My first experience at Precision Dental was unlike any other I’ve ever had at another dental office. I curiously came in as a patient in September of 2018 as a freshly anointed dental hygienist from WKU, and was immediately in awe. I instantly knew this was the kind of place I would love to begin my career. Each member of the team I came into contact with that day was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind- and it made a lasting impact. Fast-forward 8 months later, and I’m lucky enough to get to join an incredible group of dental professionals everyday to provide the absolute highest quality of dental care! I think they are very expensive if you don't have insurance! I checked about insurance and they won't honor the policy of charging contract cost if you just got insurance like Delta Dental tells you they are supposed to charge. Very expensive in office plan and only a 15% discount on procedures. I've found a more reasonably priced dentist to go to saving over $500 on a crown! I wish I had shopped around more before going to Dr. Packard. It's great if all you get done is cleaning. But I feel like he cleaned my wallet when it came down to other procedures!

First off, this place is super clean, you know, the place where you put the napkins in your lap, it's that clean. Really nice people too. Hillary was super. She cleaned and polished my teeth so much, I needed sunglasses. Dr. Naz is a magician with the Novacaine as well. I did not feel her touch my gum at all when I went back the next day for a few fillings. Everyone at Precision Checked on each patient, friendly atmosphere, and over all fun place. Crazy thing is, I am looking forward to the next dentist visit.

Today, I went to Precision Dental for a teeth cleaning. If I’m being honest, I haven’t been to a dentist in about 8 years...I had some pretty bad experiences that left me VERY uneasy about getting my teeth cleaned. So going today was a big deal and I was ridiculously nervous. After my visit today, I’m happy to say that I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Samantha was AMAZING and put so many of my fears to rest about the actual cleaning, and Dr. Packard was just as wonderful and sincere...I don’t even think I’m scared about getting my wisdom tooth removed after today! I met Dr. Bryan Packard at Precision Eye Care and Optical's open house because Precision Dental was getting ready to move in next door. I decided to schedule a cleaning and checkup, and I felt welcome and cared for the moment I walked in the door. Ali, Dr. Bryan's wife and the dental hygienist, gave me a tour of the facility, and then did my x-rays and cleaning. Other dental clinics use bitewings for x-rays, and they're very uncomfortable crammed into my small mouth. The x-ray machine at Precision Dental consisted of a small sensor that was placed inside my mouth, and the x-ray mechanism, which traveled in a circle around my head and took all the x-rays in less than a minute. Dr. Bryan came in and talked to me about my x-rays, and explained that he had found a small cavity. I went back to get a filling, and the whole procedure was so smooth and comfortable. I don't care much for needles and drills, but some numbing medicine was applied to my gums before the injection, so I hardly felt it. Dr. Bryan had my filling done in no time at all, but he made sure it was smooth and my teeth came together properly. If you want state of the art technology and techniques combined with old-fashioned care and compassion, come to Precision Dental.

Unfortunately I can’t set below 0 star for non- professional dentist in Bowling Green KY. If you want waste health and your money - welcome to the clinic. He hasn’t warranty but he has hi price for unprofessional services. I recommend to contact a more professional doctor if you love your teeth, money and time. Precision Dental tells you they will "verify benefits", but doesn't tell you that they are just giving you an estimate of what they think your insurance will cover based off of similar policies. Furthermore, when my insurance denied the claim, nobody from Precision Dental informed me. They told me I had a "balance" for what my new dental policy didn't cover. I made the mistake of trusting them and assumed I had a bad policy, so I paid the balance. When I looked at their paperwork, there was no indication that my claim was rejected. It wasn't until I arrived home and received the rejection letter from my insurance company. Mistakes happen and things get overlooked, but for their practice to be so deceptive in their billing is what I am so disappointed by. If they abided by good client care, they would have told me to call my insurance company myself since they weren't going to do it. Insurance is confusing and it is sad to see medical professionals now taking advantage of a consumer's lack of knowledge/experience. After this unfortunate experience, I am much more mindful of what to look for when choosing a medical professional and the quality ones are honest about how they verify benefits or work with you when mistakes are made. BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

I have always HATED going to the dentist and when I moved to the area 8 months ago, I dreaded having to find a new Dentist. However, Dr. Packard and his assistants have made the process so easy and relaxing. The space is so warm and inviting and the staff is beyond exceptional. Precision Dental is 100% the best dentist for people who are scared of the dentist. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing, they make great effort to make sure you are not uncomfortable or in pain, and they are very patient and understanding if you are afraid. They also make use of new technology to reduce that old-fashioned jabbing and scratching. Toy is the best hygenist one could ask for. She gets things done as quick and painlessly as possible, but she is also very warm and friendly, so the appointment goes by in a breeze.

If you're looking for a Dentist, do yourself a favor and stop searching! You've finally found the one! Everything about Precision Dental makes you feel like you're right at home. From the beautiful rustic/farmhouse décor to the incredible service, it makes for the warmest environment. Dr. Packard and my hygienist we incredibly informative. I've never understood a dental exam so well. I had multiple cavities and not once did they make me feel embarrassed or guilty for having them. I think that's part of the reason why people avoid going. Dr. Packard even performed a quick pre-cancer screening (I believe that's what he called it) around my neck area at the end of my exam. This is incredibly valuable to me and should be to anyone concerned about their health. I've known two individuals my age (I'm 28) who discovered cancer from lumps in their neck. The fact that Dr. Packard makes this part of his routine check his wonderful and shows how thorough he is. The entire staff was incredible and I'm looking forward to going back. To the DENTIST! Now that's pretty cool!

