I gave this Dentist a try in September 2018 after many Fliers sent to my house. Dr. Neelam is a Wonderful upcoming dentist. I will not be returning to her office. The Staff was rude to me, in particular Shay the assistant. She made it clear that i was irritating her when i was telling her that my partial did not feel right. She huffed and puffed and clearly was agitated. She always behaved rudely when Dr. Neelam was not around. I wish Sunnyside well. Dr. Neelam should re evaluate her staff and she will excell. The Front Staff was Great!

I see the reviews and they cannot be for the office on Sunnyside and Pendleton Pike be a this office is amazing and the staff is very professional. I bring my kids and myself here and the doctor was so amazing they even offered to crown a tooth I would have lost, because my insurance would not pay for it and I could not come up with the cost, free of charge. I am very grateful of this office and will continue coming to this office! They know you by name, how many places can say that?

My god mother visited tis establishment and was treated like a second class citizen...I need to start by saying she didnt even have plans to visit this dental office however after receiving many calls basically begging her to try they dental care she agreed and they treated her in a way that was so reprehensible that I give her mad respect that she did not spit in their face and walk out...this business it's supposed to be in the business of brightening smiles and making poeple so happy that they chose to visit there local family dentist office....my suggestion is If u plan to recommend this place to someone make sure is someone u truly don't care for...

Broke a tooth on Christmas, called 12/26 & seen 12/27, given a temporary crown & plans for a permanent crown in 2 weeks. Everyone was professional & kind. Treatment was relatively painfree & everything was explained step-by-step. Very pleased!

I went to Sunnyside Dental last week on a recommendation from a friend and found the experience to be very pleasant. The dentist (Dr. Hradek) is young (which I'm guessing is why I was able to get an appointment on relatively short notice) but she seemed to be extremely knowledgable. The office also makes great use of technology (monitors, imaging equip., etc..) and her staff did a great job of using the technology to not only explain, but show me their observations and what they were working on. The office is not especially close to my work, so I was extremely delighted when they were able to fill the cavity they identified during my same visit so no return trip was necessary. When I explained that I had a slight pain in my jaw, instead of trying to sell me an expensive molded mouth gaurd, Dr. Hradeck suggested that I try a cheaper over the counter option first and we'd explore the more expensive mold if that didn't work for me. As if that weren't enough, I wasn't quite inspired me to write this review until Dr. Hradeck personally called me 3 days after my appointment to follow up and make sure that everything felt alright (as my mouth was numb when I left the office). I would definitely recommend Sunnyside Dental to anyone looking for a dentist and based on my experience and the age of Dr. Hradeck, I find it very hard to believe there hasn't been a 100% turnover in that office since the review from 3 years ago.

If I could give this dental office zero stars I would!! I had an appointment scheduled for 3/18/16 at 4:20 pm. I even received a text message 2 weeks before my appointment verifying my appointment. When I arrived at the office 10 minutes early, the office door was locked. The one person who was there let me in. I informed her that I had an appointment. She said that no one was there and that they usually don't schedule appointments on Fridays, except once a month, and those appointments are all before 1 pm. I showed her my text message and she could not explain to me why my appointment was cancelled without informing me. I had rearranged my work schedule to come to this appointment. Like most people, I work Monday thru Friday and have to schedule time off to make appointments. All she kept saying was she was sorry. Sorry does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I also had a billing problem that I couldn't resolve over the phone because it seems like only one person can understand billing issues but none of the front office staff knows how to communicate over the phone. The person in the office was absolutely no help. She did not offer me anything but to reschedule my appointment. When I suggested next Friday, since I'm off for Good Friday and it wouldn't require me to take time off, she informed me that they weren't open. This office has terrible customer service over the last year. They once made me make an appointment to come in and pick up a dental flipper!! I took an hour off from work to come to that appointment and they acted like it was no big deal. Dr. Harris is a nice dentist. But nice dentists are a dime a dozen. I would suggest that if Dr. Harris controls the hiring and firing of the staff that he fire all the front desk people and find some who have customer service experience and know their job. If not, Dr. Harris probably needs to find another dental business because they are going to ruin his reputation. If no one contacts me with a discount or some kind of benefit I will not be returning!

This place is very unprofessional, I had a appointment scheduled for my daughter, my husband left work early to picked her up from school early to arrive there on time.. Once they arrived they were told that I called in and cancelled the appt and stated that I no longer wanted their services... I got on the phone with them and told them that i didn't call in and cancel, at that point they said oops someone left a message cancelling their appt. How unprofessional that person never gave a name so they assumed it was me.. And they didn't even see my daughter they said they had to reschedule... Don't use this dentist office, people are rude and unprofessional....

Dr. Hirsch is wonderful. She is patient, kind, and GENTLE when working on your teeth. As an anxiety ridden dental phobe, Dr. Hirsch has practically been a savior in treating my various dental ailments. Dr. Hirsch is always thorough in explaining treatment, honest, and takes the time to really sit and listen to my questions. The personalized service can't be beat. Dr. Hirsch's office is clean and friendly and they are always on time. Sometimes, if i get to the office early, they can take me before my scheduled appointment- always a bonus. Checking in and out is a breeze and they make the insurance/payment process painless. This office is the best.
