It was my first time going.. the only reason I am giving a 5 start is because of Tiersa she did wonderful and was very patient during my xrays. The actual guy who clean my teeth.. didn't actually clean them.. just ran a dry brush over them and left fluoride on them. Didn't even get a chance to ask about things I needed too. The scraped at my teeth and my gums were hurting for 6+ hours after my appointment. AGAIN TIERSA WAS WONDERFUL.

I provided all of my insurance information the day before my appointment I was there 15 minutes early as requested I filled out the forms that I was supposed to fill out an hour later I still had not been seen and they told me it was because they had trouble verifying my insurance I called my insurance company and was able to verify my insurance in 3 minutes and have them fax it over to then I could be seen to be told that I need to go see another dentist

Caring staffand dentist makes it out to be a smoothe appointment for all of our kids. Very clean and well maintained dentistry office. Love the play set up equipment they have for before and after the appointment. We all love it here! Highly recommended.

MUST READ! I had an appointment for noon, made by the Manager at this location herself. I had let them know my time was limited so I had been sent paperwork to be filled out ahead of time to save time. I was there right on time. They said they had to run my insurance, and that took forever. When I asked HALF AN HOUR LATER they told me the problem was it was under my husband's name. It's the same plan, I'm still a beneficiary and have never had an issue with this, ever. They took even longer. AT 1 O'CLOCK I talked to the receptionist one more time. As she paused her Youtube video she gave me the same insurance workaround. Minutes later she took me back. THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. She said my hygienist would be with me shortly... But I wasn't inf or a cleaning to begin with! I had to pee so I walk around this facility to try to find a bathroom, only to find the hygienist watching TV in the break room. At 1:25 I was finally helped. I called a phone number provided for complaints and a call center agent somewhere else explained that the appointment had been made under my husband's name and looked as a no-show. That was the issue. DO NOT GO HERE!!! ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE ELSE HAS BETTER SERVICE.

Went with daughter and grandson for grandson. Appointment was made online,there was no call confirming appt,request for insurance info. We arrived,were told they need insurance card. Daughter insurance, Delta, has never given card,use ss # as member ID. Receptionist said my daughter must call their call center with info but she didn't have call center number to give or she could not make call to call center. This is a whole cluster ××@k and I should be happy that they didn't get their hands on my grandson as he's slightly afraid already. Avoid this place. If I hear they have their act together,maybe but until then it's a paperwork mess.

Staff is incompetent! Waited for an hour and they never called my daughters name. Place is old and everything in the back is outdated. Not a clean place to go and would not recommend anyone going there.

Worst experience ever, the doctor treat us like we were simpletons, really condescending! On top the charge the insurance for services they haven't provide, called them to get x-ray and they new place never got them. Also I have being trying to call the billing department to no avail... just a pain in the a** STAY AWAY!!!!

i came here for my wisdom teeth removal, and after finding out i’d be awake i completely freaked out since i wanted to be put to sleep, Tiersa one of the staff members helped me out of the uncomfortable situation and helped me find a better alternative solution so i thank her for her help and time she took to explain everything to me

Office Staff are fine, but office management is terrible. They charged me double for a cavity filling, and were unable to refund me because only one person is able to do refunds, and that office manager is there MAYBE one day a week. Are you kidding me? I have to call back when the office manager happens to be in to get a refund for the mistake your staff JUST made? After a month of trying to get the overcharge refunded by corporate I was now told I had a $35 balance from over a year ago (which nobody had ever mentioned in the many other appointments) so guess, what, they basically just kept the $110 they should have refunded. Oh yeah, never got the rest of that overpayment refunded to me. Someone else must have it, because I don't.

