My first experience was great ! I went a second time due to extreme pain i waited a hour in the chair for the doctor .. When he came he had no lab coat on was very brief and told me my gum was inflamed. He even said aww i bet it hurts poor you... He then prescribed me antibiotics but no pain medicine... I am not an addict whatsoever he refused to prescribe me any pain pills and said to take Tylenol. I have been up all night due to my pain the antibiotics take a few days to work. Im in excruciating pain i will never go back ... They obviously dont care about people.

I had a great experience here. Would highly recommend this dentist office to anyone need I g dental work! I saw two different dentists in two separate visits. Both were extraordinarily friendly, proffesional and did wonderful work on my mouth/teeth. I got xrays, cleaning, and two root canals, which all went superb! After the root canals, I expected pain and there were chances of it failing. Barely any pain. The final results looked great! The dentist even called me a couple days later to ensure I was doing good and everything was still okay and I wasn't feeling any discomfort or having problems. I have more dental work scheduled there for the future. I very much love this place!

Been going here 4 years and it gets worse every visit. My hygienist humps my leg hard about getting my 17 yr old sealants even calling me at home TWICE (Krystal),after my visit even though I said no and can't afford it, my daughter has no cavities, now they are trying to say she needs her wisdom teeth pulled, which is not true, my brother in law is a Oral surgeon and has assured me her mouth is roomy and fine, but I keep getting pressured repeatedly about it, makes me want to avoid this office..also on the way out they tried to tell me I owed $$ then after I insisted they were mistaken they saw it was the pending amount going to insurance not a owed $. Just all around frustrating.

The experience of my routine visits has been excellent. I have had cleanings and fillings completed. I have also had the laser used during my visits, on my gums, which improved an area that was hurting and would often bleed. The education of how I could improve my methods was very helpful in helping me avoid future cavities/toothaches. The team was professional, entertaining, and made me feel welcome and safe. I will continue my regular visits and would recommend this place to anyone.

Christine was such a pleasure! I have never had such a great dental experience. She explained my teeth to me, showed me so many photos, and would check in with me through the process to see how I was feeling. I have never had a dental experience like it. I felt so taken care of and informed. Another big thing is she told me I would need a more extensive cleaning and instead of just doing it went and checked how much it would be or if my ainruqnce would covered it. Knowing right then and there was SO awesome! I feel like many places I’ve gone just recommend something and you just say yes cause you feel like it and then you get the price when you leave and you want to cry. Thank you thank you for such a great experience. All the staff was amazing and the place was inviting and clean!

The Dundee dental office is awful! We've had problems with everyone from the front desk to the dentists. The first time my husband went there, the front desk staff demanded he pay for the entirety of his visit before they submitted it to insurance. He refused, and we later received an alarming bill for the visit because the office altogether failed to submit the insurance claim. My husband also had his time wasted attending multiple unneccessary appointments because 2 dentists kept sloughing him off between one another as they hemmed and hawed over what treatment was necessary as neither was interested in performing the procedure in question (a "deep cleaning"). The dentist I was seeing rescheduled my appointment for fillings. I understand that sometimes things come up, but this particular instance seemed flaky to me and left a bad taste in my mouth, as well as causing me inconvenience to have to find a different afternoon to waste with a numb jaw. When I did finally get my fillings done, the dentist and hygienist were very rough about it. I've gotten fillings before and never felt beat up like I was by these two. Also, the dentist was condescending to the hygienists and the hygienists weren't polite to eachother either. While everyone spoke to ME kindly, I was still mortified by the office drama I was subjected to. My husband still hasn't received all the dental work he needs, but we will NOT be returning!

I am unfortunate enough to see a dentist more often than I would like. However, the staff at Dundee Family Dental are caring and understanding. They allow me to pick and choose what restorations I need and what can be put off. They are professional but genuinely care about my personal life. I have always enjoyed coming into this office. Dr. Nick Kanning and Robin have subsided my fears of coming in. They have never judged me for all the dental work that I've needed. We moved recently, and it was so hard saying goodbye to these wonderful people!

