Had both upper wisdom teeth removed. Was expecting a long drawn out process...Dr Newby walked in, numbed me up with very little to no pain from the shots, and in less than 45 seconds had the first wisdom tooth removed. I was shocked when he said it was already out! No pain or discomfort. Can’t recommend Dr. Newby enough.

Dr. Brent Newby is amazing!!! I had seen an oral surgeon, prior to Dr. Newby, after I got a painful infection from a dentist that extracted a cracked wisdom tooth. He continued to prescribe antibiotics and prednisone over 6 weeks and then he concluded I had TMJ. He suggested I get Botox despite how painfully swollen my face was, I was not even able to open mouth to eat or drink. I didn’t know where to go for help so I went to the Emergency Room, I was admitted to the hospital for 3 days for an infection of the jaw bone and had to be treated with an antibiotic through an IV for 6 weeks by an Infectious Disease specialist. After I was released from the hospital, I contacted Dr. Newby. His office fit me in the next morning! And, they already had my hospital file! Dr. Newby drained my abscess and had me doing physical therapy so I could open my mouth again. Two weeks later I was mostly back to normal. Dr. Newby and his staff continued to follow up with me until I was back to normal again. I would highly recommend Dr. Brent Newby to anyone!!!

I had wisdom removed recently. Everyone from front desk to Nurse, dental hygienists & Dr. Brent Newby were warm & genuinely caring. I elected anesthesia which means 0 pain during the extraction process. Excellent after care regimen. I will definitely recommend this practice to others. Thank you. _ Elaine G.

I got a same-day appointment due to, what I thought, was a throbbing, aching wisdom tooth. After the x-rays dr Krueger's assistant told me it looked like the tooth next to the wisdom one, which Dr Krueger's confirmed. I was hesitant since I felt the pain came from the wisdom but trusted the Dr and agreed to have the one next to it extracted instead. Thank goodness I listened....two days later and no pain anymore. Dr Krueger and his staff was excellent, very friendly, stopped the procedure every time I showed discomfort to ensure I was okay. Hopefully I will never need an oral surgeon again, but if I do I would definitely go back to Dr Krueger.

We had a great experience with Dr. Newby. He pulled three of my sons wisdom teeth. He personally called us to check up on him. The staff there was wonderful and he did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

When I called to set up the appointment I gave the office staff my insurance information. The office staff called back the next day and stated that my insurance was only for preventive coverage and I would need to pay for the whole procedure upfront. After getting my son's wisdom teeth out I decided to call my insurance to ask why this was not covered. Their response was that they are out of network and will pay 35%. ?? not the information the office gave me. I don't feel like the insurance information by this office was handled properly and has cost me more than it needed to be! Also it has been a week and we still have not gotten a follow up call to check on my son's recovery.

I continue to recommend this office to my friends. I have a son with autism and not only did Dr. Krueger go out of his way to make it a good experience but so did his staff. They called us at home to let us know of a 15 minute delay so we didnt have to wait in the waiting room. They were flexible with their service when my son needed his brother to stay with him untill he was asleep. All the while you would have thought Stephen was their favorite patient. They embraced him just as he was despite his struggles. My typical son also got his wisdom teeth pulled without incident. Follow up care was exceptional and recovery seamless. Thank you to your doctors and staff for your unbelievable surgical skills and also your patient care!
