I had an absessed wisdom tooth that was causing excruciating pain. Went to one dentist that could not extract the tooth due to the complexity. 24 Hour Dental Care got me in right away and even gave me a numbing shot within 20 minutes so I would not have to sit there in pain. Took Dr. Dawas about 10 or 15 minutes to extract the tooth and get me sewed up. The next day I felt like a million bucks. A little normal swelling but I really didn't even need any pain meds. 100% perfect experience and their staff is great too. Its a no fluff operation, but they do a great job and get you in and out. Highly recommended!

I wanted to take the time to express my review. Initially I was upset because it was more painful then expected. My insurance would not pay for my treatment. I had a bad infection so the numbing medication did not take as well as I had hoped. However the Dentist was very friendly and compassionate. The Dental assistant was funny, friendly and compassionate. The staff was professional and the treatment facility was outstanding. Thank you for a great experience dispite, the issues I had. I would definitely go back.

I came in tonight with extreme pain due to an older cavity falling out and a new cavity in the same tooth making its way to the root. I had no choice but to have the tooth extracted. I felt so much more relief just the minute I felt it leave my jaw. Everyone was so kind and helpful and polite. I would definitely return and send others!

Incredible! Went the first time, had a great experience. Dentist was knowledgeable and helpful with my many chronic health issues. This last time I went was my third visit for extreme tooth pain. First doc filled a tooth and said that should fix it, I was back when the numbing started to wear off. He looked at the X-ray again, and had me wait for the next dentist on shift. She believed my pain to be coming from a very bad canker sore, prescribed mouthwash and pain meds. I did those faithfully with Orajel and no relief. Made my third appointment, figuring that it was an abscess. I was ready for him to yank out every tooth that had pain! He did a few tests, and a 3D whole head X-ray. He saw a raging sinus infection and got meds started. Thank goodness for him, if it had gotten any worse, I may have ended up hospitalized! They also called today to check in and also had double checked my X-ray! Amazing care!!

I've been having issues with a tooth and needed a root canal desperately. The staff was so wonderful and friendly! They kept me in a good mood a giggling the whole time I was there. It was great that I was able to go in after work, and I was only there a few hours, and that included getting x-rays and having the complete procedure done. Best believe I'm not a person to wait in the waiting room for an extended time-the front office was cheery and explained each office room was full so my wait could get lengthy-I was okay with that at least they weren't on their phones ignoring me-they updated me and the time went by quickly-the dental assistant was cheery as well-Ross the money and insurance man was on top of his game-my husband and I were totally shocked by the entire experience-and we aren't a fan of the dentist office but it was very clean the staff was very professional-I would tell anyone struggling in where they should go-to go to this office-Awesome job!!

For starters the Greenwood dentist completely screwed up my fiance's crown causing pain and multiple problems for months now. This Castleton location refused to let me accompany her while she was nervous and upset having corrective work done to fix what the quack in Greenwood messed up. I'd never recommend this company for dental work!

This place is awesome! Friendly and made my expereince great. Talked me through everything and kindly responded to my questions. I am pregnant and found myself in excruciating tooth pain and needing 2 root canals. The staff helped me keep calm and as relaxed as possible while fixing my issues all while keeping my pregnancy and things they could or couldn't do in mind. Dental assistants are upbeat and fun as well as all business. I was never worried, they kept me comfortable, and I will continue to go here when I cannot get in with my regular dentist. Prices with insurance were comparable to others. Highly recommend this place and this staff. Permanent crowns look natural and feel comfortable, no complaints.

Wonderful experience! I took my niece here on Sunday morning with wisdom tooth pain. The office is very clean and their staff was very professional. They took her in immediately, evaluated her and determined the tooth needed to be pulled. The entire process was less than an hour. She had NO pain during the procedure or after! They accepted her insurance with no additional fee. I highly recommend them for emergency care!

