I never got a chance to experience the office for a visit. They cancelled my appointment. I was on vacation with minimal cell service and by the time I called on Friday to confirm for a Monday appointment, they had already cancelled it. I'm highly disappointed and will take my business elsewhere.

Really love how professional EVERYONE in the office is, from the receptionist to the dentist everyone is dressed well and has a positive attitude. I have always needed cavities filled and continuous dental work done and the hygienists and dentist always make sure I'm comfortable and well informed. I never feel like they are making judgements or assumptions about my teeth (which I have felt was a problem at other offices). Making the switch 3 years ago to this office was the best choice I could have made!

New to and was an AWESOME experience from start to finish!!! Love how you get a brief tour as a new patient, a gift, how personable everyone was, how nice the office is, and how thorough the team was with everything including ensuring I was doing great at all times!!! Second visit even better!!! Receptionist called me by my first name when I walked through the door which was very nice and the teeth cleaning was the best I can remember. Will definitely be back for other work and care visits, family loves it (also patients), and highly recommend giving them a try if looking for dental care!!! Finally, love the dental tech they have & use!!!

Haha they bribe people for good reviews in their office for things like grills and iPads. They are frauds, they ripped me off after spending over 20 grand with them after I had problems they said don't come back... I probably could sue them if I found a lawyer willing to work on winnings. Stay far away from these swindlers. I have ran into people saying these dentists add things to the bill that they didnt need done as well, before and after they rebranded. WARNING*** IF YOU RUN INTO A DENTIST OFFICE THAT HAD TO REBRAND STAY FAR AWAY...

I went to premier dental with pain in a tooth that had a previous root canal. Their solution was to put a crown on the tooth and give me antibiotics. A month later, I still had pain in the area but worse. Their solution was to give me more antibiotics. The pain continued to get worse. I then asked for a reference to a specialist who identified a canal that had been missed when I had the tooth treated initially. During this course of treatment, my bite was altered as a side affect of the crown placement and adjustments. The solution posed by premier dental was to spend thousands of dollars on invisalign. I felt pushed to buy services that I didn't want and they never fixed my initial problem.

Today was my first appointment at Premier Dental and it was hands down the best dentist experience I have ever had! They made me feel comfortable and the entire staff was completely judgement free. Dentists and Hygienists are great, but just like so many other reviews on here, there billing is embarrassing and confrontational. My wife went in and while she was sitting in the dentist chair, twice a billing "agent?" approached her about a balance due. This was not an overdue balance, it was just out there from a week ago or so that my kids went in. She was being hounded about when we were going to pay. We have never paid late, and have always paid in full. I just prefer to pay it with all my other bills when it comes in the mail. Apparently this wasn't soon enough for them. We won't be back.

Dr. Bost is the best! I had a pretty nasty tooth that needed to be fixed and Dr. Bost and Belita did an awesome job making sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They have excellent care and you can see how much pride they have for their work.

We mistakenly measured Premier by their chair side manner and not the quality of care. During a routine visit the dentist made an unsolicited offer to prematurely pull our son’s lower cuspids to “make room” for new ones whenever they come up. He said a fine result would be the same either way so we considered it his recommendation. We need to note there were no abnormalities such as overcrowded teeth or pain and we weren’t looking for options. It’s nearly been a year with no sign of the new ones and all of his teeth in between are spreading to fill the gap. His remaining teeth are no longer structurally supported by adjacent teeth and may need intermittent braces to protect them. We surmise the dentist’s soft sell advice was cash flow driven as he proactively introduced the concept to us. We previously just waited for natural causes and should have not listened to Premier. Warning others to beware.

We have had numerous problems with this office over the past month. There were scheduling issues where my sons appointment was cancelled after I confirmed, it was rescheduled and when we arrived the dentist was sick. At this point they weren’t even sure if he could see someone else, and it wasn’t a pediatric Dentist even though we had received ANOTHER confirmation email that morning and no one called to tell us. I decided to give them a try after that, at my initial appointment they reported I needed three hours worth of dental work done. After getting a second opinion I was told none of it is necessary. I’m assumimg they will reply saying different dentists have different technology and approaches, I’m not sure how much more different an opinion could be. I initially scheduled the appointment to have the work done, similarly to other reviews their billing department repeatedly called before I was even at the appointment including the day it was scheduled asking for immediate payment....the number of calls and emails you receive regarding one appointment was too much there is no reason you need to receive that many calls and emails. With other reviews it stated that’s their “policy” if this was so why wouldn’t they bother scheduling without obtaining payment simultaneously. At that point I would have scheduled this with any other office. They have attempted to blame Dr. Rakes’ leaving abruptly although the office isn’t anymore reliable.

