I've finally found a great dentist! As a new patient, I was greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff who gave a thorough orientation of the office. My treatment consisted of: A. A new front tooth crown that was completed in just one visit, less than 3 hours, from start to finish! B. Cleaning that was the most comfortable and pleasant cleaning I've ever had, with state-of-the art procedures and equipment. Netflix programming during treatment (screen on ceiling with Bluetooth headphones) and any and all comfort options were available to me. Most of all, Dr Miller and his staff were very intentional to be sure I was informed about process, cost, and my dental health, at every stage of the visit. I highly recommend that if you do not have a dentist, or if you are unhappy with your dental care provider, to allow Renew Dental Arts to show you the great care and hospitality they have given me.

Renew is an example of a doctor and team really caring about the customer experience. I went in for my first appointment today. I walked in and immediately noticed a sign saying "Welcome Kyle." I was given a tour of the office, they gave me a gift bag, and they were genuinely welcoming. This office does everything to put you at ease and recognizes that "going to the dentist" is one of the least favorite things people have to do. I literally watched Netflix in a cozy blanket while I had my teeth cleaned (the most gentle cleaning I've had). I didn't even know going to the dentist could be this good!

Where to begin?! My children love going to the dentist now...so that's a miracle. The office is beautiful and Dr. Miller is thorough and careful in his work. He is always looking for ways to improve the experience. The whole staff is friendly and helps you feel safe and at home. There is also no dental shaming done at Renew for those of us who aren't always consistent with our dental hygiene. They may give suggestions for improvement but always gently and without an edge of belittling. So thankful to have such a great dentist team to care for me and my family!

Dr. Miller and his team far exceeded what I had hoped for. I was TERRIFIED of the dentist from experiences many, many years ago that over time I probably made me believe were worse than they really were. Therefore I never went to the dentist as an adult and made it a habit to not smile as I was afraid the symptoms of poor dental hygiene would show. I finally said "enough is enough" and went to visit Renew Dental Arts because from my internet research, they just seemed to be different than what I felt was the same at many offices. Newer technology, a lot of same-day fixes rather than taking days/weeks, and they were close to home. The staff is top notch. I can’t stress this enough. If it wasn’t for how kind and caring the staff is, I would have never stayed long enough to meet him. Nadia greeted me with sincerity on the phone and in person. Always very helpful in providing me with the forms I need and following up on anything I requested. Crystal was amazing! My teeth and gums were in really rough shape. I needed to do a full root scaling (deep cleaning) to get my gums in order before any teeth could be worked on. My anxiety was through the roof. She was extremely patient with me and made sure I was completely numb and comfortable before starting. She has a genuine demeanor and approach that really eased my worries. That sealed the deal for me to continue putting together a plan of action for my teeth. Nine fillings, a root canal, a crown, whitening and 5 veneers later, I can’t stop smiling!! I can’t believe I waited so long to get this all taken care of. Before Renew Dental Arts, I thought losing my teeth and going that route might be the only option. But now I have a great smile with my teeth that will last. Dr. Miller, and Megan alongside for everything, was absolutely incredible. He was able to get on my level as a patient and could observe how anxious I was. He quickly understood how much information I wanted and what details he could leave out. He continuously stops to make sure I am ok. He decided to do a couple procedures a different way so that I was more at ease (lazer vs. drill on fillings, etc) even though it would take more of his time. The worst experience through this whole process was honestly the ‘zinger’ I got from me being over aggressive with the whitening on sensitive teeth. That was worse than any needle pinches I had. Also, people mention all the time how terrible root canals are. I was perfectly numb for the root canal as I was for everything else, so it made no difference to me. They do have TV’s on the ceiling which is a nice perk to helping you zone out and not concentrate on what is going on inside your mouth. I personally preferred to have my headphones in and listen to my music. I highly recommend Renew Dental Arts to everyone unsure or nervous. Dr. Miller’s work is fantastic (he creates the veneer models.) True artwork! His staff has to be the best in the business. But more than the technical skills are the soft skills they all have. They truly care for their patients and put your mind at ease.