Hack organization, never completed the work. Liars implants for the post only $799.00, actual cost $1800.00. Worthless, temporary bridge lasted < a day! Origanally quoted my portion approximately $3200. When I returned to have a crown placed I was informed my portion an additional $2900. After bringing in my EOB the cost was reduced to $1700 instead of the $1500 originally quoted. I have been seen by 3 providers, the first explained nothing. The second, he was all about telling me how great the first provider is...your crown by Dr, so and so amazing. The hygenist or his assistant even chimed in about how great so and so did. The third provider, he was professional...The facts, poor customer service, inability to correctly code...only interest is in revenue. Forgot to mention on my second visit a male came into the room...his response, you waited too long so they took the money back. Apparently professionalism isn't a trait you seek in your employees? After reviewing responses you never address issues. You never admit fault, you never actually address the issue...lip service. Man up and do something about complaints! Quite certain you will come up with more lies instead of actually resolving issues with your staff or how you conduct business. The owner a liar, notice the idiot never takes ownership? The owner a pathetic liar, his best trait! A piece of garbage...the worst kind, liar, con artist, Worthless, taking up space...a drain on society. Equipment cheap, low class ,,,24 hour con!

I had absolutely zero problems @24 Hour Dental Care. It was a Saturday morning that I woke up and was in A LOT of pain! My tooth started hurting so bad I couldn’t hardly stand it. They got me in as soon as I finished the sign in paperwork. I did sign up online, but that is basically just so they know that you are coming. I had a broken wisdom tooth and the closest tooth had a cavity. They had me fixed up quick and the price was descent. I would recommend for anyone needing after hour or weekend dentistry service.

Went in concerned I may have cracked a tooth or something else serious. Turns out I'm just grinding my teeth again. Staff and the doctor I saw were super professional, extremely thorough to rule out a more serious issue, courteous and kind. They listened to my concerns and proceeded accordingly. My son had an abscessed tooth. I found out at 9 pm on a friday night. I did not expect the excellent service we received. The assistant was extremely helpfull and he kept my 7 year old entertained. My son said “I love this dentist. Can we go here all the time dad”. I would definately go here again.

Went in around 8pm I recommend checking in online before hand. The wait wasn’t anything crazy. Everyone was really nice. Had to get a tooth removed and didn’t have insurance the price wasn’t bad at all.

I went in to have a broken wisdom tooth removed. The process consisted of the dentist on-call literally cracking off pieces of my tooth for what seemed like forever. I felt like I was in a scene from the Little Shop of Horrors. He appeared to be having a hard time getting the entire tooth removed. So, he filed down the two roots that were left, stitched up my gums and gave me a prescription for pain pills and antibiotic and told me I'd be fine. About 24 hours later I was in excruciating pain because of the exposed roots, I was sick to my stomach because of he antibiotic that was prescribed and now I'm going to have to have the roots that were supposed to be "fine" surgically removed. More pain and more money. This was like going to a chop shop.

It is not really a 24 hour dentist if there are no dentist available for clients. I went to this 24 hour dentist and was turned away because there were no dentist available....The only option they gave me was to wait hours until they could find a dentist....I went to another dentist for my emergency treatment......So before going I would call first to see if they really have a dentist available. P.S I also had my aunt with me who also need service.. We both had seek treatment at another dentist. So the 24 hours dentist on Shadeland is not operating as a 24 hour dentist. In my opinion this is like false advertising.

This "24 hour dental" is NOT 24 hours. They're only open till 9pm. You can call a number after 9pm if you need to see someone. Which all dentists have a number to call in case of an emergency. They have a sign on the door to let you know they're NOT open 24 hours. False advertising Also on the website they said there was no wait. When we got there, the website still said no wait, but the waiting room was full and when I asked how long it would be, they said at least an hour. False advertising These people did not care that my husband was in a lot of pain. They were taking the scheduled teeth cleaning before my husband's emergency. When someone's in that much pain, I would expect the doctor to take care of them first. After the lady said it would be at least an hour wait, she actually suggested that we grab something to eat while we wait. Unbelievable. Obviously, these people did not care, nor did they listen to what was going on with my husband. We left. We did not stay around to wait for an hour for people who don't care, or listen, to work on my husband's mouth. I would NOT recommend anyone go see these people if you have an emergency. If you need an emergency dental recommendation, I would recommend Aspen Dental. They not only got us in right away by squeezing in my husband between scheduled appointments; since we were new patients, they waived the initial fee for us. Which is great because we don't have dental insurance. A span Dental actually cares about you and what you're going through. They are very comprehensive in their exam. They not only look over your teeth, they also examine your gums and bone. I'm very pleased we found Aspen Dental. Good luck

