I have always been treated with high respect from every person there. The staff is straight forward and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. That says a lot. I've had very bad experiences with other dentist, and have a deep fear in which I almost shake in the chair. I know I need dental, & that's why I'm glad I chose Deer Creek. Pain is part of Dentistry, but to show genuine care goes a long way with me. They go out of their way to make me feel better in..THE CHAIR! :) If you are looking for a caring group of dentist, give them a try.

We love this office. Dr. Addy worked me in 5 years ago as a new patient when I had a dental emergency. I was 8 months pregnant and could not find anyone to see me and her office worked me right in. Both my kids go here. My son sees Ms. Jessica, and I see Ms. Kim. My 2 year old will start being seen in 6 mos. This is such a family friendly office. My kids love and it. It makes taking them so easy.

What a great experience being a first time patient! It's been a minute for myself seeing a dentist, and I was a little apprehensive on what might be found, but the doctor and hygienist was amazing! Definitely reassured me everything wasn't as bad as I originally planned. Thank goodness! I was super impressed with the x-rays, you do them right there in the chair! They go over your treament plan, have someone come in and explain the cost aspect right there while your in the chair! Not a typical dental office and I like that about it! I think I found my new KC dentist! Thanks ladies!

I also appreciated how my hygienist explained to me why they do certain things (like fluoride). Lastly, my appointment was at the end of the day, and since my paperwork took me a long time to fill out, my appointment went a little long. They were willing to stay in order to do a full cleaning, however, and I greatly appreciated this. I will definitely be going back!

I went to Deer Creek Family Dental several years ago, when Dr. Rodemeier was there and had a terrible experience. I felt like he was out to get my money. However, I've recently started going back to Deer Creek, now with completely new staff, and it's a WHOLE NEW EXPERIENCE. I pulled out a crown (one that Dr. R put on initially) late on a Friday night and was in quite a bit of pain. Dr. Mohn called me back that night, walked me thru what to do to mitigate the pain, offered to come into the office on Saturday if needed, and worked me into her schedule the following Monday. She did not jump into saying I needed a root canal, rather recommended simply putting the crown back on, at no charge. I am extremely phobic of dentists, and she did not take this lightly. She and her staff went out of their way to make me comfortable -- physically and mentally. They have earned a customer for life.

I did two crowns here. first of all wasn't a good experience. Should remind that I have done several crowns before, and all the ones in this office have been with issues. When they did the estimate for me, they said I will owe $350 for both crowns which I paid right away. After few months, I got another bill for $450. Apparently they messed up in estimating. Beware!

Staff is wonderful, they are smart, funny, and knows how to make you feel at ease. Plenty of time was spent explaining ( in words I could understand) what they were going to do. After the exam, I was given information and pricing on future procedures that I should think about having done. This was my first visit with them, and I left their office knowing I would return.

The hygienist was great but I was very disappointed in the dentist. She was not gentle when she gave my injections and was very rough during my crown prep and to make everything worse I asked her to pull the tooth because there wasn't much tooth left for her to work with and she insisted on crowing it (much more expensive). Now my crown is loose and I have to get it glued back on at the very least if not pulled. It felt like this dentist was more concerned about how much money she could make rather than genuinely caring for her patients. Won't be revisiting or recommending this office.

All about the money, I went to Deer Creek for 3 yrs due to the convenience, it's right next to my work. Well during that time they said I needed something like 10 fillings and Periodontal maintenance. I have good insurance that covers cleaning but only part of period maintenance. I was paying out of pocket every visit. I clean my teeth well and often and only had two cavities before this dentist. Over the few years i went here I had 6 filings and an onlay. The ast time I went in they said I needed two root canals, one immediately. I was suspicious. I went to another local dentist that was recommended. He was told me that I didn't need any root canals or fillings...the only thing I needed done was to fix the last filling they had done as it had created a pocket that was holding food. I couldn't floss it out either because the filling was shaved off correctly and floss would'n't fit between my teeth. They were finishing my perio maintenance in like 15 mins, faster than a normal cleaning...some people like there teeth done quick, which is fine I do a well as long as they do a good job. This is a corporate conglomerate denist office that switches dentist all the time, over three years I had two different cleaning ladies and saw 3 dentist.

I have 3 children ages 12, 5, and 10 months old. I have never been to a children's dentist like this one before. I usually have to hold my son down but they, specifically Mallory, were so incredibly kind and patient and genuinely involved and caring that all I had to do was sit back and laugh and smile along with my kids. I can't speak enough on the professionalism and the genuine niceness of everyone there starting with the front desk and ending with the dentist. I'm so lucky we found them! Oh and also they have competitive prices!
