Was told that they were doing a soft pull on my credit then to find out it was a hard pull. Then not only that was also not told that what I was doing was signing me up for a credit card . So got a credit card I didn't want. And that all happened because the dentists was saying I need teeth pulled I didn't even need pulled. Wile using a non-diagnostic x-ray to diagnose. When I called didn't even get an apology. I was very happy with this place till all this happened will not go back!

This place was on of the best dental places I have been to. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and they explained everything step by step. I don’t know about you but Going to the dentist is not one of my top drs visits plus you can’t really see what they are putting in your mouth lol. They were helpful, made me very comfortable, and put my anxieties at ease.

Had a cleaning and a couple fillings done on some chipped teeth by Dr. Hawley today, and everything went perfectly! Everyone was extremely friendly and very thorough. Dr. Hawley explained and answered all my questions, and my teeth look and feel amazing! I would recommend this office to anyone!

This dental practice is worse than a used car dealership. Every regularly scheduled teeth cleaning they try to up sell you on additional services. The dentist starts with it by making you feel terrible about your teeth and then they send in the insurance coordinator for the close. I have been going to this location since 2016 and have been putting up with the high-pressure sales tactics because they would back off once I did tell them that I don't want anything else other than a regular teeth cleaning. However, today really upset me because they refused to do the regular teeth cleaning unless I opted for the pricier deep cleaning. I have made the decision to go with another dental practice nearby my office. Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want a boiler room experience.

The dentist & hygenists are wonderful; scheduling & dealing with the front desk is a disaster. I had a root canal scheduled; they called me the day before to say they couldn't do that time anymore, without caring that this had been agreed upon when I originally saw the dentist a week before. Then this happened again for my crown appointment; not once, but twice. They called to set an appointment, saying it was never set up, when I had done it right there in the office after my root canal. Then - again the day before - they called to say that time wouldn't work! I loved the dentists, but my schedule cannot be moved around so easily every time someone forgets to enter an appointment correctly.

I have been a patient of Dr Sung for almost a year now, I couldn't be more pleased with her service. I have had several lingering problems with my mouth that no dentist or oral surgeon was able to take care of. Dr Sung took the time to listen to me and try to get the source of my problem. Now for the first time in nearly eight years, I am totally pain free. Dr Sung, YOU ROCK!!!

I have avoided returning to a dentist office for a while now. I have periodontal disease, and it is a very painful procedure to treat. I was finally convinced to try them as my condition was worsening. I met Jamie one day she told me about where she works and I reluctantly agreed to go. I am so glad I did. They are light years ahead of any other dentist’s office I have been to. From the ease of web based technology to cutting-edge techniques. Every interaction I had with the entire team made it a great experience. Jamie remembered me and I was diagnosed and treated within two days total. My last dentist office took over a month to schedule this procedure. I came in today. Everything was set up for me. I was anticipating the same thing that others did to me. Every time I have the procedure done before I was in pain for several days. They did a better job and I am already eating ice cream(shhhh) no pain or discomfort at all. They make it a point to go over benefits and the Dentist spent a significant amount of time discussing my options. If you need any dental work and your in kc, I would highly recommend you go to them.

Went in for a teeth cleaning, which was fine. I was given a care plan which was quite pricey. I'm a student so I had to explore other institutions, which isnt a big deal. I called a week and a half ago to have my xrays sent to my new dentist and I was told it would be done that day. Surprisingly, my xrays were never sent. I gave EXPLICIT instructions. Due to this my current dentist appointment doubled in time for new xrays and tacked on $62 more dollars. If they cant send xrays I'm not confident in their ability to perform dental work

When I initially went to this office I liked the service. Fast forward to a year later, my dentist no longer works there and my new one referred to my broken tooth as " meth mouth", very professional. Then there's the front desk. For the most part they were great until I had to reschedule. They called to confirm and about 30 minutes later my car broke down. I called back to let them know, only to be told I should have called sooner since the dentist set aside 3 hours for my appointment. I guess I could work on my powers of clairvoyance, or I'll just find a new dental office.

This place seemed extremely sketchy to me. They asked me to sign a bunch of things without showing them to me. I had to ask to see the documents. They were on their screen, which I couldn’t see, and they told me what it was about and asked me to sign a keypad. They showed me when I asked, but that is quite backwards. It’s very suspicious to ask someone to sign a legal document without offering to show it to them. Further, their check-in process required answering a bunch of questions, some of which were unanswerable. “Have you or anyone in your family ever...” yes or no. No option for “unsure”. Again, they ask me to sign this document, but I’m only given the option between two different guesses that I have to state as facts. I don’t know the medical history of everyone in my family, so how can I sign a document swearing that the answer is definitely yes or definitely no? Some of the staff seemed annoyed that I cared about falsifying documents. My new customer visit with X-rays and cleaning took a full one and a half hours. The hardwood floors were filthy, covered in dirt and hair. The bright light they use during the cleaning looked like it was cleaned with a dirty dish rag. It was smudged and smeared. There are big windows that let in a lot of natural light, which is great. But the insides of the windows were terribly dirty. Something about a filthy dentist’s office doesn’t sit right with me when I have to leave my mouth open for so long.

I had ONE preventative cleaning appointment with this dental office, and after making a curtesy call to let them know I was continuing my provider search, I was sent a very rude Termination of Doctor/Patient Relationship letter from the dentist. I was not a non compliant patient, unreasonable, demanding, threatening to the doctor/or their staff, nor otherwise contribute NEGATIVELY to a breakdown in the patient-physician relationship. I even made an effort to call and make sure that I had no remaining balance before moving on. Just as it is an acceptable and reasonable practice for dental offices to screen incoming patients, is it not also acceptable and reasonable for an incoming patient to be allowed at least, ONE preventative cleaning visit in order to make their assessment in choosing a dental provider? There has to be a better way of addressing patients who are in “good standing” that are pursuing the right dental team. This office may have been the “right team” for fellow colleagues, friends, or neighbors. Now, we will never know.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable about their field. They use the latest technology to show you exactly what they are seeing. They were good about explaining each step of the process in an encouraging manner. The accountant understood insurance and made the best plan for me! Try it out. They are the best I have been to.

Terrific place. They are a very professional and friendly staff. I had a root canal and a crown done today and experienced very little to no discomfort. I was expecting some pain after the anesthetic wore off, but my tooth/mouth feels fine! They also take my insurance, which is huge factor for me. I want to thank the staff and the dentist for making a dreaded visit great!

This place is a rip off!!! Just to do x-rays and an exam was over $800!!!! Including a $63 charge for "Hygiene instructions"!!! I would not ever go within 50 feet of this place again!!!!
