Dr. Howard has removed the' wisdom teeth for 3 of my children. I plan to return next year when the 4th child needs this done as well. Dr. Howard and his staff have been very helpful and accommodating with all our needs. Greatly appreciate them!

Dr. Howard has no understanding of human fear or emotion. Customer fears are an inconvenience to him and he treats it as such with impatience and an attitude. He talked to me like I was abnormal for being afraid of needles when it is the 3rd most common fear in the United States. Communication in his office was lacking. I was not aware of the process before I got there and he was unable to make small compromises for me. He had told me during my consultation to bring a friend that can help me get through the IV (the only part i was afraid of), but then didn't allow her to come back with me for it. I left my appointment still having my wisdom teeth and will be taking my surgery elsewhere
