This place isn’t clean, old equipment. They get you in a seat before checking insurance. The tech that was doing my exam was kind, and was okay, but then the dentist came in and she asked if I smoke or drink. I said well I’m 6 months pregnant so no not right now. And I don’t smoke at all. She laughed and said would you really tell me if you were. I found it gross and insulting. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t be returning. The main dentist also came in with tools, and afterwards I questioned it they were clean or how many people she’s used them on. Their utensils weren’t covered like other places I’ve been. Just disappointed, and always feels skeezy when doctors offices of any sorts don’t check insurance up front. I should have known something was up, but I assumed that since I asked on the phone if they took my insurance that it would have gone through. They wanted to charge me the low price of $175ish for exam and cleaning that day.

This is the only dentist I have ever trusted. Everyone is very nice and actually cares. Jamie Baker is my dental hygienist and is amazing at cleaning teeth without hitting your gums. Dr. Kit is so gentle and amazing at figuring out a plan to fix any dental/gum issue. Cynthia is very helpful with the billing and scheduling. Everyone is always so happy! I hear that everyone at the office is like this, but these are the individuals I work with regularly. I have had issues with my teeth before that Dr. Kit and Jamie have resolved and they always go out of their way to ensure that no pain is felt. They will ask you throughout the process if you feel pain, just in case. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I've been coming to PDC for almost 10 years now. I've been through everything from braces to cavity fillings to wisdom teeth removal with them and have never had a bad experience. I now live out of town and whenever I visit, they always make sure to fit me in and accommodate my schedule. I love how invested they are in my life also, they always ask me how I am doing and make me feel right at home with their kindness! 10/10 will recommend to anyone.

This place is the worst dentist I’ve been. First they have employees that don’t know what there doing. After I provide a picture I’d and, insurance card they still want to take a mugshot picture like it was a jail. I was already in the chair and decided to walk out . Definitely very unprofessional.!!!!

Amazing experience. Everyone was more than friendly and helpful. My family and I have found our new dental home. I sincerely recommend you making an appointment. Each person I met had a great upbeat personality and took care of every question I had. My appt was at 2:30 and as a new patient I got there at 2:15 expecting to wait and fill out new patient paperwork. By 2:35 i was sitting in a chair about to get started with my appt. I first came to Preferred Dental Care for a wisdom tooth extraction. My last experience with getting teeth taken out was the worst (NOT PDC) and caused me to fear going to the dentist. From the minute I got to my appointment to the time I left, I was treated with care and patience from every single member of the staff. Especially from my dentist, Dr. Le. He is awesome! The best dentist I’ve ever been too. He’s quick and efficient but also very aware of my needs and concerns, if any. He explains everything about the service in perfect detail. I recommend Preferred Dental Care and Dr. Le to anyone — you won’t be disappointed! I know I won’t be going anywhere else for my dental needs. :)

I broke my tooth over the weekend and luckily didn't expose the nerve. I work in the area and there are multiple people in network who are close. After reading the reviews, looking for tooth fixing stories, I called them. I called at 8:30am on a Monday morning and had a filling by 11:30am. They are friendly and helpful and I will be going back for my crown and cleanings moving forward.

Appointments are easy to schedule, all the hygienists are personable and kind, the dentists are knowledgeable, and the office staff is efficient and flexible! I was so nervous and scared. This was my second time coming. First time was a cleaning and they made me feel like family! Had to come back for a fill-in. (Had a couple cavities smh). But JAMIE was a pleasure. She numbed up my gums, of which she made me feel very comfortable about. Usually they just tell you that just because, but I ACTUALLY DIDN’T FEEL A THING! Dr. Le is super professional and you can tell he got all As in Dentistry School. I don’t want a “Cs get degrees” student working on my teeth. Thanks to everyone else at Preferred Dental that plays a roll in making the customer comfortable. I’m here forever.

Dr Palanca and her staff are AMAZING!! I had a bad accident as a young adult and lost 8 of my teeth in the front. I am VERY, VERY cautious and picky about who I allow to work on my teeth. Dr Palanca and her staff are excellent, knowledgeable, professional, fun loving and caring. They take the time to make sure you are educated about procedures and that you are comfortable during all of them. They frequently are involved in events and community activities.
