This place is a scam. Its all about taking you to the bank. I was told I have three cavities. Went Dr. Kramer in Fort Thomas and found out I have none. The hygenice wanted to numb my entire mouth and do the cleaning in two visits. Dr. Kramers hygenice one cleaning.

Dr. Kumar and his staff exhibit the highest standards in professionalism and top-of-the line dentistry, in addition to living up to the name Gentle Dentistry. But more: this is a happy practice where you feel that the professionals, from the excellent dentist to the hygienists and nurses and receptionist, consider you a valued friend. They smile with genuine emotion. Lengthly conversations over many exacting procedures convince me that Dr.Kumar has availed himself of the finest education. He is a straight shooter who explains details so that the lay person can truly understand. When needed, his referrals have been superior. I highly recommend this Gentle Dentistry--with no reservations.

Same problem as the last review. Insurance is saying they are overcharging and $70 more than the reasonable rate. So far, 2 months of headache. I have 100% coverage on preventative care and that's what I was there for. $70 is not going to break the bank in any means. It's the principal. (I didnt get the flouride) Other than that, the staff is not friendly. I lied. The oral hygienist I saw the few times I was there was awesome. The receptionist is unprofessional and has no customer service. Gentle is a joke. Gentle: 20 lidocaine shots. Gave them like they were candy. The dentist wasn't even there for my last exam! What a joke?! WON'T BE BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Go down the road and test your luck at the next one.

I was seen right away but the woman who cleaned my teeth was unprofessional. Afterwards, as I was leaving she called me back because she had forgotten to put the fluoride on!! Then I was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. On top of that they were very rude and difficult about giving me the promotion from their website. I actually had to prove to them that their promotion was in fact advertised on their website, they had told me they wouldn't give it to me because they didn't believe me. The desk lady is very rude. I have recently found out that all of the "doctors" are actually students. My teeth hurt for days afterwards because of how rough the woman was. They also told me that I had 6 cavities. I went to another dentist a few months later and was told that I, in fact, had none. They were trying to scam me into coming back to pay to have 6 “cavities” filled, even though I had none. I would never go back here. $300 for cleaning is ridiculous.
