I was seen for a cleaning and as always was met with genuine smiles, great professionalism and great care . The courteous staff is the best at customer service and meeting all of your dental needs in a relaxing, friendly environment. Dr. Jay is the best. I looked for years for a dentist who could resolve my dental needs and Dr. Jay did it efficiently and by working with my budget. Thank you so much Dr. Jay for you and your team of professionals! Waited 6months to get deep cleaning they set it up then say they can't do it, the receptionist was very confrontational and said it was my fault, imagine that , so I'm going to my wifes dentist who realizes the patient is 1st and does what they say, better business Bureau will be notified. THANKS FOR Hanging UP ON me ,tina

If you need to go to the dentist, go here! Everyone is so incredibly friendly; they remember who you are and care enough to remember what you've talked about in the past. Some people are afraid of the dentist- you should not be afraid to step foot in Dr. Jay's office! Even when I lived in CA, I would come home for visits and make sure I got in to see them! I would give more stars if I could!

About 7 years ago, a different local dentist told me I needed thousands of dollars in dental work done - I can’t remember what for. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they ALSO recommended thousands of dollars of dental work. After talking to some friends about this, a friend recommended I see Dr Jay. I went in for a cleaning, and Dr Jay’s office said I had no cavities and didn’t need anything beyond routine cleanings. I’ve been going to Dr Jay ever since, and I’m still cavity free! Also, I initially took my child to a pediatric dentist because I thought i had to. Turns out, Dr Jays office is much more reasonably priced, just as child friendly, and better for my whole family.

This office is great! All of the people are friendly and I have confidence in all of their abilities. They did a very thorough exam, using all the tools at their disposal, and it didn't cost a ridiculous amount. As a matter of fact, they give a discount for paying cash, and their prices seem a little lower than market. The doc has a very friendly personality yet not phony, like some dentists. Some remind me of used car salesman-but NOT Dr. Jay! He identified the problem with my son's teeth that another dentist couldn't seem to identify after several visits and several hundred dollars. He is conscientious of cost and won't try to sell you more than you need. Great practice-can't wait to recommend it some more to others!
