I took my 2 year old son here in April for his first appointment. The dentist was fine but the front office staff not so great. I left after his appointment to discuss options with my husband and when I tried calling the office back never getting an answer, leaving 3 voicemails with no return call, it finally took me emailing them through their website to get a call almost 2 months later! They then said their office has been very busy, I guess too busy to return phone calls. The girl I spoke to was very nice and helpful but by this time they were too busy to get him back in any time within the next couple months and recommended me calling another dentist that they said could possibly get him in sooner. Well I decided to just find a complete different dentist that has zero association with this office and we had our first visit with Growing Grins today. They were great with him and the front office staff was great! I'm glad it did not work out with smiling kids and that they recommended me going elsewhere.

My wife took our 3 year old son in for a cleaning today, and he was terrified. They did not get to do anything because he was crying and clinging to my wife, saying he wanted his mommy. He was terrified because he remembered them holding him down during the last appointment to get his x-rays done and didn't want them near him this time with all the "scary" tools and machines. They wanted to take him in a room privately to clean his teeth without me present. They were planning to physically restrain him to clean his teeth and telling him he was a bad kid for being scared. They do not care if they traumatize little ones. They just want to force them to comply so they can hurry up and make their money. We rescheduled, but we most likely won't be taking him back to that place.

We brought our child here and was told that he needed to cap his front four teeth and had 3 other cavities. No X-rays were done. Dr Singh would not let me be with my 2 year old during the procedure so we went elsewhere. Our new dentist did a non invasive smoothing technique on his front teeth and very minimal drilling on the other cavities. I was allowed to hold my son the whole time.

My 3 children have been going to this practice for years. The facility has a child friendly vibe. The staff is friendly and Drs. Bullard and Singh, being parents themselves, are very good with children. My children are always at ease. My middle child recently had to have a tooth pulled, and the experience went very well.

Amazing experience. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Summer is great with reminders and insurance information. Dr. Bullard is absolutely amazing. My kids beg me to take them to the dentist even though their teeth are good. I recommend to everyone. This is the only dentist I want my kids going to.

I've been with this dentist for 7 years, they were so kind to my daughter and our family. I really loved them . I had recently had a baby and was very scattered in remembering things, and I missed an appointment, I apologized and missed the second appointment. I apologized again and was prepared to pay the missed appointment fee, much to my surprise they said I would have to find another dentist for my daughter AND several months later I received a bill for a missed appointment. So, not only did they fire me from their practice after I had been a good patient, never missed appointment before this, payed my bill on time, they also charged me the missed appointment fee. I informed Dr. Bullard about my experience he called the next day explaining the situation and apologized for his staff taking an office policy too far. I suggested that a reminder about these rules would be helpful, I had never heard of this kind of policy before, I must have missed it or forgot about it when signing the initial paperwork 7 years ago. Overall I liked the dentist, I thought the office polity was too strict but I realize they are running a business and are losing money when a patient does not show.

My children had their appointment today for a routine cleaning. Once again, we were VERY pleased with our service. My daughter uses ASL and the staff is very patient with her, making sure she is comfortable at her visit. My children really like getting a coin at the end of their visit to use in the toy machines. Dr. Bullard is very clear with what is going on and what to expect until the future visit. We highly recommend Dr. Bullard for anyone in the market for a pediatric dentist!!!

We have three children and have switched them over to this office for almost three years from another pediatric dentist. We finally feel like we have found the right place. Dr Singh is caring and genuine. She expects the best from her little patients. Every time we have gone to see her she goes over proper brushing and a healthy diet. She takes the time and is wonderful to our children. We used to go to a place "Dr McGowan" which was all about over diagnosing and being fake from the front desk staff to the back including the doctor.

Even the delta dental insurance talk with front desk clerk make sure their on list by my phone. Two girls (2 and 4 years old) annual check will total cost 600+. My Pediatric Physician visit just 200+ for both girls. Be dentist is real GOOD...

The whole staff is very kind and considerate of my 3 year old. My daughter has had to have quite a bit of work done and she still likes going to the dentist. They listen to her and give her a break when it is requested. When it is possible they let her take an active roll with her cleaning or filling. I am greatful for the wonderful staff that has made a possible difficult task one my daughter enjoys and will have fond memories of.

Our son has been seeing Dr Bullard and Dr Singh since his very first dental appointment. The dentists and the staff are very kind, skilled, proficient and friendly. They help make my son's visits enjoyable-he even met the Tooth Fairy last time he was there! At the end of each visit, my son gets a coin to spend in the prize machine. That is a really nice reward for being a good boy at the dentist. I highly recommend this practice!

The doctors are nice enough, but had a horrible experience with some of the assistants. I'm not sure if she was new or young, but one young assistant was very rude and not professional. I took my 2 year old daughter in and she was already very afraid of going and afraid of possibly the toothbrush which makes a loud noise. However, when my daughter became upset (to the point where she pushed the tech's hand away) instead of helping my fearful daughter and making her feel more comfortable she felt it necessary to inform me that the doctor wouldn't tolerate her behavior. She was clearly frustrated and also made me feel as if it were my fault she couldn't get any work done on her. I'm not going to hold my screaming child down so you can work on her. This is how people become afraid to go to the dentist. Teeth aren't more important than the patient's experience. Especially when working with kids. The staff need to be trained on how to work with children. In all honesty, they don't care about how the child feels they just want to get their work done. It's not okay. We will not be coming back.

Doctors Singh and Bullard have taken care of my kids' teeth for the past 8 years. Our son was born with some problems with the enamel on several of his teeth. He has needed oral surgery as well as a few other special in-office procedures. This office is full of dental professionals who know how to work with children. These dentists are parents of young children themselves, so they know how to talk to children and put them at ease! My kids love the bright, colorful decor and all of the little extras (cartoons! sunglasses! prizes!). Doctors Singh and Bullard are focused on education and teach preventative habits. Whenever we visit I know we will get excellent care!

dr Philips is who we saw. insisted that I hold my child down while she screamed and deemed that as "normal"-now that we see a different dentist who plays kids cartoons while cleaning my childs teeth (as she sits in my arms WITH NO SCREAMING) I now see that what dr Philips insists was normal, was very ABnormal and not ok. I would not recommend this practice.

Dr. Bullard is most certainly a 5 star pediatric dentist! He’s awesome with the kids! I like that they don’t mind if you go back or stay in waiting area. Very short wait time and no procrastination! All 3 of my children had no complaints, and to me that’s important! He gave me the option about my sons baby teeth being done in office or just letting them come out naturally and included my sons possible feelings in that option, so he’s kid friendly, genuine and exceeded my expectations! Plus, he said how well behaved they were, so anyone who witnesses my children being good, shows how relaxed they were with him and proves how great he is! Most important, he didn’t find cavities...so he’s a keeper ;)

Horrible! It was a terrible experience for my child. Several ladies were in the room with her, while I was in the next room listening her cry and scream!! I asked the dentist if I could go in as well and she said it was a small room so no. I already felt uncomfortable there. But everything came down as horrible! All I kept hearing was my child say "I want a hug" (she wanted to be comforted and feel that all was going to be okay) but one of the ladies in there kept laughing and asking her "Why do you keep saying that?" First time and last! Never going back!