Dr. Miller and everyone else I've encountered at Renew are helpful, friendly, and kind. I really appreciate that they will tell you what they are going to do before they do it and ask many times if you have any questions. My kids also love Dr. Miller and Renew, and I like that they are treated with respect as the little people they are. I feel I should also say I just had my very first appointment with Dr. Miller, and it was the first time I had been to any dentist in nearly 10 years. I never felt judged or shamed for having gone so long, which I deeply appreciated. It can be scary to go to the dentist (or doctor) after a long absence from care, but everyone treated me like a normal person!

Update: this clinic seems so desperate for business that they've called me 3 times in 1.5 months regarding an appointment I canceled for cleaning. On Thursday they called me for the third time. I asked the woman to please stop calling me as I was unhappy with my last visit there and frankly I was annoyed with their frequent phone calls. On Friday I received a fourth phone call which I chose not to respond to. Then the weekend passed and on their next business day (today) I receive two text messages from them. At this point it's harassment as I've told them to STOP CALLING ME. They are relentless and I just want them to delete my number. They seem desperate for revenue considering they kept trying to upsell, they changed their quote on one of my visits in their favor and they WILL NOT STOP CALLING ME for an appointment. Original review: Upon arriving we were given a quick tour and provided with a gift bag. We then filled out a health questionnaire. All that took about 15 minutes so if it's your first appointment I'd advise showing up at least that early. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient with my many questions and provided a lot of information. The location is very convenient for my household as well.

What a great practice ... everyone at Renew is just wonderful. Our entire family goes to Renew, which includes our 3-year old. Every time we pass Renew, he let's us know that it is where his "Tooth Doctor" is. Best dentist's office I've ever been to. Everyone in the office is a joy to be around. They are knowledgeable and go through what they are doing with you to make sure you understand. They update you on how it's going and how long each step will take. I also love that they have Netflix above each chair, it makes the time fly when you have to get longer procedures done. Their office space is clean and modern and even has local art throughout. Great neighborhood spot. Highly recommend.

My kids have been going to Dr. Miller for a few years, he and the hygienist they see, Madison, have been fantastic with them. They have blankets to make them comfy and they have headphones and TVs on the ceiling to watch Netflix during a cleaning. It's been a no stress fantastic experience. I also just switched to Dr. Miller. He and Madison are very thorough and they explained exactly what they were doing and why and any technical terms I wouldn't have known. They were also great in offering more ways than just brushing and flossing to increase oral health. Very happy I switched and the location is so convenient.

The facility is lovely and there are some great touch points of customer service including the gift upon your first visit and the easy sign in process. However, the rest of the appointment was quite disheartening. I left feeling like I have a horrible set of teeth, despite never having major teeth issues in the past and taking consistently care of them my entire life. For example, the hygienist advised me to only drink water and make sure it's tap water not bottled water, only eat foods that weren't carbs or sugar to protect my teeth (both seemingly dramatic suggestions and of course, unrealistically restrictive). The dentist suggested unsolicited that I "lengthen" my teeth just for cosmetic purposes, and despite me calling ahead to make sure I could start aligners while pregnant, I was told at the end of my appointment that they, in fact, wouldn't do that, which was the whole purpose of me setting the appointment. I went to this new dentist based on location, but do not plan on returning.

They won’t nickel and dime you nor will they scare you into believing you need fortune priced procedures. Don’t get me wrong. The health and wellness part of life can be pricey, but this Dr. miller and his staff will make the experience and expense well worth your hard earned money spent. Loved my experience at Renew Dental Arts and Dr. Christopher Miller and caring staff. The sincere friendliness and attention to detail as well as the latest equipment were very impressive. I have had two routine cleanings so far. I also had two crowns replaced on the same day without having to get temporaries first and then return for the actual crown. Since I was flying out of town the next day, I was a bit concerned about possible complications or pain. No worries! The procedure went very smoothly, no pain, and no complications! Great dental practice!