Parents are allowed back with their kids any time. After years of searching, we've finally found an environment everyone is happy with!

When I got my treatment done, Dr Erdman and her very funny assistant Shawna made me feel so comfortable, witch was amazing because I have a dental fear.... They kept it professional and fun! Im assuming most of these good reviews are fake. It's unlikely he/they have such a large staff due to the fact they only charge whats needed. I myself have been ripped off by them and also have ran into two different uber drivers while taking me there say they tried to rip them off by adding things that did not need to be done. YOU WOULDN'T GO TO A DISHONEST MECHANIC DON'T WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE OUT OF CONVENIENCE. Another thing to note that they re-branded to premeir dental a few years or so back. Most people with an established brand do not re-brand unless they were getting bad reviews. As you can see there are alot of one star reviews but the rating is kept high because not only do I suspect they make fake reviews but I have also seen bribes or advertisments saying give us a review and add us on so and so social media for a chance to win this blah blah...yeahhh don't take this as a disgruntled customer and things will be different for you because the chances are better elsewhere for a fair price and good treatment...

I went to Premier Dental for my first visit last week.. I as cracked my front tooth and my wedding is on the 24th of this month! I was afraid to walk in because it seemed so expensive via their website but the minute I walked in I felt welcomed! They were so nice and gave me a toured! I had my daughter with me thinking I was just going for a consultation but they were able to get me in right away! They helped me so much with my little girl while the dentist fixed my tooth! They even showed me different payment options I could do. I have never felt so sure about a place and plan on going back for my other dental care needs! I highly recommend them!

Totally agree with the negative reviews already written. Really wish I would have looked at some of them before we decided to try this place! A month ago my husband experienced a toothache. We spent $150 going to a ‘very nice’ dental office in west omaha (premier dental). The office was beautiful, the staff was pleasant, but apparently they can’t handle or are not qualified for a root canal and a half broken tooth next to a nerve. After being down $150 for an X-ray and consultation. We were recommended to a dental surgeon for further repair. My husband and I are self employed and unfortunately do not carry dental insurance. After calling the dental surgeons office and speaking with a receptionist and finding out they do not have a payment plan my husband decided to hold off with the repair after we were told it would be around $2,500. About a month later he was in excruciating pain. At 9am I called Emergency Dental. By 1pm my husband was in the dental chair. By 5pm his root canal and broken tooth were completely repaired. Now, the office isn’t fancy like premier dental but who cares! The staff, the doctor, and the dental assistants were amazing. Everything was black and white. They even offered in-house financing up to $1500. I’m only disappointed we wasted our time and money going to this fancy dental office out west because we “thought” they would be the best. Don’t judge a book by its cover that’s for sure!

This place is awful. I went here for the first time and they tried to tell me I needed 900 dollars worth of work done even after my insurance covered cleaning. I believed them because I've never been duped by the dentist before. After I checked other reviews that said they've been lied to about the amount of work they needed, I went to Lakeside dental. Guess how much they charged me? Zero. I still had to pay about 300 dollars for their fancy x rays that I genuinely believe is a way for them to make more money. Run away from this place and just go somewhere less fancy. I think they overcharge people to make their overhead. Don't be fooled by the beautiful building and free flavored water folks.

From people with no dental fears to those that are anxious, nervous, budget concerned, and even white-knuckling the chair the whole time. This is the place for ALL of you for all your dental needs. I had been treated 2 times in 3 weeks before choosing Premier Dental to help me with a horribly painful tooth that kept getting temp fixed. They got me in the SAME DAY, checked me out, let me know what the cause was and got me all set to come in 3 days later to the medicine time to reduce the swelling. Monday comes & yep I was nervous but hopefully for a final fix. Dr. Schultz took her time, triple checked everything, made sure I was comfortable, kind, and got me to the point where the next day I was ready for my first ever 2 permanent crowns. She quickly and easily got them in place and now I have much less pain and minus residue soreness, feel SO VERY MUCH BETTER! Their practice is wonderful, the staff in all areas welcoming, understanding, and considerate. The facility is top notch. No sending out impressions, they machined my crowns and we’re in the next day! No running around cleaning here, procedure there, and X-rays somewhere else. It is very frustrating to search for a dentist that you need to see ASAP as you have an abscess and you have no insurance, no job for the past 2 years, and no income what's so ever, which would mean NO MONEY. And the internet mentions FREE dental. So you click on the link it pulls up this dentist office. You explain your financial situation. They offer 50% off and you would need $49.00 at the time of visit. Obvisiously, If you need money upfront, it's not considered a FREE dental clinic. Why, falsely advertise FREE, when it's NOT.

