They have excellent "customer service" which is a poor term to describe what they do, but they treat you like an actual person, not just a credit card. They really care about how you are feeling, not just throughout the work they are doing (cleaning, filling, crown, etc.) but afterwards as well. While I never look forward to going to the dentist I at least don't FEAR going to the dentist anymore.

Horrible experience! A root canal , that was done incorrectly, it caused lots of pain then infection, later an oral surgeon had to remove the tooth! They sent me home with a hole in one of my tooth that they forgot to fill it after drilling it. Same thing happened to my daughter. I will never ever go to that place ever again! It will not allow me to post the message without clicking on a star, I will not even give 1 star.

I have been going to this dentist since 2017. I am glad I am finally moving on because this is so frustrating. Of course it's a beautiful, almost utopian environment, but they will constantly be trying to sell you things to pay for all those TV's and cookies. I always felt so pressured to get a procedure done that was simply cosmetic and very expensive. The dentist would put words in my mouth, using psychology to make me think it was I truly wanted. FURTHERMORE, I found out Dr. Justice doesn't take Delta Dental, while Dr. Pratt does. Do you think I was ever told this? Of course not! I just saw whatever dentist that was there that day, assuming it was all covered by my insurance that they had on file. The withholding of information is infuriating and cost me a lot of money to have Dr. Justice look in my mouth for 10 seconds instead of Dr. Pratt. Do yourself a favor; stay away from this 'utopian' dentist office and go to a smaller, family run business where you'll be treated with honesty and respect.

I have only visited this dentist one time but can already say that this staff should teach customer service to every other business, dental or not, across the US. Not only was I welcomed by every member of the staff I talked to, they provided a welcome gift, blankets if you're cold in your exam room, and also had a tv in every room. Now you may be thinking that good CS doesn't ensure a good dentist but they not only fit me in with one day's notice but they were able to craft a temporary crown for my tooth in very little time and I am very impressed with the fit and the job they did. They have trays for impressions that are better than any dentist I've used before (not too large for my mouth and location specific) and they have all kinds of equipment for anything you may want done. Don't forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie and coffee on your way out.

The five star service and professional practice of Dentistry begins at registration. This continues through examination, treatment, billing, and scheduling. Due to a work related injury i have had extensive dental procedures. They have patiently negotiated the maze of multiple insurance billings and questions. My treatment never suffered or was limited. My experience may be unique, however it should be the norm not the exception. It would not happen anywhere else but at Justice Dental.

These guys are top-notch. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. The care is professional from the hygienists all the way to the doctors. They use new equipment for a MUCH more enjoyable/ all around more comfortable experience (they have individual T.V.’s with headsets for each chair and massage chairs); they walk you through X-Rays and track dental hygiene progress and discuss options. I’ll never go anywhere else. They work with my insurance company, send me text updates, are friendly, and I walk away wanting to come back. What more can you want? I wish I could give them 6 stars. Justice Dental is the most AMAZING and CARING dental group EVER! I can't sing their praises enough. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but Justice Dentistry has changed this for me. They are super friendly,and they make sure you feel no discomfort or pain at all. The different programs they do is amazing as well, such "Dentistry With A Heart." Providing dental needs to those who can't afford it for nothing. (Once a year) it just goes to show its about the patients and not the money. They are so incredible and wonderful, I highly recommend Justice DentDental to any and everyone.

These guys are top-notch. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. The care is professional from the hygienists all the way to the doctors. They use new equipment for a MUCH more enjoyable/ all around more comfortable experience (they have individual T.V.’s with headsets for each chair and massage chairs); they walk you through X-Rays and track dental hygiene progress and discuss options. I’ll never go anywhere else. They work with my insurance company, send me text updates, are friendly, and I walk away wanting to come back. What more can you want? I wish I could give them 6 stars.