No one seems in a hurry to get patients in. I checked in 25 minutes before my appointment and still waited nearly 30 minutes after my scheduledad appointment. Two other patients went in before me that came in after... absolutely ridiculous.

Dishonest Billing, misrepresented services and costs, and disregaurded me as a client. Refused to have management follow up with me regaurding my experience. Office manager not honest, and staff I experienced lack integrity. This was my first experience with this Summit location after being a loyal summit client at another location for years, and will be the last for me and my friends and family. I would NOT recommend them, and feel completely scammed out of my money. My insurance is investigating and confirmed wrongdoing.

I have never seen a business with as many employees as they have that are so customer oriented. I had 3 teeth pulled today and they gave me a can of chicken noodle soup and a bottle of Gatorade to take home for dinner. I have worked in a resort for 29 years, and would love to know their secret for hiring such positive, caring employees. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is as positive and painless as possible.,the dentists included. I was amazed.

I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. I had been going here for a very long time, when it was still Dundee Family Dental and never had any issues so I referred my spouse. He had a crown done. They messed it up, so they fixed it and did it a second time. After the fix, he was still in pain and told them that it hurts to brush and eat. His concerns were dismissed and he learned to "live with it". We moved to Colorado, found a new dentist and discovered he has A GIANT HOLE under the tooth and the crown was not fitted correctly, causing the pain. We just dropped $1000 to fix it... AGAIN! Do not go here. Summit, please call me and pay me $1000 for the hack job you did on my husband. Unacceptable.

I have a atna dental discount card. I went in summits office in pain they took xrays and give me antibiotics. Made a appointment to pull a tooth in old town bellevue so i go there to my suprize old town would not honer my dental plan so i didnt get work done. A few months later i call dundees location saying im still in pain they made me another appointment in old town bellevue so i go there they do xrays only no work was done and i kept asking for prices with my card but they took it and only set it on the desk so thwy come back saying i owe 243 dollars becuase there location does not accept my card. Even thought the specific dentist is listed and i kept telling dundee i want work done at there location and what seems to me they keep shoving to the only location in town that my card is not valid at all other summits my dental card is valid and discounts are applied. They employee said i was cuasing a fuss as i want to leave when im seeing im being screwed money wise and i got they alao told me any xrays that were done at dundee they wouldnt charge me for and they did charge for same images when they could have pulled info off the computer but they dont care i called dundees location once i left old town saying what happened and she called and thats when i found out the card could not be used hmm seems alittle fishy. I provided all info i could to dundee and i requested a corporate number and she told me she would make a complaint and should reiceve a call but i havent yet 2 weeks later

Ruined my teeth. It’s been several years since these buttheads lied and said I had cavities when I didn’t. They drilled 6 of my teeth and never even took molds to make sure my mouth would close correctly. I suffer from bruxism/grinding. My teeth don’t meet together anymore. They are numb and get infections all the time. I have to spend tons of money on antibiotic remedies every year. This place can burn to the ground. I should have sued them.

always trying to sell you something else to make more money that's all they care about / I had a root canal done there and they messed it up I foolishly went back to have it corrected and they failed a second time, the doctor wrote an unusually powerful perscription for antibiotics 300mg and kept saying this should take care of it, I think he knew he didn't get the job done. used up all my insurance after that they didn't give a dam. I had to go to another dentist to have the tooth pulled

The people are friendly, clean and professional but the quality of the dental work i received was sub par at best. After some dental work done the tooth that was worked on got infected. I called trying to get in for an emergency and was told it be a week before the doctor could see me. Out of desperation i went to the next closest dentist to me and he was appalled at his their work. If you go there i hope you have better luck then me.

I had a lot of work done here, costing up to $6,000. Patient care is terrible. The first time I went to get all of my work done, I told them about the pain I was having in one of my teeth and they said it was just plaque and continued to work on all of my other teeth. After 3 months, my tooth ended up cracking and I made an appointment to see the dentist to get it looked at. I asked for the dentist to see me and he told the hygienist to tell me the only thing he could do for me is fill it and it would cost me. After this experience, I went to another dentist to get it fixed. I would not recommend this place.

