The hygienists are very nice, but there are a couple of reasons I only gave a three star review. 1. For more than half of my appointments, I arrived early and was not seen until thirty minutes or more after my appointment time. 2. Last Thursday the Dentist forgot to sign prescriptions for my husband's antibiotics and painkillers after a root canal because he was in such a hurry to leave once they closed. I understand being in a hurry to leave, but if this had happened on Friday, my husband could have potentially ended up with a serious infection without the antibiotics. Especially since the dentist said he'd be on vacation this week.

I'm from Dayton, OH and I just so happened to be in Cincinnati, I called every number I could find on the internet for emergency dental, Every place told me I'd have to wait hours, days, months. I could not wait this long for the level of tooth pain I was in. I called a Dental hotline and they contacted Buttermilk Dental and put them on the phone with me. I gave them some information and they asked if I could leave now and come in, they didn't even hesitate to help me unlike the other 50 places I had called. The staff made you feel warm and welcome and I had the best service at any dentist I'd ever had. They performed an extraction and took very good care of me, and made me feel safe and like I was the only patient there. I left pain free and very happy. Highly recommend them:)

I had a great experience with my daughter there. However later in the day my son had list a filling and I called to get it fixed. They didn't fix or pull it. They just set up a $900 treatment plan and talked me into applying for care credit. I mentioned to the unnamed that I was in the process of fixing my credit. She assured me she understood but care credit would not be a hard hit on my credit ( which had just gone up 40 pts). I checked my credit today and sure enough a hard hit. I would love to personally hold her responsible but what good would it do. The damage is done! Not very happy with her right now. On another note... The dental assistant was great.

My family has always had the best dental and orthodontic care with this practice. State of the art equipment and every step of the way everyone is professional, caring and friendly. I have 3 children so it can be hectic but I've always felt at ease taking my children there because everytime things just flow seamlessly and they truly make us feel welcome. I also like that they have always let me stay near my children during exams, fillings, etc...that makes me most comfortable. Some places do not allow it which I can also understand. Great place!

The primary goal of this office is to make money...not to take care of your teeth. DO NOT let them tell you that you have a cavity based on the tool that they have (cavity predictor)...it's simply a way to do more fillings and make more money. Try any other dentist but this one.

I disliked them so much, I was scared to go ANYWHERE because I thought that was what a dentist was supposed to be like. My husband went to Dr. Pohl and promised me they were awesome, so I made an appt. for a cleaning 6 months ago. During my first appt. They set up a plan to fix everything I needed done, including getting imprints for Invisalign (which I've always wanted). Now, 6 months later, I have a whole new mouth, and I'm just 2 months away from being finished with Invisalign- which is already coming along great! Everyone in the office is friendly and they all make sure you're comfortable during your visit.

I was so impressed with the care that I received, I decided to transfer all of my dental care to Dr. Pohl. The staff is very friendly and professional. Everyone always has a warm smile to share. The front desk girls could not be more helpful or friendly. The dental assistants are skilled at their work. Alicia, the dental hygienist is wonderful. She is very thorough and does a great job. Dr. Pohl is an amazing dentist. Not only is he very skilled, he makes me feel at ease and he is very compassionate. He has placed three dental implants for me. I had NO bruising and hardly any pain! I highly recommend Dr. Pohl' office for your dental care. You will NOT be disappointed!

Appointments are done on time. The staff is extremely friendly and communicates well. The technology they use is current. The precision and execution of their work is the best I’ve had (root canal, crowns, fillings). Also, all of the work they do they’ll be able to tell you the costs up front and break everything down for you. Even if you have to bring your kid(s) with you, they’ll make you feel comfortable and be able to get their work done with ease! I’m glad I switched to this office. I am looking forward to having a healthier smile and getting my teeth whitened soon!
