By far one of the worst experiences I've had with a dentist. I don't like going to the dentist anyways and I went for just a routine cleaning. There ended up being a problem with one of my teeth and insurance wasn't going to cover any of it so I set up a payment plan on one condition, that I need a room with the gas bc my anxiety was through the roof. They agreed and put me back in a room, then they come in and tell me the room with the gas is waiting for another patient that was supposed to be coming in and since I was already back there I didn't have a choice. It was by far the most rough and painful dental experience I've had in my whole life. Flash forward to 6 months later, I missed a payment one month and called to try to reschedule that payment and was told it had to be done by the end of that week or they were sending it to collections. AFTER ONE MISSED PAYMENT. Not only did they send it to collections,they sued me and attempted to serve me paperwork at my job. I called at the end of the month to pay the whole lump sum but because they sued me I had to pay an extra $500 out of pocket for "legal fees" Bc of one lousy payment. Come to find out from a previous employee, they book their schedules based off of how much money they can get out of an apt, and it sure shows. Would not recommend to anyone.

Prepared a temporary crown in a very professional manner, filed my insurance and I was out the door with an appointment for the permanent crown in two weeks. I’m 15 weeks pregnant and the dentist and his assistant (I can’t remember his name or the assistant) were WONDERFUL. I have no dental insurance and found out today I didn’t and they did three hours of work, filled a cavity, put in a post and gave me a temporary crown and will get a permanent crown and my xrays and everything else for less than $1300. It’s still a lot of money but they did SO much for me and were so sweet the entire time. Very thankful and very pleased. I’m not even in a lot of pain and it’s only been two hours! And I can’t have any pain medication other than tyelonol. ❣️

My son needed his last baby tooth extracted in order to get braces. Our dentist would not extract teeth, so with recommendation from a friend we called Pennyrile Family Dentistry. They got us in quickly, called Tuesday, they asked if we could come in that afternoon. Due to work schedules I could not, but they got him in this morning. Took X-rays and Dr. Falco pulled it today. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful with the insurance and billing. We had two insurances so they called and spoke with the insurance companies so we could get the X-rays covered. Overall a wonderful experience and we will be moving to this office for all our dental care. Excellent Service, outstanding staff and dentist!!!!

I was very please to work with the dentist. I have a seizure disorder and a neurological disorder. that doesn't allow me to process a lot of sensory stimuli. The dentist was very accommodating with me. When no other dentist in town would work with me or take me on as a patient due to having a seizure disorder. This dentist without hesitation accepted me as a patient provided me with care took his time with me didn't rush me and he was very professional. the procedure went just fine. I'm very grateful and thankful for the work and the patient's that he had with me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anybody

I have reently moved to Pennyrile Family Dentistry for my wife and my dental work. We had root canals, cleaning and fillings done. Dr. Falco is excellent in technical knowledge and patient treatment. He is pleasant with superior bedside manners. He is extremely caring, has a steady hand and his professionalism is superior. After any treatment there is very little pain. He is a talented individual. He listens to his patients and gives time to explain the procedures. His staff is extremely courteous and shows patients care similar to him. His assistants are talented and makes us comfortable during procedures. All of them goes beyond their routine duties and provides patients with comfort and satisfaction. The offices are beautiful, comfortable, modern and all equipments in excellent condition. Best of all, we felt welcome with superior care. Their staff was very friendly and pleasant. They had a very clean facility although it was extremely busy. Everyone was extremely helpful and very pleasant to interact with. I was very please to work with the dentist. I have a seizure disorder and a neurological disorder. that doesn't allow me to process a lot of sensory stimuli. The dentist was very accommodating with me. When no other dentist in town would work with me or take me on as a patient due to having a seizure disorder. This dentist without hesitation accepted me as a patient provided me with care took his time with me didn't rush me and he was very professional. the procedure went just fine. I'm very grateful and thankful for the work and the patient's that he had with me. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him to anybody
