This was my first visit. Office was easy to get to. Plenty of parking right out front. All of the staff were very friendly and introduced themselves. Seems like they have a good group of people working here. My cleaning was really thorough. It took awhile, but it was worth it because my teeth feel really clean now. The hygienist gave me a lot of good hints for how to decrease my tooth sensitivity. She also showed me how to floss better. The doctors were both young and very nice. They were pretty busy while I was there, but I was taken back to the room right on time. Seems like a well run office. I will return.

We have been so happy with the dentists and staff at Mitthoeffer Family Dental. Dr. Bloom is doing an implant on my front tooth and it has been totally painless. He has excellent skills and knows the latest techniques and materials. The staff is friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them!

African American dentist assistant lady that did my cleaning, did a careless job. She basically rush and damage my gums. She got mad that I wanted to see a doctor after she hurt me. I will not go back there.

I have been going to Dr. Coffman for nearly 30 years and absolutely love it. He's one in a million and his staff is the very best. I have so much fun there and I'm the biggest dental coward going! I've had a partial from 25 years ago that was only supposed to last 15. And it's never been a problem. The cleanliness of the office and exam rooms is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who needs true dental care because care is exactly what you'll get here!

Bad customer service experience. Told my husband he didn’t have insurance without checking, despite my husband carrying our insurance card. Refused to contact me to verify forcing me to call them. Wasted my husband’s time. All of this was based on a computer glitch that enter some automatic note that he was going to pay cash. Recommend finding a different office that actually does the work to support patients.

Wonderful experience!! Great staff and understanding caring dentist. They made my children and I as comfortable as they could! My 5 yr old had a tooth pulled and and she didn't scream or cry 2tears did run down her cheek when they numbed her but that was it and she thanked them when finished! Love them thanks for all your patience and Hardwork greatly appreciate it!

I was rather disappointed with my visit to this office. I came over from Dr. Herd’s office. If you have ever been a patient of Dr. Herd, you know he was one of the last of a dying bread. He treated his patients with dignity and grace. His office and staff made you feel like family and he offered personal touches such as fresh cut flowers and a shared book program. It was a small town feel in this big city. This new office left me to feel like I was just a number with dollar signs for teeth. The hygienist was rough and left my gums bleeding and sore. Jessica at Dr. Herd’s office never left my gums feeling this way. Not to mention, Jessica was much more pleasant and did not leave me feeling uncomfortable about my visit. I never felt as looked down on as I did at my visit yesterday. The only great thing going for this new office is they still have Cindy, from Dr. Herd’s office. This office could take notes and cues from Dr. Herd. They missed my mark of expectations that’s for sure. Thank goodness I have options to go somewhere else before my next cleaning!!

Totally painless dentistry I'm 64 years old and have gone to the dentist every six months my entire life. Dr. Coffman is the first and only dentist who can numb your gums and you never feel the needle. He has a great staff and my hygienist is the best. I'm so happy I found this office.

By far the greatest dentist I've been to, I was there for a solid 7 hours for work on my teeth and they made my teeth look absolutely stunning! Dr.Keller was amazing and everyone else there is so loving and treated me as if I were their own family. This group of amazing people chipped together to even get me a 75 dollar credit for my prom flowers! I would recommend this place to everyone, family, friends, heck even my enemies! 5 stars isn't even enough to describe just how amazing this place and the staff there are. If I could I'd give them 20 out of 5 stars. Great dental work, Great staff, great everything. Looking forward to my next visit!

The office is always clean and quiet. The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and will put you at ease. I really have a fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Coffman is the best. He is always gentle and has a great "bedside manner". Like said is a prior review when he numbs your mouth for any extraction you never feel a thing. This is great! I have referred him to others that I know and will continue to do so. As long as he will have me as a patient I will keep going to his office.