Had Dr. Dawes treat me today for an infected tooth. I’d been putting it off and found myself waking up on a Sunday morning with a lot of pain. Dr. Dawes and and his dental assistant Stacey made me feel very comfortable about being at a dentist office( it had been 25+years that I’d been in one) they explained everything very well and the procedure took very little time. (Had two teeth extracted). Also explained aftercare and what other options I’d have moving forward. Even Ross who does the financial part was very friendly and the cost for the procedure was way less than I expected. Having a 24 hr facility that was clean, friendly and inexpensive was a more than positive experience for myself. I highly recommend this location and will return for any future needs.

I had a family member whom was in a lot of pain and trying to understand what she was being charged for because they added more to the bill than just the extraction, and the lady yelled at her and told her to lose her attitude. I've been having pain since tuesday. I went to several dentist but wasn't able to be seen because I chose a crappy dental insurance (Aetna) which is an HMO and most dentist take PPO . Anyways I made it to one particular dentist that made the pain even worst trying to take X-rays. And received a presciption for painkiller and antibiotics. While that aided the pain every few hours, Saturday my face swelled up and was in even more pain. Sunday I got to the point where I was going to head to emergency room. And while googling the nearest one i came across 24 hr Dental. I loved it. I had to pay out of pocket of course. But I was able to get my tooth extracted. I was very nervous, but the dentist was able to calm me down and numb the area completly. It was over night so i couldnt find a pharmacy that was opened . But thanks God , the pain did not come until the next day around noon. Which gave me enough time to get my presciption filled. Definitely would recommend in a dental emergency.

This was the most horrible dental experience in my life. I went to the Same Day Dental's Castleton location last month for a root canal treatment. It took 6 (yes, six) hours! It was not even a perfect one: after the root canal was done, the pain was not relieved. A couple of days later, I stopped by at the 24 Hour Dental Care's office, and they gave me antibiotics. Ten days later I had to go again with pain, and they finally discovered that I was biting high and this was the cause of suffering. So, thought everything would be OK when my crown is ready. However, I didn't hear from the office for three weeks about my crown. Then I decided to call them, and it turned out that my crown was ready! So, you have to call them to find out what is going on; they won't call you! Finally, they put the crown, but it wasn't a pleasant experience either because this place is more like a carwash than a dental facility. You won't feel like you are human or patient. The doctor leaves you at your chair, goes to another room, you wait for 2-3 hours, then the doctor comes and continues her job. They told me it would be quick but still, it took 3 hours! While I was leaving, the dental cotton roll was still in my mouth. What is more, I paid $1800. Honestly, if you don't want to waste your money and time STAY AWAY from this place. Update after one month: 2 fillings they have done did not work, my teeth still hurt. So, I went back to the office, and they told me that I need extraction! If you don't want to ruin your mouth, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Went here in tears back in November. So much pain the entire left side of my body was hurting! Was told I needed a root canal and a filling. Also that there was infection present. Had both done and was released. Was not given anything no pain pills, no antibiotic. 2wks later pain returns and continued for several more weeks. I contacted them and soon returned. Took a million xrays and gave me a million different solutions. I needed a "re-treat" on the root canal that had been done in Nov but I'd have to go all the way out south, then I needed a root canal and filling on the tooth NEXT to the tooth that was hurting and had already been treated, that the pain was coming from the tooth NEXT to the tooth that was hurting, maybe-yes maybe-not all the canals were filled or there is a fracture,and the final verdict was to go see an endocrinologist because they don't know why there's pain. they didnt want to pull it because they didnt know why they would be pulling it. I left with a recommendation to someone else and finally a script for pain. all of this, caused by them and they ran it through my insurance and didn't offer to take responsibility for the having to go somewhere else to find out what is wrong. To date, I'm in excruciating pain, the places I've been won't treat it for liability purposes and im down to like 4 pain pills with no refills so having to bear the pain until it's literally impossible. Scared to return but I'm in so much pain. Now i can't chew without sharp pains during and lots of pressure between, the top teeth hurt, bottom teeth,ear hurts, jaw hurts, gums hurts, head hurts, can't bite down all the way when i do chew, when a resting position i have to keep my tongue between because at point of contact, OMG the pain!!!! Have no idea what to do. Scared to return but I'm in so much pain I may have to....

