Absolutely horrible do not go here. Went for wisdom teeth removal under iv sedation. They gave me the medications and he immediately began trying to work. I told him i could still feel what he was doing and that it hurt and asked if he could please just wait a couple more minutes for the medications to work.. He said i was being uncooperative and then walked out and refused to due the procedure. He then days afterwards tried to charge my medicaid for doig the procedure when he did nothing!!!!! My husband said i was dead asleep after 5 minutes in the car and then slept for 6 hours at home.

So I moved to Greenwood from out of state and had not been to see a dentist in quite some time. Unfortunately this became a bit of a crisis situation and I needed more than a cleaning to help get me back on track. Dr. Walton and his staff were absolutely PHENOMENAL and FABULOUS!! They answered all of my question, and checked in after my procedure to make sure all was going the way that it was supposed to. Wanted the top dental implants dentist because a few of my back teeth were getting pretty bad and were extremely sensitive causing moderate pain. I also had some pretty unsightly tooth decay on my front teeth as seen in the photos below of my teeth before and after bonding and white filling to fix my smile. I was always having to laugh with my mouth closed as I was embarrassed by the decay right on my front teeth. Dr. Walton fixed my smile! I am so happy I cant even write it down. There are no words for how talented his team is and how much they changed my life. They did bonding and white filling on my front teeth after removing the decay. He was friendly and courteous and his staff terrific. I took advantage of his sedation dentistry expertise and elected for the Nitrous right before the numbing shots so was relaxed thru the entire dental implant procedure. This team really impressed so I have went back for dental implants for my back bottom teeth which will keep me chewing into my senior years and I had a root canal and of course a few extractions to bad teeth making room for the new cutting edge dental implants. I've never felt better than I do now. My teeth are white and I no longer have decay plus I am waiting for the titanium dental implants to heal and Ill have new back teeth to gnaw on stuff ;) I thought dental implants would be a scary procedure but I was wrong. I hardly felt a thing and had zero problems with healing. Dr. Walton and his team are talented! I highly recommend them! This is my dentist office forever now. He is the best dentist in Greenwood and the top dental implant dentist in the area. Worth the drive.

New to town and chose Dr. Walton based on google reviews. They exceeded my expectations!! Very knowledgeable and identified and explained things that other dentists have been incorrect about my whole life. Provided lots of useful information during the cleaning rather than just talking about the weather while my mouth was open and unable to respond! Excellent and professional care by the hygienist and the doctor - won't ever go anywhere else!

I'd been too long without dental care when I went to see Dr. Walton, and I ended up needing 2 crowns and bridgework right in the front of my mouth. I was nervous even beginning so much work on my front teeth, but Dr. Walton and his staff put me at ease. Right away they made a temporary appliance to restore my smile while I waited for my gums to heal for the placement of the crowns and bridge. Even the temporary appliance was well done and made an immediate difference in how I felt about my appearance. I'd avoided a class reunion the Summer previous because of the issues I had. The professionalism and excellence in their work has been life-changing for me. I no longer hide my teeth with close-mouthed smiles, and I can laugh without covering my mouth. They don't just do good work, they do excellent work. I'm looking forward to the next reunion, and I'll never go anywhere else.

My family of four has been going to Dr. Walton for about 6 years. I never thought I'd say this but I look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Walton and his team couldn't be more wonderful. I love that they're honest about what you really need versus just recommending things for money. I went with my husband to his 6 month cleaning just to talk with Vicki (hygienist) while he was in the chair. She's amazing and gentle. I can't boast enough about Dr. Walton. I would give them 5 stars based on the office staff. All the staff members are great to work with and they are thorough with their care. However, because there are no handicap accessible parking places, the entrance doors are difficult to enter through, and the exam rooms are small, as a wheelchair user I can only give them 3 stars. I recommend automatic door openers and marked accessible spaces to include van accessible spots. Also, if one or two of the rooms were redesigned to better accomodate wheelchairs I would give them 5 stars. ***After receiving a response from Dr. Walton, I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Walton for doing what you can with the space you have available to make the experience easier for people with disabilities such as myself. I would definitely recommend Dr. Walton to anyone.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Walker approximately 40 years. My daughter, son-in-law, and their three children have gone there for many years also; our son and daughter-in-law also went to Dr. Walker until they moved to Anderson. The many positive reviews on this website led me to call Dr. Walton's office to set up an appointment. This was late summer 2018, and as I write this in mid-February 2019, I could not be more thankful to Dr. Walton and his staff. Dr. Walton is an excellent dentist, but even more important to me was, and is, his deeply caring persona. You know almost immediately upon meeting this man that he cares for you as a person and not just another patient. His staff, and I mean every last one of them, also reflect a kind and helpful nature towards you. I very strongly recommend the Walton Family, Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry office.

I have been to a lot of dentist in my life and like a lot of people I just hated going I moved to Greenwood from Kentucky needless to say I needed a lot of work done so my husband did some research because we had no ideal who to go see he found Dr Walton so that's who we went with the first time I went I was so nervous but let me tell you it didn't take long and I was ok, Katie was the one to take me back and I have never met someone so nice in a dentist office she made me feel at ease then here came Dr Walton and the nervousness set in again loll and again it didn't last long he is the most compassionate Dentist I have ever seen in my life , needless to say i'm not scared of the dentist anymore :) , I had to have a lot of work done I had implants and he was just so sweet and compassionate going through the whole thing I think of all the staff as friends Cheryl that works the front deck is the sweetest thing , if you need a GREAT dentist go see him .
