I love Towncrest Dental. We have gone to Dr. Maas since we arrived in town in 2002. He is always so kind and sensitive to his patients. The hygienists and office staff are always good and helpful at their jobs. Nita, Dr. Maas' assistant is an amazing, and very knowledgeable and just the person to put you at ease in the dentist chair. I will continue to go here.

Towncrest Dental is awesome. I have been with them for a few years. I have been very happy with my work done at Towncrest Dental and Dr. Ballard. Dr. Ballard and her team (including Tina) are awesome. You do not feel like you are at the dentist you feel like you are at home. They really take the time to explain what is going on and what needs to be done. They actively listen to your concerns and take them seriously. I am really glad I switch dental offices.

Moved to the area and was hoping to find a regular dentist. Unfortunately I had a bad experience here-dentist was pushy and didn't make me feel comfortable at all. I've never had a cavity in my life and she was pushing all these products to make a quick buck. I won't be going back and I wouldn't recommend. It was nice that I was able to get in quickly.

I am terrified of the dentist and had not been in more years than I care to admit but the staff was accommodating of my very tight schedule and caring from check in to check out. Unfortunately, I had a cavity and they were able to get me in the very next day to get it taken care of. I even got $50 off since I was a referral! Will definitely be going back!

I’ve been going to Towncrest Dental for 10+ years. They provide a very thorough exam and educate you about your dental health. I have sensitive teeth and gums but I never leave in pain. Everyone there is very friendly and does an amazing job. I recommend them any chance I get!

I love Towncrest Dental. Dr. Davidson has done crowns for me and they were a piece of cake compared to the crown I had done elsewhere. He is gentle and precise and gets things done in a timely manner. I never get to the point where I'm uncomfortable and thinking "when is this ever going to end". My dental cleanings are very good and the office staff has a good understanding of insurance billing,etc. On top of that, everyone is always pleasant. I can't think of anytime anyone has been the least bit off putting.

Gritting my teeth while lifting something I cracked my upper front tooth. Dr. Moss was able to install an implant that not only looks great but also straightened the alignment since my teeth were crooked. Quite happy with how everything turned out.

The front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly. They also gave feedback on the status of my oral health, and were educative in the questions I had for how to further improve my teeth-cleaning habits. They also, through the X-Rays, checked for some other medical conditions that other dentists had not mentioned before, just to be thorough (which, fortunately, I was fine!). So far, so good!

The regular check ups were fine until I had to get a cavity filled. The filling they put in cracked less than 72 hours after getting it done and they "fixed" it twice (charging me both times) before it finally stuck. I've had several cavities filled in the past, and none of my previous dentists needed to try 3 times before getting it correct. Wouldn't recommend.

Seemed to care about my dental anxiety until the very end where they told me they couldn't do a normal root canal and told me to go to an endodontist and then come back! Each additional visit makes it that much worse for me, so three trips for one tooth is unbelievable!