Made an appointment at 10:30 pm. Arrived at 10:50 pm for my appointment. Walk up to the front desk to only be told, “Oh yes I was just about to call you. The doctor is leaving early. We want to refer you to our South office.” First of all this is 24 hour dental. Second of all I’m not about to drive another hour to your south location. If the doctor was leaving early I should not have been able to schedule my appointment. UPDATE: As my tooth is still in pain I returned the following day, against my better judgement. This time the doctor was there but they were somehow unable to verify my insurance. I called my insurance and they found me right away. However the receptionist could not find it online and was not willing to call it in. I will not return here. I will just suffer through the pain until I can get in to my regular dentist.

Dr. Mukunda and her assistant were absolutely amazing!!! I've been needing to get my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed for quite awhile, but due to my anxiety I had put it off for at least 2 years. Last week I crack my bottom left wisdom tooth, or at least what was left of the deteriorating tooth, so I was in a lot of pain. I ended up reading several reviews for multiple dentistry's in my area (Noblesville) but I didn't find anything with raving reviews from others that have anxiety's. I happened to stumble across 24hr Dental Care and read a few reviews from others who feel that same way about dentist visits. I am sooooooo glad that I choose to come to this Dentistry, Dr. Mukunda was understanding of my anxiety, she explained everything in depth, she was very gentle, and absolutely great, as well as her assistant!!! I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and also had 2 resin fillings done, she was done in a little less than an hour and I felt NO PAIN!!!! Thank you for your service!!!! ** Also the cost for all of the services I had done was more than affordable, I couldn't believe the total I was expecting 700 or higher.

My husband had a severe toothache and we went the other night at 930 pm. We checked in online. When we arrived we immediately completed paperwork and checked in all less than 20 minutes. I’m giving this place 4 stars because they are awesome. They were quick and very affordable. However, today was the first time my son (he just turned 18) went back by himself. He was already nervous which who isn’t when going to the dentist. I had to go back to help him decide on procedures and cost. I asked him if he was cool and that I was going to go back up front when ERICA interjected and said “You need to go.” Ok I know he’s 18 and I planned on going but I am also a mom who just wanted to ask my son if he was good. All I needed was a tooth pulled. I made an appt, but when I got there (with my confirmation email) the receptionist told me I was going to be treated as a walk- in. Two hours after my appt time I was still in the waiting room, in extreme pain. Once I got to the back, the dentist literally gave me over 15 shots in the mouth. She would numb my mouth, leave for 20 mins, then come back to numb it again. This happened over and over. The way I was spoken to was something I haven't quite experienced before. I was treated like a junkie when I asked for something other than ibuprofen and disrespected so many times. I'm not sure if this was a fluke, but I would recommend looking else where.

The staff on my visit was amazing. They were all so kind and made the process seem less intimidating. From the moment I walked in until I walked out took me just over 1 hour. I had my tooth pulled, follow up info, and went on my way. I was given multiple plans of care and was allowed to choose the one that fit my budget. They made sure my comfort level was good during the whole proceedure. Knowing what I know now, I am not fearing my return for follow up work in the future.

