Debbie at the front desk is very rude. I was Dr. Westfall's patient and am not used to being treated badly. I ask about the other girls from Dr. Westfall's office, and Debbie acts disgusted because I asked about them. That's not very professional. I'm not going to pay $$ to be treated the was I was treated. Bad business. Thank you Dr. Duensing for replying. I don't have the time to play these kids games with a grown adult behind the window, especially when Dr. Westfall's employee's were there for years and years and I never had this problem. Debbie was very disrespectful about them.

Dr Duensing did a root canal and crown for me. I was very nervous about this procedure and he was understanding. The procedure wasn’t near as painful as I anticipated. Dr Duensing Is professional and nice. He has a great staff too. They’re friendly and professional.

Took my 93-year-old Dad in today to have some teeth removed. We experienced some bleeding that we felt was maybe unexpected after we got him home. We called the doctor and he gave further instructions and then proceeded to call us back several times to make sure we were OK. It's very uncommon to find any doctor/dentist these days with that much compassion and concern for a patient.