I haven’t been to the dentist since I was 10 or 11 and I’m almost 25. I remember going to the dentist when I was younger was a painful experience. These guys were super professional and even showed me around their rooms and where they clean their tools. It wasn’t be request, but I imagine it was so that they could as transparent as possible and ensure that they are a clean professional place, which it definitely was. The hygienist was great. I had a really sensitive tooth that was extremely painful when they used a certain tool, so she used a hand tool that was basically painless. The dentist came up to me afterwards and introduced himself. Very nice guy. Told me issues he saw and worked up a game plan to help me with. Everyone was unbelievably great and I couldn’t recommend them enough. The only very small and slight criticism is that they told me that to be prepared to spend an hour and half doing everything and it took closer to 2 1/2 hours. It wasn’t an issue with me because I chose to go on a day that I wasn’t busy. I don’t know if there is a better way of estimating time or if they were just busier than normal, but otherwise they knocked it out of the park. Also as a side note the place was very aesthetically pleasing. I’m going there to get work done in the future; I have no doubt to go back or honestly, go anywhere else. Wonderful people.

I never do this (write reviews) but with the experience I had today I felt it was necessary. There’s a reason I haven’t been to the dentist in a LONG time. My visit today showed me a different outlook and needless to say I’ll be going to this dentist office for years to come. I wouldn’t even call this a dentist office. It’s more of a take a break out of your day and let some great people work on your teeth!

My daughter had her first appointment here today, she used to go to Sky and I am SO happy we switched. They were very sweet, the atmosphere is very nice. They also have a keurig with tons of drink options, that was definitely a nice bonus. Everyone we met was awesome.

Also the registration process was extremely simple and all digital which made it so much easier to fill out paperwork and get to my appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. Look at the reviews on yelp, I wish we would have before my girlfriend went in Precision Dental, I would not have let her. I have a long story which details how terrible this place is, but for this record I will just say, most of these reviews are praising the clean and flashy office, when it comes to actual Dental work and doing what is best for you and not what pays them the most from insurance companies- they are unethical. There are too many high quality dentist office out their to risk being treated at this place. You could not PAY me to let them look at my teeth.

5 months ago I put 5 stars rating. Today I put just only 1 star! I thought we found the best dentist in the world. Kind and responsive but this is not enough in the work of the doctor. This is an fake! In December, the doctor cured my tooth, the roots and set a temporary crown! but immediately after the anesthesia had gone, I felt pain in the tooth. I told about it the doctor. The doctor said it was all right to get used to the temporary crown. Two weeks later, I came to the doctor, warned me that this tooth was hurting, but the doctor said that it was addictive and I was given permanent crowns. The tooth continued to hurt and in two weeks I again turned to the doctor. The doctor said that he did not see the reason and recommended to take painkillers and come in two weeks. And so it lasted another four months. Until the doctor simply said I am not competent to make the channels !!!!! Go to another doctor. I asked to return the money to 1700, the doctor said, I do not give any guarantees and I am not going to return the money to you. Before you go to Dr. Parker, ask him about the guarantee on the teeth after your treatment. And is he competent in these matters? The doctor told me I tried, but it did not work! and now it's my problem that my tooth hurts and I have infection under the tooth! I wasted health, money and time in this clinic. Be aware this places. They will send you scam mails after right reviews for their ZERO Star services. Do not send me fraudulent letters from your lawyer about banning me from writing honest reviews about your clinic.

Best dental office, dental hygienist (Toy), and best dentist (Dr. Azal) that I ever had in my life. The whole office staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I didn't get a chance to meet Dr. Bryan but Dr. Azal exceeded all my expectations. Toy cleaned my teeth and I didn't feel any discomfort at all. Excellent team. They took the time to explain everything to me in details. I wish I had a Family Doctor that treated me like they did. I already recommended them at work for a couple of people and my son. Great job guys!!! Free advice: don't ever lower the quality of your services...that is the secret to success.

I had a super positive time at Precision Dental during my first visit. From the first few faces who greet you, to the last team member you meet with, everyone on staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, explained each step of my appointment, and checked in with me throughout my time there. They were very flexible and understanding of my schedule and worked with me to find the best day for my first appointment as well as future appointments. I loved that I was given a tour of the building first thing and that I was included in choosing the music in my room. Hilary is very fun, positive, and great at what she does. Bryan is very kind and has a way of explaining things that helps you understand everything. I am so glad to have found a great dentist office that I trust and can feel good about visiting again in the future.

Very pleased with the staff. Great with my kids, polite and very informative. They explained in detail what’s going on with my kiddos teeth and what the action plan is to fix my daughters tooth that didn’t develop right to give her the perfect smile! High recommend them. He cares about your comfort and pain level . Samantha who assisted and set me up for my procedure was super nice and great to chat with . 5 star treatment for being a dentist office!