The Friday before my Monday morning dentist appointment I had an abscess on my gum. I called my dentist office but it was a Friday and no one was there. I even called the emergency line but did not get a response. I remember passing 24-hour dental care as I drove down I-69. I made an appointment online for 1 hour later and received a reminder text Within 30 minutes of the appointment. I was very excited when I found out they are actually in network for Delta Dental. Everyone was very professional and I was in and out within the hour with a prescription called in. Very clean facility and would recommend to anyone.

This place is it .. 1 )I was way over numbed but after everything was all said and done I see why , they don’t want you to feel there clumsy mistakes . 2) the fillings went ok but beware of the UPSALE of course they recommended a root canal on a chipped tooth when another dentis office said it could be filled in but I went to them for a second opinion . She did say it could be filled in but she was pressing the root canal so hard I did not trust she would properly give it a fair attempt due to how bad she wanted to do a root canal 3) so I went with an extraction for the chipped tooth . First the dentist numbed me 8 times

We set an appointment to bypass the line three hours in advance and got bypassed by a walk in that was behind us on the wait list when we were 15 minutes early. The website claims you need to be 10 minutes early. We waited one hour past our appointment time and could have been seen earlier by walking in. Don't set an appointment. This happened 1/24/2018. If you bring the receptionist lunch you also may be able to advance your appointment time. She knew she could get away with it because no one is monitoring those appointments outside of her.

Staff was extremely nice and competent. The facility was clean, modern and well equipped similar to a hospital. After seeing three different dentists that day Dr. Ansari (at the SOUTH INDIANAPOLIS LOCATION on US 31) was able to do what the others wouldn’t even attempt - removed all four wisdom teeth (two of which were ingrown and impacted)! He was very professional and rightly confident in his abilities. The day after surgery, my pain was reasonable but not nearly as bad as I expected given the difficulty of removing the bottom impacted teeth. The only reason this review isn’t 5 stars is because they billed my insurance for 60% and it should have been %80 but we’ll get that corrected for sure. I would highly recommend Dr. Ansari. Even the North Location at Shadeland was good and clean and well equipped. But the dentist didn’t feel confident working on my case.

I'm so not a fan of the dentist - any dentist. Had a tooth that had been bothering me for awhile and then suddenly the excruciating pain hit. Had to do something. My not-so-regularly-visited general dentist was unable to see me until "sometime next week." My husband insisted on us going somewhere. When I arrived, I filled out the paperwork and was in a chair within 5-10 minutes. The staff was very professional, explained in great detail what they needed to do, and Dr. Heineman pulled my tooth in short order. I came in with pain and was out the door pain-free in less than 45 minutes. Best tooth pulling experience I've ever had!!! Very impressed indeed! UPDATE: Four days out and totally healed from my tooth extraction. When comparing this extraction to all others I have had, this far and away exceeds expectations. Took two Aleve the night of extraction and none since. No pain. No blood. No dry socket. Just an overall excellent experience. Still very very impressed.

Very thankful for this place! My husband had extreme swelling on the right side of his face and needed a wisdom tooth extracted. We weren’t there for more than one hour and it was at 5 am. I’m glad my husband got this done at such an odd hour and we were both relieved. I highly reccomend. Also if you do not have dental health insurance, the out of pocket price is not bad at all!

I am making this review based on the wait time and the payment processing. I had to pay up front sevral hundreds of dollars-which is not what I am upset about. The upsetting part is, after my insurance paid this office-there was a $45 remaining balance and instead of calling me to follow up on alledged billing satements sent out (still have not recd. any) they sent me to a collection agency! Didn't even extend past 30 days . No phone call from them at all. I only know about this $45 because a collection company has been blowing mine & my husbands phone up for 3 days. Finally am able to get through to someone who speaks english only to find out that this is from 24 hour Dental! For a whopping $45!!! Seriously? I called them immediately and told them that I have never received any bill or statement, etc. and the lady "Stacey" provided very little insight as to how something like this happens. Very poor customer service & patient skills. If you have not reecived a payment from a person who has already given you more that $800, and you haven't had a response from a statement that you "say" was mailed-one would assume that a phone call would be in order to 1) make sure that your notice was received and 2) Give the patient an option to pay the amount due before you just automatically send over to a collection agency! WOW! Very surprised at this practice. WOuld not reccomend.

