Absolutely amazed at the experience these guys gave our family and kids. My oldest is 3 and while she didn't like it, the staff did such a good job calming her down and doing what they needed to do. We do not have insurance and their prices are reasonable. If you have young kids or are going for the first time, you should come here no questions. They have toys and books for the kids in the waiting room and back by the examination area.

The staff here is excellent! Always a "walk in the park" when bringing my kids in for any treatment. I've been happy with the knowledge on the treatment side as well as the insurance/billing part of things. Scheduling is a breeze as well. Everyone here is so great! Everything is suited so well for the kids; they are almost 5 and almost 2 years old. Toys and books galore! The staff was so sweet and they explained to my daughter what they were going to do and why and she loved it (cupcake flavored toothpaste?? Um yes, please!)! My son was too young to really get it but at least his teeth are clean haha! Stickers and balloons all around. We're excited to come back in 6 months to do it again :) Love the information and education for me and the kids. Such a wonderful experience.

My daughter has been going there for nearly two years and went from being terrified of the dentist and crying the whole way on our first trip, to asking me (with excitement) when she was going to see Dr. Lesa at PPD. I have two small children, one of them is severely autistic and Park claimed they were great with special needs kids. I have submitted forms and gave them all our information a week ahead and our appointment was scheduled for 8am so when we brought the children there would be nothing left to do but to get them through the exam/cleaning. We came 10 min beforehand, there was no one at the desk, then my autistic child started crying and a lady popped up and told us they are in the staff meeting. 5 minutes into our appointment time they showed up and looked at our file, realized they are not prepared for us, they didn't do clarifications and verification ahead of time. They also misunderstood what my sons diagnosis was (they must have not made notes when I had a conversation with them at scheduling) and started calling his doctor to verify his heart condition (which I told them he had not any). for 30 minutes they kept us in the dark why we were not been served while my child was going into the major distress, so we had to leave. I do not recommend this business, they do not prepare for the clients, they do not view children as someone important, they certainly do not understand special needs. I do not know if they have a great doctor, but if they felt the staff meeting could continue into the customer time, the expertise dies under the attitude. The doctor called us to apologize but made no attempts to repair the situation. I can not give them even one star.

I love Dr. Allison. My children started going there last fall when we moved to Greenwood and my previous pediatric denist no longer excepted my insurance. There are only two pediatric dentist in the Greenwood area. Her office was the only one that excepted it. The office was able to accommodate all four of my children at the same time. Since this time they have been abme to continhe scheduling them together. This past summer I had to reschedule due to work conflicts and again got us in very quickly.. All at the same time. After each my children were seen Dr. Allison brought me into her office, showed me the pano's (x-rays) that were taken and on my first visit all four of my kids needed some more dental work. We discussed the treatment plan and cost and even help me out with getting Care Credit (which they accept). When my daughter was done with her treatment she started to get a swollen mouth and sores. I took a pic with my smartphone and sent it to the office email. I was a little worried that she was getting Hand Foot Mouth disease or something but reminded myself that she was just at the dentist. Anyway, not only did the dentist office call me back, but Dr. Allison personally called me back and explained me what happened. Basically my daughter was biting on her mouth while it was numb and couldn't tell what she was actually doing since she couldn't feel it. The swelling and sores healed within a couple of days. I have had an amazing experience at this office. I'm pleased with all the staff and Dr. Allison and would recommend this dentist office to anyone.

Do NOT take your children here. They like to add unnecessary and painful procedures to make more money. They act ridiculously unprofessional, and don't know the first thing about child safety and care. They threw my wife out (I was unfortunately at work) just for questioning why they suddenly added a bunch of cosmetic procedures (cosmetic?? He has baby teeth, they are going to fall out, they don't need to have cosmetic anything!) for our 3 year old son. They tried to pressure her into the procedures, and when she refused they threw her out. This place is a joke. Go ANYWHERE else.

PPD was great for my 2 year olds first trip to the dentist. They quickly scheduled us to accommodate my schedule, hardly any wait time. They reviewed the paperwork on the spot so they knew he loved paw patrol and used that to make him feel comfortable - and it worked! I was expecting tears and having to hold him on much longer. He laid on the chair and laughed when they “tickled” his teeth. Great place!
