I went there for a cleaning and was told I had several cavities that needed filled. I came back for the next appointment and she said she would "work on the left side today" and she drilled three teeth, one on top and two back bottoms. This was in middle Sept. I have had nothing but problems since. Hurts all the time and I think I might have an abscess now. I had no pain before I went to her and now pain all the time. Had an appointment for the right side and canceled. No way I'm going to let her mess up the only side I can eat on now. Looking for another dentist.

For literally the same root canal this place wanted to charge me $1100 out of pocket for, I was able to get done at for $80 at Autobahn Dental in Henderson. I highly recommend shopping around for other places if you're low income. Diamond Valley will nickel and dime you for everything, even if you have insurance and Care Credit.

I went here for my first official dentist visit after not having been to one in 4+ years (previously i was on the St. Mary’s Dental Bus, which you can no longer go to after turning 18.) The reception was lovely and very polite, not just with me but i noticed with other guests as well. They also helped me set up my appointment afterwards and made it so it would fit my schedule for the best. Onto the doctors. I only met two of them, Dr. Brittany & Dr. Lauren Stone, but both were absolutely brilliant and awesome individuals. Dr. Brittany in particular explained things very well and helped me understand everything that was going on and was extremely sincere and kind; if the rest of the office was a 0/10, Brittany alone would have made the visit itself at least an 8/10 experience (to be fair i did spend the majority of my visit in her care.) Overall: 10/10 would recommend, they even have a machine named Luna. Luna did a great job too. :) If you aren’t having this spectacular place take care of your teeth then i don’t know who is, but I guarantee you they aren’t as superb as Diamond Valley Dental Care.

Diamond Valley Dental Care may just be the best dental office I have ever been to. I felt like I was the only patient there. I loved the staff, they make you feel comfortable. I was seen upon arrival. 1. X-rays taken 2. Examined 3. Imaging of inside my mouth (3D) so I could see on big screen what the Technician sees 4. Dental Hygienist examined mouth and teeth 5. Met Dr. Stone examined 6. Dental plan and options discussed 7. Oral surgeon contacted 8. Booked next appointment 9. Technician offered to perform impressions if I had the time to stay a little longer 10. Paperwork handed to me for next appointment. I can honestly say that was one of best half day vacations I have had in a while. If anyone is having a hard time finding a really good Dentist practice you should try Diamond Valley Dental Care. Dr. Laura Stone and her staff are fantastic! Thrilled I called the office for my first appointment. I need to mention if you have small children, Diamond Valley Dental Care has a toy chest for a special treat for your child at the end of visit. Call the office you won’t be disappointed!

This is the best dental place. I've been to multiple dentists throughout the cities I have lived and never have I been so comfortable to keep returning. I have dental anxiety but here they are very gentle and know exactly what they are doing. I usually have problems getting numb and feeling the pain but no problem with that here. I have (had) been going here for a couple of years. I am not a fan of the dentist and found everyone friendly and nice. Over the past year I was told I should have (2) root canals on my front teeth, even though I have no pain. I did some research and at the time, I choose not to have it done. I just went here 2 weeks ago for my 6 month checkup. I was told everything looked fine, but had I considered the root canals. I explained that I do know according to the office I should have it done, but at this time I have other health issues that are more pressing going on with my mother. Then Dr. Stone comes in to make sure everything was ok, and proceeded to tell me the same thing about the root canals. I again said I understood, but at this time I can not do this. My appointment was on a Tuesday. Saturday I had a registered letter, I had to sign for and it was a letter from the dentist office. Stating in 3 paragraphs that basically I was being dumped, because we have "different views on dental hygiene". I am disgusted by this doctor.

