I've been to a lot of dentists for myself and my children. This has been the best so far. They ask permission for everything they do. They offered my son a balloon and pop sickle even though he wasn't seen.(a 3 year old seeing other kids get something this made his day) They slowly work the shy and scared kids into letting them look at their teeth. If they refuse, they do a quick peek and leave it at that. The staff is very friendly and so nice. definitely recommend..

My wife hasn't been satisfied with their services for the past year now. So I took the kids yesterday and I see why. It took less than 3 minutes each to clean my kids teeth. The lady dentist didn't no what the hell she was talking about. Over 300 dollars for a mouth guard. Yea right. We have already scheduled their next cleaning woth a better dentist office. We will won't be back.

We have been going to Jenkins & Le blanc for 2 yrs now and my daughter absolutely loves them. Which is HUGE change from 2 years ago when she was terrified of the dentist. She has fun in the waiting room watching the movies and she actually enjoys getting her teeth cleaned. As a mother who has worked in the health care field my favorite quality of Jenkins & Le Blanc is that they talk my 6 year old through the process. They show her the tools and explain how they work and feel and what important job they do to help keep her teeth healthy it really helps to put her at ease.

Completly awful I went in with 2 cavities and was laying in the chair for 30 min before the doctor came in. He also only filled 1 cavity and I'm still having aches in that tooth and the 2nd he didnt even say was there going somewhere else from now on

Every time we go to the dentist we are always treated like family! Our 3 girls have always looked forward to their appointments. The atmosphere is so kid oriented and fun!! Each staff member goes above and beyond to keep parents informed and the kiddos (and parents) stress free!! Patient, kind, welcoming, from the moment you walk through the door. The dental assistants, hygienists, Dr. Casey were all so great! The kids loved being able to watch Disney movies in the waiting room and while getting their teeth cleaned. This was our first visit as we are new to this area, I am pleased with the care that my boys received. The boys were excited that not only did they receive new toothbrushes with minion characters and toothpaste, they also got prize tokens, a balloon and ice cream before we left. The only critique that I have of this facility is that they do not have separate rooms for their patients, so they can all see each other and hear what the dentist is saying about each patient in the room. My only other complaint is more for the parents, some of the parents have not taught their children how to behave in public or in a professional business, the dentist can be a source of anxiety for some kids and it is made worse when children are running around, being loud, fighting, and bouncing balls all over the exam room. We will be returning in a few weeks for more dental work to be done, and I am completely confident in the staff and Dr. Casey!

Love love love the staff here. My son loves coming because they make everything so fun...even pulling teeth! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Roberts and all of the staff who truly do tailor the dental experience to children, making them feel special by teaching them to take care of their teeth on their own, and generally turning a sometimes-scary-for-kids environment into a fun one! I just wish they did dental work for grown-ups...

Won't go back, not due to the dentists, but due to office staff. Took over 6 months to get a billing issue straightened out after many attempts/phone calls. Also had an issue when my daughter had 2 small cavities. They wouldn't fill both at one appointment and I had to take two days off work? They couldn't give me an explanation as to why they would do that. Lastly they send so much junk mail to my home. I have called the office and asked for the junk to stop and they tell me that it is included with the mailers and cannot be stopped. WOW

My four-year-old can be demanding when she doesn't want to do something and this particular visit she was kind of unsure about! I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Within minutes she was at ease having a good time laughing they made sure she was comfortable they didn't press on they gave her a break when needed all just getting a cleaning and a regular checkup! I thank them greatly.

They have a great atmosphere,that helps the kids to feel more calm. Most of the dental assistants know spanish , thats a plus. Everyone is respectful and friendly. Love these dentists. We have been going to them for 8 years. We received a flier in the mail when we first moved here and decided to try. My youngest was very nervous about dentists. Best dentist office for children! I have 3 kids...all got routine checkups in under an hour! The assistants are so sweet!!! They all make sure the kids are comfortable..and leave with fresh smiles and sweet treats!!! They even ask the parents if it's ok for treats! Great Disney movies while the kids waits. They have great team work and communication with each other which helps get families in and out. My 3 love going to the dentist office. Highly recommended!

I called to make an appointment for my 3 year old son. They got us in the same day. I expected to have to wait considering the waiting room was pretty busy. I was wrong. We got right in and they took excellent care of him. The staff was very nice and the Dr was too. My son is excited for his next check up!! Thank you for making a dental exam fun and exciting

Everyone know that even though you set up a doctor's appointment, you are still looking at waiting in the lobby for at least 20 minutes before you are actually seen. However, this is the exception to the rule. We waited for 3 minutes and was seen. We also great service, they were super nice to us! Always smiling! Makes you feel like they are happy you are there. My oldest was the one who had the appointment, but they still gave his baby brother a bath toy, a balloon and a popsicle. My oldest got a bag full of dental goodies, a token to pick out a toy from the machine, and a popsicle. Oldest just had a cleaning and xrays, Typical 6 month checkup. They offered icecream, but both of my boys wanted Popsicles instead. We even got to set up the next appointment while we were seen in the back, rather then waiting and scheduling in the lobby. We left after 30 minutes of checking in! Loved our lasthma visit!

The staff were kind and patient; from the front desk and everyone in between up to the dentist. They didn’t pressure my 2yo with XRays, but they were also able to brush his teeth and get the front two scraped of plaque. So it was a successful trip in our book. No cavities! He was rewarded with a balloon and a small prize and even frozen yogurt! We’ll definitely be back every 6 months :)

I bring my 4 kids here been bringing them since don't know when. We love it here! Staff are friendly and good with kids. Place is clean and we'll maintain. I like that they remodel the place to make it bigger for the kids and the games areas as well. I also like that they clean the tools and change out their gloves after done with each kid. I take my granddaughter to Jenkins & LeBlanc. I wish I would have had Jenkins & LeBlanc available to me when I was raising my own children as this will create a better experience for her moving forward into adulthood I believe. If you have not tried this pediatric dentist, I would recommend it. My granddaughter looks forward to her dentist appointment and not just for the ice cream treat but that helps of course! I also found the doctors to be thorough and to take time to answer all questions I have had.

Looking for a good and friendly dentistry for my children has be quite stressful. But when we heard about Jenkins and LeBlance, the reviews were good enough to at least give them a try. My children who have become terrified of the dentist soon were excited for their visit to the dentist. Because of the wonder team and friendly inviting staff there, it is a comfortable environment for our family. Highly recommended!!

My 16 year old was seen for routine cleaning and check up. The dental assistant was very rough and causing my daughter pain. She’s been going here for years and never had a problem. Later that evening she was complaining of pain in her back teeth and had to take pain medication as a result. I would suggest training the staff to be more gentle when dealing with the patients and ask if their comfort level is ok.

They were very crowded when we came. Assistants just seemed to want to hurry through and not much chit chat with the kids but only with eachother. Dr was not friendly at all. He maybe spent a total of 2 minutes total with my 2 kids. Not impressed with the service received.
