I have been on the hunt for a regular dentist in Indy and really struggled to find one I trusted. I had gone to a different dentist who informed me that I had 8 cavities! HOLY. COW! I was shocked because I'm pretty diligent with my teeth. I went to Indy Dental Health for a second opinion and after doing all the necessary poking and prodding, was told that actually, I didn't have any, and was prescribed a prescription toothpaste to be on the safe side. I wasn't charged, and they spent quite a bit of time talking with me and answering questions. All of the staff are very friendly and there's a Keurig while you wait (woot!). Additionally, my husband needed some more extensive work done and loathes dentists and needles. They've worked with us to create a plan that fits us well and he has been extremely happy with how patient-oriented they have been. Both Dr. Griffith and Dr. Fraiz are wonderful, personable, and knowledgeable.

I was embarrassed by my smile, and it caused me a significant amount of pain. I was terrified of visiting the dentist. I never thought I’d be able to say I look forward to going to the dentist. My experience with Indy Dental Health, Dr. Fraiz, and his entire staff has been nothing short of wonderful and I do not say this lightly. I have suffered from a dentist phobia since my teens and until now every experience was painful and scary until Indy Dental Health. I called with an impacted wisdom tooth that needed extraction and they worked me in that very day. Dr. Fraiz got me the antibiotic I needed for the infection and scheduled my extraction appointment with IV sedation. The appointment went so smoothly and I am thankful. There was no facial bruising, no swelling, and truly no pain and I felt great even later that day. (The exact opposite of the last time I opted for IV sedation for a permanent tooth extraction with a different dentist.) We now have a plan for all the dental procedures I have avoided for the past 7 years. Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the front desk and all staff members have been kind, welcoming, gentle, and concerned. I will probably never look forward to going to the dentist, but I am grateful to have found a place I feel safe. I would urge anyone who needs a dentist to go to Indy Dental Health and see for yourself what is a first-rate dental office.

Dr. Fraiz and his team made getting my wisdom teeth out relatively painless. He assured me beforehand that I had nothing to worry about and that proved to be true. He gave me oral sedation—something you take before arrival to help you relax—which made the experience much better than I’d anticipated. My recovery was about as pain- and swelling-free as they come, without a single complication. Dr. Fraiz did an excellent job, and his staff were helpful and courteous. They even called multiple times to check up on me. If you’re worried about getting your wisdom teeth removed or having oral surgery, don’t be. The folks at Indy Dental Health will take care of you.

Being new to the area and reluctant to find a new dentist, I did my research (My old dentist had said to look for a practice that could make crowns at their office using a specific machine) and found Indy Dental Health. I found the staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful with my insurance and questions and I have been very pleased that my appointments have been on time and very thorough. My husband ended up needing that crown making machine in an emergency, what luck! I highly recommend Indy Dental Health to my family and friends looking for a dentist.

After several decades of going to the dentist, I moved and tried this place. Never once was it suggested that I get braces for my (perfectly staight) teeth, but I was informed that it would be "absolutely necessary" to get them now. They couldn't give me a reason when I asked why. They also suggested pulling 6 of my teeth, despite no cavities, decay, misallignment, malformation, or even discomfort. Do not trust these people or these fake recommendations.

I needed significant work done so Matt walked me through what was needed, explained my options, and performed my surgery with less pain than i expected. And I was able to get my appointment quickly without having to wait weeks or months. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking with them and watching HGTV while they worked. All around fantastic experience with this team, no complaints. The front office is knowledgeable, lively and makes you feel welcome and at ease. I recently moved to Indianapolis from AZ. This office was recommended to me by several coworkers- all in the health care industry. Indy dental health definitely exceeded my expectations. I called to schedule an appointment to fix a broken crown. I was able to get in for an appointment within 2 days of calling. Not only did they fix my crown in one visit but they also squeezed me in for a cleaning and a repair of a chipped tooth (keep in mind I was a NEW patient too!!). I have been to several dentists across the country and almost all would ask you to make a separate appointment for each of these things especially considering that I was a new patient. It was fantastic to be able to address all of my dental needs in one visit. I would suggest this office to anyone.

They kept me well informed throughout my visit and treated me well, from making sure I was comfortable during all of the drilling to being extremely empathetic when my visit was longer than intended.
