I’m 67, and have NEVER had a dentist and hygienist give me so much information, answer so many questions, and consult with each other in my presence (while showing me my xrays) so that the information and diagnoses are accurate. Dr. McIntyre and Carrie (my apologies if I spelled a name wrong) were caring, knowledgeable and very careful to make my dental visit as easy and painless as possible. Carrie did an incredibly thorough job of cleaning my teeth, spending a long time carefully removing tartar...and then she apologized if the cleaning was painful or uncomfortable! (which it wasn’t.) Dr. McIntyre spent a long time talking with me..and she had looked at my x-rays BEFORE she met me. The receptionist, the hygienist who applied fluoride and the staff member who explained cost and insurance info were all wonderful! I am incredibly impressed by all of the staff at Village Dental at Saxony.

My appt was 430pm and my cleaning was completed within 20 minutes. I had to wait for the dentist for approx 25 minutes. I was seen by the dentist at 5:17pm. I opted out of the fluoride treatment due to I had an appt to get to.

I really enjoy coming here and almost every interaction is a great experience. I have gotten regular fillings, dental check ups, and my wisdom teeth pulled here. Overall from the front desk staff to the doctors, I usually have a spectacular experience. Some areas of improvement that I recommend would be organizational skills from the front desk staff. I had talked to someone (Nancy?) on October 29, 2018 and she was not as friendly as the other employees. I live far enough that I would not want to backtrack my steps and Nancy told me that it was fine to bring in some minor paperwork that required a doctor’s signature. They were Marine Corps Officer documents that she bent and asked to detach from the original packet. I drove all the way to the dental office only for her to say the doctor had left already when she could have given me his hours prior to hanging up the phone. Time is a valuable asset that people cannot get back. Other than her, there are some staff that have mixed up my information or completely spelled my name wrong - for months. These are minor inconveniences that I can or have gotten past. I would still keep Village Dental at Saxony as my preferred dental provider.

I am so fortunate to live in the same community as where Village Dentistry is located. From entering into the facility with the friendliness at the front desk, to the Dental Assistant and to the Dentists themselves...this is the best of the best. I walked in today in severe pain and they found time to see me even in their very very busy schedule of the day...they squeezed me in. All are wonderful and very detailed in explaining all to me. I am so pleased with my first cleaning! Every staff member was kind, professional and completely put me at ease. My usual gag reflex even took a chill pill because they use portable X-ray machines which gets them done so quickly. I’ve never had such a detailed cleaning before— removing all stains. Can’t say enough! I fully recommend if you’re looking for a new place. 2 months later—-I’m back again and this time had a wisdom tooth removed. The care given to ensure I was not crazy anxious was very appreciated. They gave me a blanket, dimmed the lights and did a fantastic job on the actual removal of my tooth. I can’t say enough about this place!

Can't imagine a better dental practice. It feels like a posh hotel when you arrive; the facility is top-notch, and the equipment is very new. For example, my X-rays were taken with a small, handheld-sized device right in the regular chair where my teeth were cleaned. The hygienists I've had over the years have all been very nice and good at what they do. Dr. Talbot is more of the same, and really knows his stuff. Again, I couldn't imagine a better experience than here, it's well worth the drive (I don't live close to the office).

I had worked with David on some business transactions and I trusted him. Dr. Bender referred me to Dr. Springhetti. Took my 2.5 year old son for his first dentist appointment. They have a great play area in the lobby for kids to play in and get some of their energy out. I did not really know what to expect since this is the first time I have taken him, the dentist was great at explaining what was going to happen. She took the time to sing him songs, and try to make him as comfortable as he could be. He cried, but cheered up when he was offered stickers. It was more of a teeth cleaning than I expected, since he is so young. I figured they would just check his teeth and that would be it. The only thing that could have been better was the dental assistant that was helping us, didn’t tell us about brushing or anything, then told the dentist that she had. She also seemed impatient when we were trying to schedule the next appointment. We did have an evening appointment so maybe that is why. The dentist really did go above and beyond to make sure our boy had a positive experience. She even took a family photo of us before we left.

Great new facility -super clean and trendy waiting space with chilled water and coffee bar. I was able to schedule an urgent new patient visit with no problem due to a chipped tooth and was treated incredibly by all members of staff regardless of being seen during what I assume is their lunch hour! They were all very kind and friendly. Dr. Talbott was super personable and I felt assured by his professional demeanor. I had no charge for my urgent care visit which made me feel like they really want to help. I loved that they care about the smiles they send out the door and that they offer free whitening treatments every 6 months for their patients. I’ve never seen that before!! 10/10 would recommend for all ages.

So today I called for an emergent appointment at 3:30 in the afternoon for a front tooth that chipped! I am leaving for vacation tmw so this was pretty urgent. I was able to be seen immediately! I normally see Dr. Talbott but he was already gone for the day so Dr. Whitman saw me and his staff. Everybody was amazing! I have had some pretty extensive dental work done with this office and I am very happy. I would highly recommend both dentists and the entire staff!

I’ve been going to Village Dental for a few years and have never been dissatisfied with my experience. The hygienists and dentists take time to list to my concerns and develop a daily as well as routine dental checkup plan to fit my needs. My husband goes here too and one of the dentists recently did a quick check up on my one year old toddler as well. We plan to send her when she gets a few more teeth! :). Can’t say enough great things about the staff here!

Dr. Kramer was very kind, patient and gentle. I just had major surgery two weeks ago. I am terrified of the dentist needless to say when my crown came off my molar I had a meltdown. It was Friday afternoon and most dental offices were closed. Village Dental was able to get me in and Dr. Kramer fixed my crown. I will need a new crown in the future Dr. Whitman introduced himself to me, in case he's the one who will do the procedure. Village Dental will definitely be my permanent dental office. Best experience ever.

We are self employed so don’t have dental insurance and they are always willing to work with us on what is needed as well as flexible with payment. i’ve been going to village dental for years and every since they’ve been growing bigger and bigger they have messed up my appointments and i don’t get greeted as nicely as i use to. the women at the front desk would recognize me upon walking in and it’s not the same anymore