Our family has been patients of Premier Dental for about 2 years now. We've never had any issues with them and their staff have been great for the most part. I went in for my appointment today and was told they cancelled my appointment because I did not confirm my appointment. Apparently, they have been texting my office line to confirm. So the problem is a land line does not receive text. They offered another appointment 2 hrs later but it didn't work because I scheduled my day around this appointment. I understand they have probably lost revenue in the past due to no shows but I feel they should have erred in favor of their patient and not cancelled my appointment. It would have been easy for someone to look into my account and seen that neither I nor anyone in my family of 4 have missed an appointment. Unfortunately, their flawed policy to prevent lost appointment revenue has lost them our business as we will be looking for a new dental team. Respect should be mutual, I respect your time by showing up to my appointments. You should respect my time and realize I rearranged my entire schedule to be there.

what a wonderful experience for my 9 yr old daughter. the staff was prompt, extremely friendly, the entire place had a great energy. the upstairs is the kids dept and they have cute paintings on the wall, tv, new patients get a gift bag. They provide a menu of comfort items for kids to make their experience stress free. I recently had to have a root canal and a crown, not treatment that one looks forward to. I had a wonderful experience at Premier! Not only did I get the root canal/crown, but two fillings as well. And the best part was it only took one appointment! Normally this would be at lest 3 appointments, and I was super impressed with the same day crown service! We absolutely love the Premier Dental staff and our dentist, Dr. Piper Larson. She is very passionate about what she does and has taken such good care of me and my boys. I feel as though Premier Dental is our second home lately, as I've needed some work done and Dylan is now an orthodontic patient of Dr. Larson's. She is extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. She calls after every appointment to see how everything feels, and has even seen us after hours when we needed help with my son's orthodontic device. The hygienists at Premier Dental are also very knowledgeable and take the time to inform you about what is happening with your teeth and gums. After my experiences with Dr. Larson, I know I will never go anywhere else!

Don’t listen to all the 5 stars, they give you incentives for leaving a 5 star review. But truth of the matter is they don’t care about you at all, all they care about is your money. I went in for a consultation and they ran my insurance and I still left paying about $500 because they want you to pay before they actually schedule you for the work needed to be done. Put it on my care credit card that I got there from there office. When I finally get the work done they try to charge me again. I show them that I have already paid on my card. After that I keep getting bills from them for negative -25$ I call and ask and they tell me that I have a $25 credit to use for my next visit and that everything is fine. A year later they are harassing me and demanding that I pay them. The people responsible for billing need to get there stuff together. It seems like I’m not the only one they have done this too. Be careful and stay away from these guys. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews

Excellent experience! First time visiting and they walked me through the new patient process with ease. I was greeted and given a tour. The X-rays and scans took little time. The cleaning was great with professional hygienists. Overall one of the best dentists I have been to and that’s coming from someone who moved yearly for the past 8 years so I have seen many offices that don’t stack up to this one. I've had nothing but great experiences since switching to Premier Dental. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. All of my questions have always been answered by the hygienists and doctors, and I never feel rushed. However, I wouldn't have ever switched from my previous dentist had it not been for Anna B.'s recommendation, and then seeing her smiling face when I checked in. I get very nervous at the dentist, and she does everything possible to make me feel comfortable! She has also helped sort out and explain billing situations as well as other information. Honestly I'm okay with this place (and I hate the dentist.. I mean... I do not go unless I am forced out of pain). However, after two visits of repairs and one crown due to decay... I am impressed. They are fast, they work with my schedule, they explain all billing before they preform anything that may not be covered by insurance, and they are friendly. They also offer sedation which is important to me, as I do not do good with shots and needles. I'm pretty happy with this place so far. By the way... my dental hygienist today... I didn't catch her name... was amazing. Caring, communicated amazingly, and attentive. Pretty grateful for her. Best around.

This is the only dentist's office I've ever been comfortable at. Everyone is super friendly. Shawna is awesome, she always remembers things we've talked about in the past and is very reassuring when it comes to any procedures. They're also great at squeezing people in when there's an emergency. A month ago I called at 7 AM due to extreme pain and I was able to get in at 8 AM. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a fantastic experience. My 5 yr old son absolutely adored our hygienist and Dr. Rakes was wonderful to work with. He did a great job explaining the health of my child’s mouth but explained things in a way we both can understand. I was pregnant the first time I came to Premier dental. They skipped the x-rays and help me create a good treatment plan. They had a convenient time for me to come back after the baby they get the x-rays. After the baby was born I needed some dental work. I was able to come in on a Saturday and I had all my work done in no time. Expected there to be some unexpected cost but Nope it was exactly what they said it would be. I’ve been back for my follow up cleanings and love seeing Brook. My husband even likes to come to the dentist now. Starting next month my little 20 month-old son will have his first appointment on the pediatric side.

