have experienced a lot of bad places when it comes to dental offices. I decided to give Advanced Dental Concepts a chance after finding their crazy cheap new-patient deal through their website. I have to say that I’m glad I went there. The staff are polite and welcome you into the office and it feels like someone welcoming you into their house. This was a horrible. I paid for this but until I drive hours back to Hammond I will most likely never get my X-rays. I have never left a bad review, but I called these people so many times and begged them to send my dental X-rays. I even called them on a different phone and a very nice person named T answered but they will not send my records through email. If they lost them they can be honest but I need a dental surgeon and they refuse to send the X-rays. I am calling the better business bureau. I called there emergency number. I left messages. The people were very nice. I called the office manager and T so many times. Maybe different people work there.

Advanced Dental Concepts without a doubt has the best staff I’ve ever come across in a dental and orthodontic clinic. I came in to have a couple cavities filled right after I had a lunch meeting and let them know I didn’t have time to brush my teeth before the visit. Instead of chastising me, they gave me a free bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and mouthwash with a wink and a smile. They also offered up a shake since it was going to be at least a few hours until I could eat a meal again. I’m pretty sure I’ve found the dentist I’ll be going to for the rest of my life and can’t recommend them enough.

Advanced Dental Concepts offers Hammond a great dentist office and the welcoming employees at the front desk are so nice! I went to their office with a pretty bad cavity and I was told that I’d probably need to have some intense work done, including a root canal and a crown to keep my teeth working as they should. But while Dr. Oza was prepping my mouth and the tooth for the upcoming procedures, he broke the news to me that everything could be taken care of with a simple filling. His careful attention ended up saving me what would have been hundreds of dollars. I feel like I can really trust the people at Advanced Dental Concepts and that they’re actually looking out for me and my mouth’s best interests. They don’t come across like they’re just trying to get more money out of me, which has worked because I really hope to be a lifelong customer.

Great pediatric dentist near us. I did not have a hard time convincing my children to go see their dentist since they love going there. I like their space maintainers which allowed space for the permanent teeth to move , my youngest daughter Allison have space maintainers.
