This is a 5 star dental clinic! The office doesn't feel cold like some offices can feel. It's cozy and welcoming. I'm always greeted by the friendliest staff. My wait is always brief and I'm always in and out for my 6-month cleaning in 45 minutes or less. Of course, most importantly, the cleaning experience is as pleasant as it can be. The staff does a great job of explaining each step and what to expect next. They always check to see if I'm comfortable and not in pain. I can't recommend enough!!

Searching for a new dental provider can be daunting with so many options available. A Brighter Smile stood out for me with the many 5 star reviews! Other things I appreciated were online scheduling and paperwork and located within a 5 minute drive. But, I knew after my first visit that i would never go anywhere else for dentistry. They just make you feel cared for right away with friendly and competent staff then follow with state of the art treatment to aid in making procedures as comfortable and pain free as possible. I was in search of a new dentist. I was a former patient at Shreveport-Bossier Family Dental and Robert Hill in Bossier. I read the reviews and I decided to try them out. I am glad I did! I give one star only because the front office staff got me in quickly and was very nice. I went in with a broken tooth and they wanted me to pay $300 upfront to the procedure. They would not work with me and take what I could pay so they refused to fix my broken tooth and told me to come back when I could pay the $300. Then I was escorted to the front like I was a criminal and yelled at by the lady from the business office. I canceled my daughters future appointment with them and will never be back. I also called and made a complaint which I never received a call back. I have never been treated so poorly in my life !

I found out about A Brighter Smile from an ad in the newspaper that had a free whitening treatment for new patients if you came and got your teeth cleaned so I made and appointment. When I walked in, I immediately felt welcome. I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned because it had been a while, but they made me feel at home. The procedure went great and I have gone there ever since. I even got my brother to go there. I love the staff the most about going and they always give away things! I had a rather challenging dental procedure this morning. Dr. Brouillette was my dentist, and Jessica was his assistant. I almost never write reviews, but today's visit is worth mentioning. From the minute I walked in their office, I was met with smiling friendly faces. Dr. Brouillette did an outstanding job with the procedure, but the star of the show was Jessica. Her "chair side" manner was fabulous. She helped make a very tense procedure almost palatable. Her smile is infectious. I love these guys! The customer service is top notch, and they really go above and beyond to ensure their patients' comfort. Their equipment is seriously next gen too. When they fitted me for my partial, they didn't even have to do a mold (which we all know is messy, nasty tasting, and uncomfortable). They were able to just scan my mouth with a wand and create a 3D computer image. How cool is that?! They also have chairs in the rooms in case you need somebody in there with you for moral support, and the exam chairs have massage and warming features. Color me impressed. (plus, they give you great swag on your first visit LOL)

3 strikes and you’re out! Highly recommend NOT going to this place especially if you’re military! First time I went in for a cleaning and everyone was so friendly, but after cleaning they told me repeatedly the Dr would be right in. 35 min after cleaning he finally came in and said he was in surgery. Second time I had to get a light filling nothing deep bc it wasn’t for a cavity but 2 months later I’m still unable to eat anything on that side of my mouth. They don’t use the mold impression for a Night guard , but a fancy picture machine. When I had to pick up my $400 night guard I said 1 side keeps stabbing me in the gums and it hurts she said it’s supposed to and I said I can’t chew on that side of the mouth. The dr said it’s impossible bc he didn’t do a deep filling and put numbing gel again over my tooth. It still hurts now for 2 months, but I don’t trust these people Third strike is getting into an argument with one of the ladies at the desk over military insurance. She said she had my dental insurance but needed my medical insurance. I told the lady repeatedly my military ID card is my insurance card (the same card they took a copy of) she kept placing me on hold to talk to someone and kept coming back saying, “ma’am again we have your dental insurance but I need your actual medical card insurance information.” I told her for the 4th time on the phone call that the ID card is the insurance card and I can give her the same benefits number that they already have on file. She said, “let me have that benefit number and if it gets rejected bc it’s not an insurance card we will just bill you for the full price.” I gave her the same number on my card that they have and said, “like hell you’ll bill me for the full amount!” And hung up on her.

Let me first say, these guys are PERFECTION in human form. I mean, I have absolutely NEVER been so thrilled with overall customer service. From the very moment when I received my requested phone call to schedule my consultation to each individual visit. The staff is openly friendly, offered me coffee and freshly baked cookies. The building is stunning, clean, and organized. I had a horrible experience with previous orthodontist and quite a complicated situation. However, expressing my concerns with Dr. Thuy and considering I already have braces I was worried they wouldn’t accept me or think of me as too difficult. She was kind, courteous, engaging, and most importantly empathetic to my everything but simple situation. She reassured me that I am in the right place and I don’t have to look any further because she would be more than happy to help me. The hygienist was very sweet as well! I immediately got started on my paper work and have had my second visit and again I received that same exceptional experience. Second visit was with Dr. Andrew and he too was very sincere and passionate about what steps we needed to take to correct my teeth! I am beyond excited about my next appointment which includes removing my current braces and starting new ones (out with the old, in with the new)! They have made everything painless even with switching from old orthodontist to them, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line & they took care of the rest. I am utterly amazed because you just can’t get that kind of service anymore, especially not with each individual you come into contact with. Every person at A Brighter Smile gets an A+ in my book! An amazing and caring experance for us and for our daughter that has special needs. This is the first dentist that we have been able to find that would treat her full dental needs. We were able to go and have her sedated so that she could receive a full thorough cleaning and exam. The staff is friendly, and their Anesthesiologist called throughout the day to make sure she was recovering well. I can't say enough good things about this amazing dentist office. Yes, I can, the expense was not nearly as much as we thought it was going to be. Thank you for the wonderful service you provided to us.

Very nice staff...female doctor amazing and Shannon was very attentive in assisting me with what I needed, but their prices are ridiculously high and they would rather do a single X-ray to charge you more money than to do a full dental X-ray and cleaning which is free to you through your insurance...this place is money hungry and I have no intentions on returning; too many other great places with fair prices for that!!!!

I have put off going to the dentist for over eight years because I'm terrified from prior experiences with dentists. After looking around, I decided on A Brighter Smile Dental Care, and it has been the best decision. It is nice not having to deal with grouchy people. The moment you stepped inside has a calm atmosphere unlike other doctor offices.The dental chairs were not omninus and felt relaxing and not somethkng out of a horror film. Did I mention how fast they got me in? Plus, I got a goodie bag for being a new patient. After my dental cleaning, we quickly scheduled my next appointment to get my cavities fixed. I brought my headphones so I could listen to my audio book to calm my nerves. The time flew by and it was over before I even knew it! The next appointment I came in and had not been having a good day. I forgot my headphones and was edgy with nerves. The dentist walks in and asks where my headphones were so I told him. He mentioned they had headphones on hand! So, Jennifer M. quickly grabs some headphones for me. I never would have believed that going to the dentist would be the best part of my day. Now I can feel better going to the dentist now I'm in great hands. The employees are calming and always have a friendly smile on their face. They will take the time to answer any questions you have to help you.

I had my first appointment today, and I have to say it was BY FAR the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The environment is so warm and welcoming and Dr. Hollis was friendly and informative. I almost forgot I was at the dentist! From the freshly baked cookies, to the massage chairs, to the gift bag, there is nothing more I could have asked for! I’m so happy we have them here in our community. As someone who doesn’t always love the dentist, I absolutely have to give them 5 stars. They surpassed every single expectation I could have had.