I think that premier dental is a very friendly dental office. I like that they offer you a drink and that they have certain sections one for kids and one for adults in the waiting room. Also I LOVE having Dr. Larson as my dentist! I like how she explains what she is doing and what the tools are that she is using! I feel comfortable with her working on my teeth! A couple of months ago, I broke a tooth three days before I was leaving the country! Anna Bradley went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule at the last minute with Dr. Larson to get it fixed. I ended up having to get a root canal, and Dr. Larson was so kind!! She was always asking me if I was doing okay. Then my appointment ran long so one of the assistants called my job for me to tell me that I was going to be late. Overall, this Is by far the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist, best patient care anywhere!!

I had my two front teeth knocked out during a work accident. I was mentally crushed when it happened. My wife called Premier Dental they got me in the next day. They put in temporary crowns and eventually the real deal. I saw almost the whole staff during the process, everyone was great. My name is Justin Landon and my daughter Holland saw Dr.Rakes for the first time today 2/27/18 and we had the best experience. We checked in downstairs with Melissa not knowing we needed to go upstairs for pediatrics, but Melissa cheerfully told us that pediatrics is upstairs and showed us the stairs or elevator. Once we were upstairs in pedo we checked in with Deb who was phenomenal with Holland and took her picture! Nicole was the dental assistant and she was absolutely wonderful my daughter was not scared at all. Seriously my daughter enjoyed the dentist... because of Nicole. I cannot for get to praise Dr.Rakes the pediatric doctor at Premier Dental for being so great with Holland and telling us the bottom and that her teeth looked great. Lastly we checked out with lea who made the financial process very easy! We love Premier Dental and will not go anywhere else!!

From the second I walked in to the second I left I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was very kind, I had my two year old with me and the staff was incredible with her. New facility, great website, excellent photos, in fact overkill photos at times, very psychologically manipulative, at times it felt like a time share constantly trying to be sold something, but it seemed like great care. Billing is a different story. I went in for a cleaning. 2hrs later, my teeth did not get cleaned and I was told to return in 4 weeks after using a rinse and that it was going to be $112 today after my insurance and additional $500 out of pocket after my insurance to fix my teeth in two additional visits. My insurance would have to pay $3k. I got a second opinion and was told my teeth are in the top 5% and the care plan I was provided was one of the most deceptive care plans he had ever seen and my photos were going to be used in his class as an example of what not to do. Will not return. I'm willing to bet this review won't stick around, this place seems on top their review game offering tons of incentives for inflated positive reviews. I don't want a refund and I want better practices for future people. Read the 1 star reviews. Update: I was sent a $26 refund check. I don't want your money.

I am a new patient as of today. I am also a huge baby with anxiety when it comes to dental issues. I had a problem that needed addressed ASAP and they got me right in same day and took VERY good care of me. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, EVERYONE I met was so nice! I have a lot of work that needs done and will go to Premier for everything! I do not have dental insurance right now and some places will look down on you for that but not these guys. I have been going to premier dental and have had good service until they were not specific regarding insurance coverages and seemed to side step a question that I had kept asking leading me to believe they were trying to hide something or play a game with the insurance company. I would recommend being more explanatory to their patients regarding what's covered and what's not in the future.

Would give ZERO stars if I could! Couldn't agree with M Kunz more!!! Wish I would've seen that review before taking my son there last month. This place is a lot of fluff and very deceptive! My 16 year old was there for 2 hours and they gave him some periodontal treatment and charged us $88 and NEVER EVEN cleaned his teeth! They even said he had 11 cavities that needed to be fixed AND said invisalign was recommended. Absolutely ridiculous!! Haha -- they even sent me a bill for 80 cents after all was said and done! Got a second opinion from a REAL dentist and found out the periodontal treatment was unnecessary.... he has NO CAVITIES and he's a normal 16 year old that should brush and floss more! This place is a bunch of crooks!!! BEWARE!!!!

They will upsell you like a car dealer. Watch your bill and what they charge your insurance company. They are crooks. I have the estimates and bills to prove it. Make sure you are aware of what they are doing before the drilling starts. My teeth still hurt. Just beware!! I would not let them clean my dogs teeth.

Dentist are great been going there for a while now and never had a bad physician but the billing area the way its handled is very unprofessional. I have never seen a bunch of people that can completely make the rest of the experience so sour. The approach needs to be softer knowing that your guest are not dumb they know they have a bill to pay and to be a little flexible and not to make them feel low for not paying in full the day of. Over all the level they approach needs to come down a notch if you want people to continue to come back. Treat your guest as family not just another dollar. Once again I dont want to take anything away from the dentist nothing but great things to say but the business is ran as a whole.
