friendly and knowledgeable staff. Doctor explained concerned areas in layman terms so I was able to understand. Was able to get xrays,cleaning and doctor check up all done in about an hour! Unlike my old dentist where separate appointments were made for doctor and cleaning. Very happy I switched over from that and happy to be a patient at dental associates!

Had a root canal done that took 3 hours then new insurance switched me to a different dentist a few months later and they told me it was a terrible job and they had to redo it because my gums were rotting under the crown.

I was a patient of the late Dr. Williams (in the same practice) for years - and he was great, too. The staff are like angels - and they all seem to have an innate love for dentistry. I had amazing experience on Friday , May ,18, 2018, I had done a deep cleaning, scaling with hygienist Petty. I felt no pain, feels like I was in a SPA, was great, can wait to go back and have the second part done, I highly recommend it .

The are horrible at dealing with people with state insurance. If you have state insurance they don't even treat you like a person. They are rude, unhelpful and just plain lie to your face instead of helping you when your having problems.

Dr Hootnick explains everything to me in excellent detail and I have been going to this dentist for roughly 15- 20 years with excellent service. My dental hygienist Patty is great as well and all the folks there are kind and easy to talk to. I never mind going to the dentist anymore. Service, price and results are excellent for me.

They've been great to me until I ran out of insurance and they never fixed my tooth correctly and I ended up getting an infection and they wouldn't cover it even though it was their doing they should of fixed right in the place

After not visiting the dentist for a while, I chose Dental Associates to have my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Demetra, was kind and did a thorough job with the cleaning. Dr. Hootnick was attentive and offered me some options for further necessary work and explained them clearly. I will be having additional work done here going forward.

My entire family sees and loves Dr Keltner he's always very gentle and does awesome with kids. There is however attitude with some of the girls at the desk almost each time we visit. But it you can get pass there attitudes the experience is a lot nicer.

My dentist Dr. Tang and the hygienist assisting her, Emily, were wonderful! I came in for a filling and they went ahead and took care of that on my first visit (I am a new patient). I barely felt a thing. I also want to note that Megan at the front desk was instrumental in assisting me get dental service. I was unsure about my insurance since my father was the primary account holder. She did everything she could on her end to make sure that I had coverage to get dental care at their location. Fantastic service all around. Highly recommended!

Today was my second time visiting this office. Everyone has been very professional and nice. From the front desk staff to the doctors I've see everyone has been great. I was very impressed when I called in for an estimate (a week ahead of my appointment) and got it the next day as promised. There's parking if you drive but it's only a 5-7 minute walk from the T as well!

I believe she's a dental hygienist and does great work but man, leave that sass out of the workplace. I've had many uncalled for occurrences with her and as have my friends. i most likely won't return again if involved with one who doesn't know how to treat her clients with respect! I just want my teeth cleaned, seesh!
