As you can see the average of ratings is really positive, and it's founded on quite a few opinions, so the score is reasonably reliable, although it doesn't have a sufficient number of assessments to grant it full credibility.

As you know, we do not usually bother to set reviews when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

I went here to get 2 impacted wisdom teeth removed. My dentist gave me a heads-up that it was not going to be an easy procedure, so I had some anxiety coming in. However Dr. Mike make me feel as comfortable as possible. He was very human. He addressed some of my fears and made me feel like they were rational. Best of all, he did everything humanly possibly to make the procedure as drama-less and comfortable as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else besides this place.

I had my two remaining, impacted, wisdom teeth removed here. My experience was excellent and I would highly recommend the place. They explained my options, how the procedure would go and gave a cost estimate (I ended up paying less!) at my consultation. At my extraction the nurses and doctor were very friendly and kind (and I'm someone who is not normally great with medical stuff). Things went off without a hitch and their follow-up care was great. My only two things to keep in mind. One, the remit date for the bill I received was very close to when I received the bill (though you should have a 30 day grace). Two, they stay pretty busy so my consultation was a month from when I called (though my extraction was only a week later)

I wish I could remember my doctor's name, but him and his assistant were so compassionate and caring towards me. I am a nervous and panicking wreck when it comes to dental work and they made me feel so comfortable and I was able to get my procedure done. Thank you!

The only reason I gave a three was because the staff is really nice and helpful. However Jeffery A. Schwarzkopf, DDS is abrasive, rude, arrogant and always in a hurry. I went in for a follow up after having a tooth pulled last Tuesday Mr. Schwarzkopf didn't even take the time to listen to my concerns. He immediately came into the room and started jamming a medicine pouch for dry socket into my gums without warning. He then proceeded to put more gauze in my mouth as well. There is no reason for his behavior and I would consult another oral surgeon at this location.

I was not happy with the service that was provided to me. I have had issues every step of the way in getting my procedure done and when I needed more medicine after a painful procedure they treated me like a was garbage.

I was unbelievably happy with the service I recieved at the Ingersoll location! As someone who has never undergone significant surgery of any kind, I was very nervous. However, the staff, the nurses, and the doctors were all lovely and kind people, and made me feel very comfortable. Cannot reccomend this place enough!

Dr. Schwarzkopf communicates with zero compassion or understanding. He wouldn’t answer direct questions or talk about anything outside of his regular script. He plays it all off by acting “cool” and ignoring your concern. I was in tears and extreme pain during my wisdom tooth extraction. Not once did I receive a moment to collect myself or calm down. I don’t blame Schwarzkopf for the pain I was experiencing, as my tooth was sitting on a nerve. However, it does not excuse that throughout the entire extremely painful process, I was drowning in my own tears and mucous. All while I was being told “just breath through your nose,” which was virtually impossible. I’m in shock by how little the staff even acknowledged my state. After the procedure ended, they rushed me out of the building as quickly as possible. I am still trying to understand what happened to me. This was my second wisdom tooth surgery, and the two experiences were different in every regard. I’ve heard great things about other OSPC doctors in that building and I’d highly recommend finding a different doctor.

COME ON HONESTLY

This place is the most disorganized group of "professionals" i have ever dealt with in my life. What a joke.

Our son needed emergency dental care after an incomplete wisdom tooth extraction elsewhere. The staff listened to our concerns, got our son in to see an oral surgeon within 30 minutes & completed his treatment. We are incredibly impressed by the doctors, nurses, & staffs professionalism & dental skills. We highly recommend their group for oral surgery work. Outstanding services!
