Dr. Rethmeyer IS amazzzzzinggg. She had a stellar chair side demeanor and is patient. Finally a dentist who will listen to me!!! If you are the least bit skiddish about the dentist experience, you must go here. Her front office staff is so welcoming and kind. My daughter recommended her after taking my young grand babies there... Her office makes you feel "right at home" yet letting you know she is professional, knowledgeable and capable. Thanks Dr. Ruthmeyer and staff for a awesome experience.

The absolute best dentist! Everyone there is so kind and they go out of their way to take care of you. I love it there. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. She never makes you feel bad or embarrassed. She completely understands the cost and helps you strategize and prioritize.

Dr. Rethmeyer is the best!!! I can’t believe I didn’t come here sooner. I’ve know about this place for a good 10 years but didn’t go until today. My old dentist (a very popular one in KC, might I add) always has something negative to say if it’s been awhile and I have a few cavities. Karen was SO down to earth and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t wait for finish up my work here and take my baby as soon as she gets some teeth! From the receptionist, to the other staff, AMAZING. No pushy sales, no pay or leave tactics, just genuine care. She provided an iPod to play Pandora on headphones through all the cringe worthy dental noises. I said I was chilly and she pulled out a blanket! 1,000 stars!

I am Alberta and I really trust and had a great experience at TLC on bannister kcmo. The office welcomed me on the phone as well as in the office. I had called 14 dentists in 45 minutes before I looked at the yellow book and found TLC. Those places were not close to home and rude on the phone. When I told them that my husband was ill and I could not come that day they said they would not hold an appointment and hung up. When I called TLC lydia welcomed me. She gave me a ballpark figure and an appointment and the exact time I needed to come. When I got there the receptionist and the nurse both welcomed me. The dentist is really nice and gentle as well as competent. These are the three things I always look for. She fixed my denture and when I explained that I could not afford to have any mouth sores due to a medicine I take that she made sure they fit before I left. I have not had such a nice experience at the dentist . I would refer her to anyone that has a dental need.

Dr. Karen Rethmeyer has been my dentist for 25 years now. Not only is she a genius and artist in dentistry, she is a wonderful and caring person. She truly cares and wants only what's best for her patients. She always makes sure you are comfortable and aware of everything that is taking place during procedures. She is a perfectionist and be assured you will not leave her office until she and the patient are completely satisfied with their dental work. I recommend her to everyone who has or doesn't have a dentist. You will leave her beautiful office smiling. (Numb, but smiling)

Amazing!! I don't even know where to start. Dr. Rethmeyer, is the best dentist I've ever met. Her work comes from the heart, and the staff are such sweet hearts. Words can not describe how grateful I am. Dr. Rethmeyer isn't just any dentist, she is the one with such a kind heart. After I endured the death of my mother, and taking the role of guardianship of my siblings. Dr. Rethmeyer reached out to me. She helped me in a way that I continue to believe that good people still exist. A dentist that opens out her heart to help others, is the best dentist anyone can have..... My daughter had previously gone to another dentist and had always had issues with them. We switched to TLC Dental Care and it's like "night and day". There are no issues going to the dentist now. They are incredibly friendly and will take the time to explain anything you need to you I would highly recommend TLC Dental Care to anyone of any age!