Spent a night in misery with what I thought was an abscess or maybe an impacted wisdom tooth. Showed up at 24 Hour Dental Care the next afternoon in tears. They took me to the back after a few minutes and not long after, the dentist came in and numbed me up to help with the pain. We took some X-rays and was told they didn’t have any idea as to why I was in such immense pain- no impaction or infection. The dentist thought that maybe having one of my wisdom teeth removed might help with the pain I was experiencing. We decided to go ahead and give it a shot. I was really nervous due to a painful experience with my last extraction, but here, the I extraction process was extremely quick and easy. The dentist was actually able to do it on her own in a matter of maybe 2min. Both her and her assistants were fantastic. It honestly surprised me how wonderful this place was, ESPECIALLY for being an emergency/ 24 hour Dental Office.

I arrived on site around midnight, Due to discomfort and pain on tooth 19 (bottom left second to end tooth) they removed the tooth and I didn't feel anything. I drove there from Anderson at midnight to have my tooth pulled, came back from Indy, went to the pharmacy, went to the store to get some soft foods and then just got home by 3am. The doctor was amazing and very patient, he worked with me so it was as painless as possible and the staff was beyond friendly! I have officially found my new dentist as someone who is new to the area!!!

I woke up late last night with some pain from my wisdom teeth. I tried to call my dentist, but they closed at 5 and I really didn't know what to do. I knew I wasn't going to make it until the morning, sleep wasn't possible with this throbbing pain in my mouth! I called the office and they said they never close. Boy were they right! I came in, the staff was very friendly and the waiting room was warm and inviting. The dentist was very gentle and got my pain taken care of the same night. The best part is, it didn't come at an added expense. I would most definitely recommend to anyone in pain, don't suffer waiting for relief, they can help you now!

I chipped my front tooth earlier in the day but couldn't make it until 9:44 pm. I didn't have to wait, the front desk associate was polite and friendly as was the dental assistant and dentist. The dentist came in and examined me, explained the procedure, I paid and consented and the procedure started. I opted for no Novocain and had zero discomfort and I was out the door and home with a beatifully repaired tooth in an hour round trip. I highly recommend this location - I'm extremely pleased with the experience I had this evening.

Went in because I had a really bad toothache, assumed I had a cavity and I would just need a filling. To my surprise it wasn’t just a cavity but my wisdom teeth. It was suggested that I get all removed at once...I was terrified because I’m really scared of the dentist. BUT the staff were really helpful at putting me at ease. The dentist who performed the removal was awesome as well. If I ever have an issue with my teeth I will definitely be returning to 24Hr dental. Everyone was amazing and I can’t thank them enough.

Waited 1 hour to get in when I needed my crown glued back in. Waited 30 minutes for the doctor to even come in. I had to walk outside to find him to ask how much longer I had to wait. Waited 30 minutes after they glued it and they glued it incorrectly. Front desk lady was sweet and over worked. Place is understaffed.

