Scheduled an appointment and had to wait three weeks. When I showed up, he lacked the equipment to complete the procedure. Rescheduled two weeks later. When I arrived for the second appointment, he still lacked the equipment to complete the procedure after promising it would be ready. Tried to schedule me again. At best, this is a horrible client service situation and an absent-minded physician. At worst, this guy might just be trying to bill my insurance for multiple visits to pad his pocket. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Went to his KC office as he was booked through august, but completely worth the drive. He's only at this office Tuesdays. He was so kind and in-tune with my needs, and made sure to follow up the night after my surgery after business hours to check in on me. I'd recommend him to anyone especially if you're anxious about dental work!