My oldest child has a small cavity, and her suggested treatment was a small filling, nothing extreme like other kids dentists in the area. As a mother, I feel I can trust her with the care of my children's teeth. Thank you Dundee Family Dental! (Reviewers Note 2015) This office has since become Summit Dental, and I was not pleased with my visit today. Far too rushed, Not enough clarity on treatment for my child's dental needs. I will likely look for a pediatric dentist for my children, and use Summit for my husband and I.

I moved downtown over a year ago and I decided it was time to find a dentist nearby, rather than traveling over an hour to my family dentist. I was so pleased with my experience at Dundee Family Dental. After setting up my appointment online, I received a call to follow up on what I needed to do before my appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the receptionists. Although it seems they can be overwhelmed with patients, they handled it very well. I was impressed with the facility - very clean, well decorated, and up-to-date equipment. The big screen TV and reign of the remote was an unexpected surprise! The staff was wonderful, the doctor was thorough and friendly, and the visit was shorter than expected. I am so appreciative that they hold later hours during the week so I don't have to leave work early - thank you so much, Dundee Dental Team!

I had a great experience at Summit dental at 50th and dodge. April and Joey are the best. They have both cleaned my teeth and are both fast and painless. They do a killer job. I walked in & was greeted by one of the Summit team members. I was there to start the first step for a crown. I have been to Dundee Summit when Dr. Wiggins was there. I'm switching from Dr. Chelsea Wiggins to Dr. Kayla Haiar. Dr. Wiggins is going into pediatric dentistry. I was impressed by the friendliness of everyone. Dr. Haiar greeted me & took time to get to know me. She had already been updated by Dr. Wiggins on my dental issues. I explained how I’d been a patient of Dr. Kanning. Then I’d meet Chelsea. Dr. Haiar & Dr. Wiggins are associates & friends. Julia was sweet & very polite. She made sure I was comfortable at all times.

I found Summit through lots of ads in Omaha .I had an appointment there to fill two teeth. two days before my appointment, I emailed the clinic and explained that I have fear of needles that comes with dizziness and tending to vomit. But looks like no one told my dentist about that! At the appointment day, I talked with my dentist about my fear of needles. She numbed my mouth, and I vomited. she directly sent me home and gave me another longer appointment and said that we will use nitrous oxide next time. I was like" well, I told you about my fear; why didn't you just use it this time???" They kept saying that when I vomit they cannot do anything, and it made me feel super nervous about next appointment , so, I decided to find another clinic. and I am happy that I found a super patient family dentist and hygienists with much more cheaper price.

My wife went there to get some work done and they told her that they needed to do partials because they had to pull some teeth. Before my wife agreed to it her and I asked them to verify that the insurance would cover it and any work that would be needed down the road for it. They said they checked and they said the insurance said 100 percent covered. So she had the teeth pulled and the 1st set made that always falls apart as they were just ment to be temps while the got her ready for the permanent ones and 3 to 4 months later she goes in yo have the temps adjusted for the upteeth time they tell us she owes 800 plus because they (summit dental health ) did the ones that the insurance dosnt cover. Now the temps are useless , they cause so much pain that she can't ware them because it cut so bad into one of the tooth used to hold in place that her tooth broke off and no other dentist will touch because they dont want to take a chance making what summit screwed up on worse. Summit wont help her because the bill that is in dispute . So now she has to deal with pain and the missing teeth when she smiles. Great job summit.

