I went here due to bad experience at another dentist and I had dental concerns that I needed addressed and fixed They come up with their own plan and do things they want instead of addressing issues you might have. So after several visits there I still have the same issues, still have a painful tooth and the front desk staff is rude if you dont go along with everything they say. So if you have a lot of money to spend on everything but what you need , give them a try. Oh and dont get sick and miss your appt or they will not allow you to come back because you didnt know 5 days prior that you were going to be sick.

If you want a dentist who makes you feel important and welcome, and you want your problems listened to and prioritized, Dr. Meng's office is where you need to be. In addition, the staff work wonders with people who have dental anxiety. I always feel calm, informed, and like I am in control, even when I have my 2 sets of hands and tools in my mouth for a filling. They regularly check in on me to make sure I'm feeling ok, and my anxiety is always at a minimum with them. Billing surprised me. I asked initially if I could pay each visit and after 3 months came in for another cleaning and was told I had a $471 bill. Why did nobody ever tell me this before 3 months? Then was quite the challenge trying to get any answers as to what insurance would be paying. I paid half of the current visit along with arrears to hopefully avoid surprises for next time. Dental care is wonderful and Dr Volker is amazing. I would like very much if billing would be more informative. I received a refund from the Endodontist so never had any idea I owed this amount.

She is encouraging and positive when discussing personal dental care and provides me with solutions and suggestions that are realistic for me to do in my daily life.

Billing surprised me. I asked initially if I could pay each visit and after 3 months came in for another cleaning and was told I had a $471 bill. Why did nobody ever tell me this before 3 months? Then was quite the challenge trying to get any answers as to what insurance would be paying. I paid half of the current visit along with arrears to hopefully avoid surprises for next time. Dental care is wonderful and Dr Volker is amazing. I would like very much if billing would be more informative. I received a refund from the Endodontist so never had any idea I owed this amount.

I recently had some extensive work done. Needed 2 old crowns replaced and 4 new ones for teeth the old crowns had worn down. My smile was not very pretty. I needed invisalign braces to get my teeth lined up properly to do the work. I now have my permanent crowns in and am proud of my smile and not afraid to show my bottom teeth anymore.
