I have been going to this dentist office for about five years. It is formerly known as, "My Dentist." I used to love going there. I moved 4 times and still managed to make the drive. I have had all my work done on my teeth starting with filling my cavities I developed when I was a kid, root canals, teeth whitening treatments, & my wisdom teeth pulled. When I had major procedures done there was always someone to work with me on my treatment plan and payment arrangents. As soon as "Quivira Dental" took over "My Dentist" I got a random bill in the mail for $42.00 after a rountine cleaning. I didn't believe I owed anything (especially after a cleaning) so I had the office mail me an itemized bill. Every page was clear except the last page (which broke down where my balance came in). I then planned on calling my insurance company to discuss this charge further and to gain clarity for myself. A couple weeks went by and I hadn't called my insurance company. I then decided to cut my losses, pay off the $42.00, and schedule another appointment. When I called to pay my balance off they told me I owed $52.00. I, already upset for having to pay a bill that I didn't believe I owed, became more upset and began to question why my balanced increased. The lady asked what I think I owe and I told her that the statement I received said $42.00. She looked further into it and said after 2 courtesy calls they sent my bill to collections. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A COURTESY CALL FROM THEM ABOUT A BILL. When I got home that evening, I checked my mail, and discovered a bill from Quivira Dental and another bill from the collections agency. My credit is extremely important to me, I would never let something as silly at $42.00 go to collections. I'm furious and now have to contact the collections agency to get this straightened out. DO NOT GO TO QUIVIRA DENTAL! I could go on further but I think you catch my drift.

I called this dentist office wanting to have a tooth removed, "emergency situation". I was told to come in a week later to see what the doctor would do. I call another dentist office and was seen the next day. Thank God their is more than one dentist office in town.

My sister went here and had a root canal that lasted 3 hours. Ever since she got it she has had major hot and cold sensitivity. She went to another dentist and they think she may have nerve damage from the root canal. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I’ll admit that the outside is a bit rundown-looking, but I really love Dr. Weber & Kortney. They are great to work with and don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. I only gave it four stars because sometimes they use an answering service and I’ve had some issues with scheduling before. Other than that, a great dentist office!

The dentist is wise, and the most gentle ever!!! I always tell him- “I don’t know how you do the needle and make it so I don’t even FEEL it!” He is amazing. The staff knows you by name & face, and really communicate with each other and you as well. It’s like a team to personally make sure you are getting healthier teeth, and understand the financial side of insurance and things. Extra care and respect is taken here- and as a single mom, I really appreciate this! Of all my 49 years in dentists offices, all around the country, this is my absolute FAVORITE!!

I actually visited the downtown location before it was closed, however the staff transferred to shawnee, Melonie is the worst and now she is the office manger at this office. The actual dentist were ok, however I am now hearing I need some of the work re done that was completed there. This isn't good. Don't count on them to correctly bill your insurance they will get it ALL WRONG!!!! If I had to do it over I would never have gone to this dentist, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I am new to the area and recently went in for a teeth cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and thorough. She could sense that I would appreciate an explanation towards anything she saw as concerning. While the outside of the building may look dated, they have modern dental technology and a friendly staff. I will be returning for a crown over a back molar and am confident it will go well. Definitely recommend!

This experience was exceptional on January 6, 2016. The front desk person "C"was very friendly and set my appointment quickly and upon my arrival was very helpful in filling out the forms for new patients. My dental hygienist was named Ashlee, and she was extremely friendly and competent. She did an excellent job of inspecting my teeth, and related tissue. She also did an extremely thorough job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Mark Juarez , my dentist, was very friendly, and he did a very thorough job of examining my teeth, and oral cavity. The entire experience was exceptional. Hopefully my insurance will cover it the entire cost as they indicated prior to my appointment.

I love this place. I hadn't been able to afford any dental care for several years, then saw a coupon for a $65 cleaning, exam, and X-rays for new patients at My Dentist. I made an appointment and it went great. The dental technicians and Dr. Mardis all had very gentle hands, and they were cheerful and friendly. I didn't have to wait too long, and the cleaning was very thorough. When it was discovered that I had a cavity but no insurance and not much money, they worked with me on the price and payments so I could get the filling I needed, and I am very pleased with the results. The folks at My Dentist really went the extra mile for me and made me feel special and appreciated. I could not recommend them more highly.

You have to have a doctor that you're comfortable with for dental work and I couldn't say more good things about him!!!! I'm very pleased that I'd chosen the Quivera Dental Care last October as my new Dental Clinic. You have an excellent staff there and it's always been a pleasant experience each time I visit. I was quite impressed when I noticed that the Quivera Dental Care had implemented and was using the very newest and latest technological tools that were used in my personal dental care service. Dr. Perkins and his top assistant, Holly made each of my visits a very nice and great experience. They're both very professional and provided a level of conscientiousness towards their work in making sure that the work was most satisfactory, and more importantly, that I was pleased with the end results. The girls at the front desk are most helpful and very friendly, and it's always a pleasure to be greeted by such an friendly and awesome staff each time I visit. I would and have recommended this Dental Care to as many individuals I know who were all interested in looking for a new dentist. Emailed about needing an urgent appointment after discovering I had chipped my back molar. They got me in super quick to take a look and I already have a follow up to fix it, despite being a new patient whose insurance can be difficult to work with! Also, I've always been nervous about going to the dentist since I had a bad experience as a kid. The staff here were very friendly and helped keep me calm.
