I'm giving them 2 stars because they did well with my 8 year old who had no fear of the dentist at all. As for my 4 year old, who is beyond scared after he went into their open concept room and started crying. Instead of touching base with me to see if I'd like to proceed in a private room, they took him to one on their own. I immediately requested for them to bring him out once I realized that that's not what they were doing. (Its a big room with windows, so you don't accompany your child back unless they're in a private room). They said they got 3 of his teeth cleaned and he was crying and is stubborn so it had to be forced. I couldn't accompany his back because I had his 1 year old brother with me. He's even more terrified of the dentist now. I would not recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of the dentist or small children who can not speak up for themselves, like my son, who has a speech delay.

Staff is awesome. Very patient with my children during, as most parents know, what can be a traumatic experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Peterson and her staff to anyone. Keep up the great work.

I took my 4 kids their they always make you wait. They do not have treatment available for my kids 5 and 3. Do Not waste your time on this place

I came here they said there better than kool smiles with timing. That is a lie been here waiting a hour to go back and its just me and one other person. Dont make any sense... Will not be back to sit in the lobby for a 1 1/2

Did very well with both kids who were nervous. :) Bring a book or something though... for being a pediatric dentist office, they have NO entertainment for children outside of a tv in the waiting room. Edits... they clearly didn't do as well the job as the new dentist I go to now because my stepsons enamel was almost completely gone and somehow Prime smile missed that. They would did not give a very thorough examination or at least not as thorough as the new office I go to. Again, for Pediatric Dentistry you would think it be more kid friendly.

Not sure what the couple negative comments are about. This place is great. Professional staff! Dr. Katie knows her stuff. Caring, and very helpful to my kids needs. Great location and one of the nicest dentist offices I’ve ever been in. Definitely will be back.
