I don't usually write reviews, but I really like my dentists (Dr. Llewellyn and Bob)! The facilities are great and quality of care is all that you would expect and more. Perhaps what is the most compelling part is that the office just works. Schedules are kept, reminders sent, and my time is respected. There is the perfect blend of personal relationship with professional care. I love it!

My visits have always been excellent. Every time I walk in the door, I am greeted warmly by the friendly office staff, especially Sharon. I enjoy the communication I have with Amber, my hygienist. We talk about our kids while she diligently works on my teeth. I am convinced dental hygienist's have an innate skill for deciphering a patient's ramblings while they have metal tools and fingers in their mouths. Gary is the captain and always has a firm hand on the tiller of this dental ship, but I think he has a little too much coffee in the mornings. Seriously Gary, market that energy! All in all, I have had a great relationship with Gary and his practice for years.

I've been going to Dr. Llewellyn for the last 6 years and every time has been a good experience. I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and when I do go back everyone is always relaxed, helpful, and professional. I like it and even now that I don't live on the west side of Indy any more I still make the trip out from downtown.

I completely adore Dr Christopher Brodowicz and all of the friendly staff here, from Amber to Alicia to Ariana. Everyone is very professional and extremely friendly! I hadn’t been to the dentist in probably about two years and finally scheduled an appointment to get checked up and cleaned. Amber took some updates xrays, cleaned my teeth, checked me for gingivitis—all within an hour and all while explaining the process/answering my questions. She was very sweet and, as my first experience with an adult dentist’s office, I was super impressed! I had a few cavities, so I had to schedule another appointment with Dr Brodowicz and dental hygienist Alicia. The two are a great team together and, like Amber, focus on not only making sure their work is the best it can be, but also have patient comfort a high priority. They both explained what was going on, what they were doing, and were very understanding when I told them I can’t handle seeing needles. I had an issue where one of the fillings was hitting improperly, which caused me sensitivity and was very obvious to me, but because of the numbing agent I didn’t notice under after a few hours. I called them up, as they had told me it might happen, and Dr Brodowicz fixed it for me on his lunch break within five minutes! I believe this office to be an awesome one, especially as I’ve been told by other people that their dentists (not at this location) are not the best. I’ve already recommended it to a bunch of my friends and my parents are going to get checked out here soon themselves! Overall, a very positive experience (: Thank you to you all at Merit Speedway for being the cream of the crop!

SO, my tooth decided to break and send me in to anxiety overdrive. Was able to get in immediately...So, there's a new doctor. Wasn't nervous but he wasn't my usual (cause I love me some Dr. Llewellyn) but let let me tell you, if he, Dr. E, Dr. J (lol) decided to stay it would be alright with me. He's a pleasant piece of eye candy (can I say that on here) that made me feel right at ease...with Alicia (she's new and sweet as pie) and Brittany (my boo, for real) by his side, my tooth was fixed in no time. He took his time, told me what the breakage consisted of and asked what I'd like to do about it...asked as he matched the color for my tooth and gave me all the possibilities on what's to follow. I fell in LOVE with him and his chair-side manners!!! Being a patient here for almost 20year...who would go anywhere for 20year if they didn't absolutely LOVE IT!!! The love, respect and cohesiveness this team displays between one another radiates on us customers!! Keep doing what y'all do...and keeping this smile FLAWLESS!!!

At first, I was hesitant about getting a mouth cancer screen, but after a loved one was diagnosed with throat cancer, I can't stress enough how important it is to have the screen.

Oh my goodness, I can’t thank everyone at Merit enough!!! I had a failed root canal, and by the time I got to their office, I had been in terrifying, unrelenting pain for three days, part of my face had gone numb, I had been to the ER twice, and also to an emergency dental place at 4am. I held off from doing the treatment there until I could see our family dentist. My boyfriend has been there, but I hadn’t gone in yet — he assured me I would be in the best hands possible. He was so right!!! The staff and Dr Llewellyn were SO patient with me, giving me all the time I needed to calm down (I was a nervous wreck by this point), and deal with some feelings of nausea after I was numbed. No one made me feel dumb or annoying for being so out of it, they were all sweet and understanding. They were super gentle doing my X-rays through the pain and let me help guide the mouthpiece in so I could be as gentle around the tooth as possible. They also waited to do X-rays until I was numb. THANK GOD!!! They were also so compassionate to the fact that I had been in pain for 3 days and was beyond exhausted, letting me do oral meds for sedation on short notice, and said I could come back any time after their lunch break to have the tooth extracted. When I was back, they were again beyond amazing, very assuring that i would be fine under sedation and putting all my fears about it at ease. Dr Llewellyn had that tooth out in probably 30 seconds. He came over and looked in my mouth and when he looked up I was expecting him to say “ok let’s get started.” Nope. He said “it’s out!” And it was as easy as that! I could seriously cry for being treated so wonderfully during the worst pain of my life. I can’t reccoment Dr Llewellyn and staff highly enough!!!!

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Campano and the staff at Indy Smiles are! I am one of those who are phobic of dentist's and dental visits. Indy Smiles has changed all of that! Having recently relocated to the area from out-of-state, we could not be any happier with the dental care that Dr. Llewellyn provides, which truly has far exceeded the dental care and services from our previous provider. I had my teeth cleaned by Amber at Merit Dental, and I’ve gotta tell everyone, she has the perfect touch! My teeth had not been cleaned during the last 2 or 3 years, so there was a great deal of plaque build-up that she had to remove. But in spite of that, I felt hardly any discomfort AT ALL. While Amber was working on my teeth and gums I felt nothing unpleasant like I had during my past 50+ years of teeth cleaning. This was far and away the easiest, most pleasant cleaning I ever had. And it’s all due to Amber’s elevated level of care and skill. Highly recommended!

I have been in pain most of my life and just sort of got use to it. After going into their office for an invisalign consultation they found that I had periodontal disease and needed some fillings and were very concerned for my health. My health has always been their number one concern and the make sure that things are done right the first time. They are always fun and happy and know who I am when I come in. Dr. Llewellyn and his staff always made me comfortable even when it should hurt. Anyway my teeth are all clean, shiny and Healthy! I feel like I have a whole new mouth!

I was optimistic when I scheduled my first cleaning here. Everyone was friendly on the phone and in person. Then after 50 minutes of being examined, the hygienist started trying to schedule a time for me to come back to get my teeth cleaned. That was the entire point of going there. They wasted my morning, when I could have been getting my teeth cleaned elsewhere.