I had some dental pain and they have been my dental clinic for a year went to the ER they didn't know why I had this pain in head ,face and back of my neck ER just gave me some pain killers, I called summit and they got me right in . I went to Summit Dental as a referral from my usual dentist in Onawa, since I have high anxiety about dentists and Summit does IV Sedation. I left my consult crying because of the horrible experience I had. First of all the young woman I saw told me I had nearly double the cavities than my regular dentist had said, that I needed 3 root canals, and a crown that might result in her pulling it after. I just finished all of my dental work at my regular dentists office without IV sedation and had less anxiety about it than I did at my one consultation from Summit Dental. I only needed one root canal and there was no reason for wanting to pull the tooth that needed a crown. The dentist at Summit I saw was also terrible at explaining what different procedures entailed, and talked to me as if I had gone through dentistry school as well. To top the whole visit off the woman at billing said that all of the work would cost roughly $5000, and that after insurance I would need $1000 to make an appointment and $1000 on the day of. Now, after getting the work I actually needed done elsewhere I haven't paid more than $200 out of pocket. Worst visit I have ever had to a dentist's office. I can see how they make enough money to have a Keurig in their waiting room, and its from doing more work than is needed. After reading their reviews pre-consult I was optimistic, but I'm so glad I didn't return! I took their plan of what I needed done to my regular dentist afterwards and she agreed that I should not go back. And no, Summit Dental, I would not like to call your office to discuss anything further.

I had an exam done at Summit Dental on 84th & Giles. I didn't have a good experience, so I decided to stop by a different location & ask questions. This office was so, so, helpful. I was assisted my Hayley, a small short haired lady. She was very patient & understanding. She had an answer to all of my questions, & she was eager to help me. The interior of the place was very clean. I'm so glad I switched locations.

I only gave it one start because I had to . Worst experience of my life! Got a tooth pulled on a Monday followed all precautions and had a dry socket by Tuesday . Now yes it happens even if you follow all the rules but it soon began to ooze yellow / white out that had a nasty taste and horrible smell so I requested an antibiotic and was told it wasn’t necessary. They packed the socket and sent me on my way . Went back a few days later still in an excruciating pain , crying in the chair asked the densist if I could be allergic to the packing ( Gel Foam) as it itches and really hurts when they use it . And he told me it was impossible *** its not impossible FYI*** he said he was going to pack it with a medicine but packed it with medicine and more gel foam ! I again asked for an antibiotic as I have a weak immune system and he again refused. So I left in more pain then when I got there and itchy faced. Ended up calling back 3 hours later and demanded an antibiotic or I would be filing a complaint with dental board . I did get an antibiotic finally and asked what else I could do for pain . I was told to go see my family dr .... also what they told me to do if I wanted an antibiotic! I’m on day 7 of suffering and have not once been offered anything to help with the pain and I don’t dare ask as I was made to feel like a pill seeker for wanting an antibiotic. Today I will be looking for a new dentist as spending the weekend crying and unable to function was too much . I deserve to be treated better than this . My family 5 will be looking for a new dentist. Dr. Jensen will never be a dentist to my family after this experience

I was overly impressed with the Oakview location. From the time that I walked in to the time that I left. I felt like they actually cared and did indeed want to provide excellent service. When I found out that for a specific service I had to use another location I assumed that it wouldn't be the same but I was wrong, the Dodge location was fantastic, just like Oakview.

They have the most friendly staff that was so concerned with a pain I was having in my tooth. After everyone was booked for an appointment, they got me right in and found out what the problem was and they fixed it.

Been with the group for a number of years now. They use the perfect amount of technology to ensure your appointment reminders are effective but do not beat you over the head with it. The hours they offer are great, location is easily accessible from anywhere in town, and the technical skills of the hygienists are second to none. I went through around 3 or 4 dentists to find them. I am solidly in their camp as a patient And no, not an employee or owner etc. Simply a very satisfied patient.

Omg this place is amazing, regardless of whatever health insurance you have they treat u with integrity everyone provided such great customer service and they are really smart they give you a care plan that details everything and it makes so much sense they don’t give u the run around, summit dental on dodge street in Omaha is awesome if I could I would give them 10 stars. This is definitely a place to invest your health insurance in they have some of the latest dental technology that assures your teeth health. I have never been to summit dental until today and i fell in love and found my forever family dentistry.
