Do not go here. I had the dates mixed up on when our appointment was because I have been taking care of my elderly grandmother who just got out of the hospital. They want to charge me $110 for myself and my daughters missed teeth cleaning appt. I've been going to them for over 6 years, never missed an appt. just lost a loyal customer.

So the very first time I got fillings was about 18 months ago at a totally different place and it was the worst experience of my life. I was in constant pain. They 'fixed' them twice and I still never could chew on that side without tearing up. BUT DR. KRUZE FIXED THAT. this was an INCREDIBLE experience. Not only did they understand my anxiety, they gave me a prescription for it and did the numbing in three steps so I wouldn't feel the larger injections. They told me everything they were doing THE WHOLE TIME and kept asking me if I was okay. Now not even 12 hours later I'm totally pain free and I realized that they fixed my bite as well from where the last guy messed it up!! I'm so excited to have them work on the other side of my mouth. I can't express how much less pain I'm in mentally and orally. THANK YOU.

I love how much Dr. Kruse checks-in and talks you through your procedures. I have been to the office twice now for procedures and they even squeezed me in in for a cleaning the same day. Aside from the nice dentists and staff, I love the layout, cleanliness, music, and general aesthetic of this office. So happy to have a dentist again!

I personally do not recommend. I grew up in northern Indiana, but moved to Indianapolis after college. I had been seeing my same family dentist for 20 years, but found it was time to trust someone else since I had moved. I was told I had 4 cavities by this place when I have never had a cavity in my life. They tried to get me to schedule another appointment to have these so called cavities filled, but I declined. I just recently went back to my family dentist office back in my hometown and he said I had 2 problem areas that had been on watch since 2007, but that I have ZERO cavities. It’s sad you can’t trust a doctors office. They just wanted my money.

My husband and I have been going to Mishel Dental since we moved to Indianapolis in 2016 and love it there! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, caring and professional, and Dr. Kruse is the best. As dreadful as dentist appointments can be, they always make the experience about as positive as it can get!

I felt like the service that I recieved for my teeth cleaning was good. BUT THEN LINDSAY THE RECEPTIONIST!!!!! After being text several times and months later about a cleaning appt I'd missed although never confirmed. I called to schedule the cleaning she proceeded to insist on a $50 fee for a missed appt. After this brief conversation ended and I tried to call Mishel again she placed me on hold for 10 MIN!!! I got off hold attempted to call again and she hung up on me!!!!!! Absolutely terrible
