More than bless the new doctor there is so kind with kids my 5 year olds first time and she was so pleased she loves it they made it seem so fun and amazing she loved it been there 2 times since she had a cavity and lost a tooth but now she has a perfect smile healthy teeth . Dr. Windsor and his staff are all very knowledgeable. He is very down to earth and they create a fun and personal atmosphere. Lynn (dental hygienist) was able to catch early stage gum bacteria and has walked me through a very thorough restoration process. (Floss your daggum teeth folks!) They really go the extra mile to make things are done right on the medical and also the business end.

When i went there 10 years ago, they tried to sell me a few grand worth of work that was not necessary. Doesn't sound like much has changed. I was there 10 years ago to have my top wisdom teeth removed. There were no problems after everything healed. My second molars on top both had a cavity on the side which I was just recently able to have fixed with fillings. Market Place wanted to do crowns. However, they also wanted to remove the bottom two. Supposedly there was a cavity forming from the inside out on each bottom wisdom tooth. They found it using some kind of weird ultrasonic sensor. To this day my bottom back wisdom teeth are just fine. So if you are new to this dentist, maybe get a second opinion after this one wants to do several crowns, extractions, and other things that may not be totally necessary. Oh yes, they WILL try to sell you more than what typical insurance would cover. Two stars because they did good work but they are mostly trying to get sales.

They were very friendly the first time I came in trying to offer deals selling me on a crown at which I thought they were great and then less than a year later the crown falls out and they tell me that I didn't have enough tother left to hold the crown in place! This was after they charge me over $1,300 for the crown on my first visit, once they realize they weren't going to make any money by putting the crown back in my mouth, they refused to put it back in the hole saying that the dentist would not be covered if it was to get infected so he handed me a sample packet of temporary cement and my crown he sold me, then told me to put it back in myself but he won't touch it because he doesn't want to be liable, with a condescending attitude! Also prior to the crown falling out I had caught them trying to overcharge me out of pocket for procedures that were covered by my insurance, when I called my insurance company they confirmed that my Insurance Company had paid 100%

My fiancee got his braces here. The orthodontist was only available on a certain day of the month, so he was unable to get the care he truly needed. Additionally, the work was sub-par and they did a terrible job on his braces. Very unsatisfied!

The office staff are incredibly kind. They lady who checked me in had a great smile and seemed to really care. The young lady who checked me out was all smiles and kind. The doctor has great bedside manner and the assistants and hygienist are thorough and efficient and sweet. I’ll definitely go back and refer them!!

Strap in cause this is a long one. I went In to start my Invisalign treatments and they wanted to check for cavities before I started the treatment. Great. So they count 6 total Of what they believed to be the START of cavities. So we set up an appointment to fill them all. They did one side of my mouth at a time each appointment. Not an issue. So here is where it starts to get seriously screwed. I get home and it hurts BAD. I call so I can be seen ASAP. The re do the filling. I get home again and the numbing wears off and I’m hurting even worse. Turns out my bite was off. No biggy. I get back in and get it fixed they also do my other side. So I get home again. And now both sides I have two teeth that hurt extremely bad. I go back in again and they re did one and it was fine however the other one I went back for several more times and they re did my filling 5-6 times at this point. Just to find out they had cracked my tooth. Still not to angry at this point. So I get in to get a crown and get it fixed. Then they tell me I have to pay out of pocket for it... and just like these other reviews it was covered. Aside from it being covered why should I pay out of pocket for something they screwed up. My teeth were fine no pain until they went in and re did my “fillings” And cracked it. So I pay it and I start my Invisalign treatment. Had no issues with that until the end. But first! I get to the cleanings! I take very good care of my teeth and honestly was shocked I had “6 start of cavities” they couldn’t even say they were cavities because they weren’t. But anyway I brush my teeth several time a day and floss and both times I got my cleanings she cut up my gums so bad and tried to tell me it was because I don’t floss. I was soaking paper towels with the amount of blood coming out of my mouth. Mind you I had buttons on my teeth from ivsalign so when she was cleaning my teeth she kept slipping on them and stabbing my gum. THEN after I was done with my Invisalign treatment and I got my retainers. Get home and they call me and tell me I was supposed to pay 500$ and I asked for what. They said my retainers and I asked why because that was part of the 5000$ I paid for my Invisalign. So she said she’s call me back. Never heard from her. Another girl eventually after months calls me back and says when I started I had the old dentist and she quoted my retainers at 300$ but they aren’t honoring it and I have to pay the 500$ that should’ve been covered under the over priced amount for my treatment I already paid. So needless to say I had to pay it. I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for things I shouldn’t have. They over price everything. They didn’t even bother telling me about this retainer price until I was out the door and done with my treatment. No one there knows what they are doing and I will NEVER under any circumstances go back. If they were the last place left on earth and my teeth were falling out, I still wouldn’t go. They are awful and will lie to your faces about made up costs and scam you even though your insurance covers it I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went.

All ways a great visit... or as great as a dentist appointment can be. Dr. Young and her team are always attentive to my care and comfort. Dr. Young’s takes time to have an unrushed discussion with me about my next step or my current treatment. Dr. Young and team are also very observant of my body language as it’s hard to vocally speak out in the chair, upside down with a jaw pillow. Just a small eye twitch or foot wiggle and they are asking questions about my care. That alone is a comfort to this high anxiety dental patient. Thank You for being exceptional!!!!
