Was referred here for a root canal. With my insurance I had a $300 payment I was responsible for and my insurance would cover $800. I paid $300 up front and had the procedure. A month after the procedure I got a bill for the $800 that my insurance was supposed to cover. My employer had not paid the Blue Cross and Blue Shield bill without telling any of his employees because he was closing his doors to his company and now I was left with the bill. I called to pay the bill and the lady asked why I was now stuck with the $800 bill and she stated she didn't think that was right and she would look into it and have someone called me. The next time I got a bill I called to pay on the bill and the lady that runs the billing department was so rude and said that I had never called them the first time and that I needed to pay almost $300 a month for 3 months or they were going to send it to collections. Now, that month I had also went to the dentist that referred me and taken my child to the ER and I had to pay in full of of those bills as well as my root canal. THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME AND SENT MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTIONS. This is mortifying to write and admit but I feel this strongly about the way I was treated. Please choose somewhere else to go. These people are not in the medical field to help people. You will be a number not a person to them.

They made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I didn't feel the same when I got two root canals at the same time. and afterwards it only hurt for a day and a half and it wasn't a lot of pain they were so nice up there. And the dental assistant that waited with me talk to me and made me feel very comfortable and she was extremely nice I asked her for her name but I was kind of out of it so I forgot it.

It was a good experience. They explained things very well. Dr. McMurtrey was very pleasant and patient with my need to swallow all time. The only thing that was wrong was that they don't pay any attention to your health history. I told them on the form and the assistant that I couldn't take hydrocodone. They gave me Norco which I didn't know what it was until the pharm filled it 100 miles later. They also tried to give me ibuprofen. I don't take NSAIDS because of my kidney disease which was also noted. So just took a couple of Tylenol and I was good to go. No pain the next morning at all.

I live in Wichita, and I drove to an endodontist in Kansas City on Tuesday because they were in-network. They didn't do a root canal as they couldn't see anything in the x-ray, and I wasted a full day. Wednesday, my tooth started abscessing. I was in extreme pain, and was going out of town on Sunday. They squeezed my emergency in on Friday, stayed late, and the entire staff and Dr. Watson were amazing! I would recommend to all my family/friends. This was my first root canal I needed, and it was painless. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

They were able to schedule my appointment amazingly fast considering the pain I was experiencing was horrible. My first impression of the clinic was bright, clean and I was treated great and professionally. Once the X-rays were finished and the infected tooth located by the assistant, she almost cried, too, when the pain on my infected tooth went through the roof. They began prepping me for a root canal. The West office schedule filled up so they sent me directly to the Central office. When I arrived there, I was immediately seated and the red headed assistant and Dr Luong went right to work. First they turned up the music, I requested Lynyrd Skynyrd, put on my cool blue shades and they began the procedure. Which, by the way, it is really fascinating to watch how precisely the tiny instruments are so skillfully used. Following the procedure and given directions for staying ahead of the impending pain, I paid the bill and headed home. I experienced no pain and within three days I stopped all pain medicine. I cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff and would absolutely recommend Wichita Endodontics to everyone!

Dr Watson is a true professional. He has done several root canal's for me do to my deep feelings and teeth dieing. When I was in severe pain I was able to change my appointment to an earlier date to get my tooth treeted. Every tooth is a different challange and Dr. Watson knows how to deal with tooth problems. If you need a root canal you will feel vibration and hear noise but in most casses you will have very little discomfort. Wichita Endodontics LLC has the equipment and the skills to complete a root canal very quickley. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their professional skills.

The staff at WEE was awesome from the front desk to the Drs. Everybody called me by name with a big smile. My gp dentist sent me in for an evaluation on a painful tooth. The evaluation was done in the morning, I went back later the same day and in less than an hour was done. I did not expect that, probably just a scheduling coincidence, but I am pretty sure they worked hard to accommodate me. If you have to have a procedure I give them a 5 Star recommendation.

They were able to schedule my appointment amazingly fast considering the pain I was experiencing was horrible. My first impression of the clinic was bright, clean and I was treated great and professionally. Once the X-rays were finished and the infected tooth located by the assistant, she almost cried, too, when the pain on my infected tooth went through the roof. They began prepping me for a root canal. The West office schedule filled up so they sent me directly to the Central office. When I arrived there, I was immediately seated and the red headed assistant and Dr Luong went right to work. First they turned up the music, I requested Lynyrd Skynyrd, put on my cool blue shades and they began the procedure. Which, by the way, it is really fascinating to watch how precisely the tiny instruments are so skillfully used. Following the procedure and given directions for staying ahead of the impending pain, I paid the bill and headed home. I experienced no pain and within three days I stopped all pain medicine. I cannot express how grateful I am for the doctors and staff and would absolutely recommend Wichita Endodontics to everyone!

Dr Watson is a true professional. He has done several root canal's for me do to my deep feelings and teeth dieing. When I was in severe pain I was able to change my appointment to an earlier date to get my tooth treeted. Every tooth is a different challange and Dr. Watson knows how to deal with tooth problems. If you need a root canal you will feel vibration and hear noise but in most casses you will have very little discomfort. Wichita Endodontics LLC has the equipment and the skills to complete a root canal very quickley. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their professional skills.

I had a root canal in February, was quoted 1100 and told insurance would pay $600 and my "responsibility" was $500 and had to be paid upfront, so I go in with the entire amount day of apt have my procedure done, friendly people and good care. In march i received my bcbs statement, they shouw they were billed $900 and paid $470. I had to call twice to get my refund check, on my last call i requested a copy of my bill, today i receive the check in the mail, and no statement! Obviously whoever is billing for them knows what they are doing... gotta make that money some how!!!!!!

I needed a root canal after having a crown. They gave me triazolam 0.25mg to take at 6 am and 7 am. I was to be at the office at 6:45. I remember taking the two pills and nothing else. Triazolam can cause memory loss. (There is a milder medication that they could have given me, I found out later) I came home and woke up with a six inch bruise on my wrist, a bump on the head, and my glasses frames in a new shape (Ouch$$$$ to replace). I also had a lense badly scratched. They did not have my husband bring the car to the door so he had trouble getting me to the car. He got me to the car without falling or hurting myself. I have not gone to my dentist to get the permenent filling, so I do not know about quality of work yet.