Wow, this place is just awesome!! A little bit of a wait but they got me right in and taken care of. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Multiple times during the extraction the dentist checked to make sure my pain was under control. All together for a walk in with no insurance I paid around $300. Well worth it, I will be returning. And for those talking about surprise charges, I did not have that experience. Before any actual work was done, a financial advisor came in and went over the exact cost with me. I knew exactly what my out of pocket expenses were. Great service!!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY ARE LIARS! They will tell you that your insurance will cover a procedure then after you get it done you will find out insurance doesn’t cover it. I know because it happened to me. These liars won’t even cover a $50 portion of my bill that I feel they are responsible for because they told me insurance will definitely cover part of the procedure. Is all I was asking for is that they meet me half way and take responsibility for their mistake. I will make sure everyone I know is aware that they will flat out lie to you so you will get a procedure done. In response to owner’s response: That’s not what happened in my case! I understand that ultimately it’s the insurance company’s decision as to whether or not the procedure will be covered and I understand you provide estimates based off of someone’s policy. However, I was told that my insurance company would definitely cover some of the procedure, not that we anticipate or estimate they will, but they definitely will. I was told this after calling twice to make sure that my insurance company had been contacted and and I was lead to believe that this had been confirmed. I was also told that the procedure I was getting was not considered a major procedure by my insurance, which turned out not to be the case. My problem is not with understanding insurance, but with understanding why someone in your company would tell me a portion of the procedure will DEFINITELY be covered by my insurance insurance when in fact it wasn’t. Then, instead of taking responsibility for the mistake by paying $50 out of a $400 bill, I was told, “It’s your responsibility to know your own insurance.” Great customer service!! $50 may not sound like a lot to you, but I work hard for my money.

My primary dentist did not have any available appointments that would fit my schedule, so I decided to try 24 Hour Dental Care. Because this office does not make appointments, be prepared to wait. Bring a book/tablet. I happened to be there on a very busy Sunday. Luckily, they played HGTV on the TVs, which is what I would have been watching at home on a Sunday anyway. All the rooms were full. I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room before they could get me in a patient room. I arrived at noon and was not done with treatment until 4:30pm. That said, the entire staff was great! From the woman at the front desk, to the dental assistant, everyone was friendly and welcoming.The dentist was very nice, and he went over the entire plan with me. The cost was even $20 cheaper than my primary dentist quoted me. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I'm a 39 yr old man who had seen a dentist 3 times in my entire life. Had a bad one that needed pulled...I was very nervous having no real experience with this. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and courteous. Doctor was informative, and understanding of my nervousness, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Procedure was quick, and I would bet as painless as something like this could be. The assistant, made the whole experience much easier to deal with. Extremely helpful, very very polite, and made me really feel like I had nothing to worry about. Nobody loves being at the dentist, with all the horror stories out there...24 Hour dental really makes the experience much easier to deal with. Clean, quick, and courteous! Thank You for the help.

I really enjoyed my experience at the north location. The service was relatively quick and they presented me with immediate actions, including suggesting the wisdom tooth that was causing pain be removed then. Although I didn’t get the procedure, an antibiotic was given and the most honest recommendation to proceed. They take insurance and are pretty friendly. Both doctors took time to explain and weren’t judgemental. Give them a try!! Clean and very up to date facility. Lowkey better than my primary dentist. No lies, good service, deserve good review.

I've been to a lot of dentists with traveling all over the country for work, and this was far and away the most pleasant experience I've had in a dentist office. The staff was extremely friendly. I walked in and was seen almost instantly at 9:30 at night. The doctor quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the best plans available moving forward. At most dentist offices, I feel like I'm trying to be sold a car. The doctor and staff seemed way more interested in my well being than dollars and cents. I have been to 24 dental several times in the past 6 months for several dental procedures. All but, one visit was top notch. I had an extraction done at one visit but, it was the south location. I followed up with the north location about my gnarly extraction and they did their best to correct the site. Other than that, I feel very welcomed and treated professionally. I just received my first implant today and Dr. Stratman was very thorough about what to expect and what kind of implant he was using. If you are looking for fast, affordable dental care at anytime of the day or night...this is the place. I am just waiting for them they staff a hygienist so, I can get a cleaning there!

Had a tooth that was chipped and hurting real bad my wife found this place. I work nights so I called to see if they could help me and very nice on the phone told me to come on in very nice place very clean. I filled out my paper work and in less than 5 min they called me back she took x ray and they told me the price before they pulled it so I would have no surprise and of course I said yes pull it lol. Dentist came in numbed me few mins later he came back pulled it out no problems very nice fast friendly staff. I'm not a fan of the dentist office so the faster the better lol. It was probably the best medical attention I've had in several years and I know now who I'll call next time I have dental needs.