Since, for some Odd reason, this Was just Kool Smiles like a few months ago ? and I was getting on here to write a review about them, so when my daughter had to get two of her back teeth removed, they scheduled an appointment with me, and gave me a packet, and sent me on my way. I was looking forward to this appointment, my child was also, of course. At first, they were not paining her, so this was a good thing. Well the appointment was set out 2 months, so by the second month, her teeth were starting to hurt. I had set the appointment in my phone and scheduled off for that day, the day that I received the appointment. So, the day comes for the appointment, and I have her all packed up and ready to go, which was a 35 minute drive all the way up north to the Carmel Ambulatory Center, and I call to make sure there isn't anything extra I needed to do, since I hadn't received a text, a phone call, an e-mail, or anything in the mail. And Ohh what can I expect? the lady on the phone answers (I end up talking to her months later about the same thing and *respect* for referring me to Dr. J - Who ended up completing the procedure) and says that, the Same day mind you, that the "Doctor needs to reschedule all patients for the day," so at literally last Second, I have to reschedule, I get no pay for the day since I called off of work, mixed up everything for my child, so I explained to her that the appointment was rescheduled and "hopefully," " not to worry," so basically, long story short, the appointment was cancelled the next time as well, which was set out another month and a half, and this time (after calling off AgaiN, and Driving all the way to Carmel this time) the reason was that they tried to call and verify appointment with me and since I did not answer an unknown phone number that I had no warning about, they went ahead and CanceLLed it For me? Like who? You can't consent that I cancelled anything, so Dr. J took me in a room we could talk about what was going on, and he called the same woman who rescheduled me in the first place, and I talked to her, again, and she recommended that I can wait another month or go to Dr. J, we ended the call politely and apologies, etc, and I called Dr. J on the way home that day, scheduled an appointment, came in for the assessment, scheduled for the removal, and came right in, no rescheduling was necessary, and now all of a sudden they aren't even on here anymore and it's now a different name ??? W T F ?! is going on. #weird & #creepy. Unless it's Really a new place? I d k.....and I won't because I'm not even attempting to find out.

I took my daughter here 3 years ago for her first time to see the dentist she is now getting ready to be 5 so if you can add that up she was quite Young. they told me that my daughter had all these cavities multiple different times they had put her in the cocoon that way they could put caps over her teeth that were teeth that we're going bad. And of course my daughter despised this it was torture for her and torture for myself being her mom and seeing her go through all this pain and being put in the cocoon is what they call it where they strap the child down so that they cannot move while they do the procedure. So about a year ago they told me my daughter's front tooth was very bad it needed to have a white cap placed over it that they did not do whitecaps which is fine so they want to refer me to two different places. One of them I was not sure about and the other place was Riley dental I of course went with Riley dental for the procedure. I had taken my child up to Riley dental and they did x-rays on my daughter look at the x-rays from Kool smiles that was taken throughout the three years that my daughter had been there. The doctor Riley hospital confirmed that every procedure they ever did on my daughter was unnecessary my daughter never had cavities my daughter never had horrible issues with her teeth like Kool smiles kept saying she did. Come to find out my daughter only had a tooth that was deformed. My daughter is now 5 years old and slowly but surely getting more comfortable and feeling safe at a dentist office. I would advise any parent if their child is scared to death of their dentist there is something wrong. No child should ever feel scared or doesn't want to go visit their dentist or doctor. I would refer anyone that does have a good insurance or Medicaid to take their children to Riley dental it's located and Riley hospital. They are absolutely wonderful and fabulous with children in my daughter at 5 years old walks in proudly and walks out with a sweet smile on her face. That is how it experience should go at a dentist for a child.

This was the worst dental experience of my life!!! First, to schedule an appointment you call a corporate number and spend tons of time answering questions to build a profile. Then when I arrived I literally had to fill out the exact same paperwork that I was drilled about over the phone. Then I was told that their corporate office said I didn't have insurance. So I had to wait for the local office to call and run it again. Between that and the forms there wasn't time for everyone to be seen. So two of the four of us were seen. Of which I told that I couldn't go back with my kids because I wasn't being seen. I told them that one of them doesn't do well at the dentist. They said they'd come get me if needed. Of course no one came and got me and it took forever!!!!! We missed our other appointments at the eye doctor. I asked what took so long and they referenced it took time to work with the kid I TOLD them would have difficulty without me. But I rescheduled anyways assuming the worst was over and because the two who were seen had cavities. But nope! When i arrived today I had to fill out all the same paperwork I did last time! Apprently for two reasons, 1 in case something changed for the two who were seen last time (less than a week ago) and the other reason because two of us who weren't seen all of that paperwork was not saved. So I filled it out again! Then, they scrambled to see whom they were going to see first because I wanted to be with my child who doesn't do well. It caused all kinds of commotion, the kids had to be moved around. And I was told that I shouldn't speak to the dentist once he arrived but be a "silent" observer". So as I sat in silence, the receptionist came in with a bill for over $200 for one kid. I informed her that this was more than twice as much I was told last week per person. I grabbed that kid out the chair (the other two were already receiving service) and went to the lobby and waited for service to be completed. Eventually, the receptionist comes over and aplogizes because she found the original pay estmates that we're drastically different and asked if we still wanted to be seen. Absolutely not!!!!!! I made another appointment for somewhere else while sitting in the lobby. And if I could have given 0 stars I totally would. They don't deserve the one! The hassle was way too much.

Came here and my son has dandruff so they countinued to try to tell me that he had lice. Even after i told them it was dandruff it ended making me here an extra 15 mins that we didn't need to be here just because their to stupid to know what dandruff is. They are also slow getting you in the back to be seen.