I was briefly at a dental practice that was located in an old building and the doctor hadn’t put money to beautify the office in years it appeared. At this practicethe hygienist would put on gloves, but would then walk around the office performing other duties, and then would want to stick her hand in my mouth!! Needless to say, I didn’t stay at that practice! Diamond Valley Dental Care is the COMPLETE opposite! New, Neat and Clean. Light, bright and CLEAN! There wasn’t a long wait to get seen. The staff was both polite and warm to me and the new technology to make a 3-D computer mold of my teeth (without having to use the cement) blew me away. I had a COMPLETE exam! Nothing went unchecked. Brittany is nothing if not thorough! Dr. Stone came to do the recheck and talk about next steps in my treatment plan (and it didn’t take her an extra 15 to 20 minutes to get to me). I feel like I’m in good hands here. If reception, cleanliness, and skill is your thing, I highly recommend Diamond Valley Dental Care!

I've had multiple fillings break, the hygienist smells like b.o. and has no self awareness about it ( and when you're pregnant this is literally vomit inducing ) . I was having horrible tooth pain! I have TMJ and grind my teeth in my sleep, so it was no surprise that I had cracked a tooth. Well I had damaged two of my back teeth and needed to be seen. I contacted their office online on a Friday evening and they returned my call early Saturday morning. I was seen that next week as a new patient to assess the problem. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to have the needed dental work done their. They explained what the problem was and the treatment plan. I work 8 hours day shifts and didn’t want to miss work and they worked with me. I saw them today to repair my cracked teeth and was very pleased. I was not uncomfortable and the work they did was great. I will be staying with them and my husband will be seeing them too!

I’ve went here trustingly for about 2 years only to have them miss 2 big issues (even though I asked them to check on them), irritate my gum causing them to give me an UNECESSARY root canal on my FRONT tooth, and not disclose that an over paid cleaning would automatically make me have “special” cleanings forever.. it’s a shame. Wish I had read these reviews before I took my family to this office. The staff is friendly, though, but they do attempt to charge you exorbitantly for work. They will not check with your insurance, and do work that is not covered without telling you, so then you have to pay out of pocket. They also told me that I have cavities and wanted to schedule immediately for me have those filled. Needless to say, we have found another dentist to visit, and we'll see if I really have those cavities.

I went in for a routine cleaning and they told me that I needed this special cleaning for pockets in my gums (which I had never had before). I went back in for this special cleaning which they made me think I had to have and was nothing more than a waterpik. Needless to say they then wanted to charge me almost $500 for this cleaning because they couldn't prove to my insurance that I needed it done. I still have not paid them and I have since switched dentist. Definitely would not recommend!!

The doctor and staff are great people and very nice. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with major oral care (explained below) and would not recommend this dentist for any major work other than simple cleanings. I recently had two front teeth veneers that were slightly discoloring and I was told that I could have them removed and crowns put on to make them to look new again. I was told this was a 1 out of 9 for risk (1=low risk and 9=high risk). Seeing it was a low risk, I decided to go for it and spend $1,000 after insurance for this. A few days later, my teeth had extreme pressure/pain in the gums. I eventually found out that one needed to have a root canal, and the other needs to be extracted, bone grafted in its place, and an implant put in due to an infection in the gum/root. This should cost me ~$6,000-$7,000 to do. In the end, due to a little discoloring and being told it was a simple fix, I will need to spend a total of >$7,000 out of pocket, go through a 1 year process of a root canal, oral surgery, a bone graft, and an implant. Additionally, while the tooth was having issues, I was rescheduled twice and my appointment pushed out, leading to drawing this issue out further.

Dr. did root canal on WRONG tooth. Did root canal on a healthy tooth and it ended up turning black. Took over three months to get a reimbursement from them. They charged my insurance company for permanent crown, before I even received it. I decided to go to a new dentist to put permanent crown on, and they are refusing to pay for the damages they did to my healthy tooth. They are stating they reimbursed me and that was enough. NO, they NEED to pay for the damages they did to my healthy tooth, It's going to cost me over $500 out of pocket to fix the damages Dr. Stone caused. It's humiliating, to be walking around with a black tooth. They also told me to use peroxide to get rid of the black on it, gum specialist and new dentist told me not to use peroxide b/c it causes more damage to the gums then it does good. Very unprofessional staff, that don't care about their patients.
