Abhorrent! Dr. Mitchell is a prima donna with a bad temper and void of any resemblance of bed-side manner. He does not react well under pressure of being short staffed, and threatened my 5 yo with "pulling his tooth out", when my son demonstrated pain. We will never return. He should work on prisoners teeth.

The absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office, I can not believe Dr. Mitchell is a children's doctor. It was my grandson's first and last visit. The staff and Dr. Mitchell were rude, he didn't even introduce himself to us. Do not recommend taking your pet for a dental checkup much less your child.

My daughter had a referral for dental surgery to Dr. Mitchell & him and his staff were very welcoming, as well as his staff at Premier Surgery Center. She will now have follow ups with Dr. Mitchell. They gained a new patient & my daughter seems very comfortable with him. I appreciate everything they have done in such a short time frame and on such urgent matter.

My son has autism, and Dr. Mitchell has gone out of his way to make him feel welcome and comfortable with him and with the office in general. He has been a kind and caring dentist whom we have seen for more than 3 years. He is also an oral surgeon and has done surgery on my son. It is good to have a local pediatric dentist with that skill level who doesn't have to refer you to another doctor for surgery if needed. I have recommended him to friends and family.
