I got braces here with Dr. Rana and I had a TERRIBLE experience. They prolonged my time with braces for an entire year because they did not do ANYTHING and just kept saying "we're waiting for everything to settle down". Do not go here unless you want to waste your money and time. They made me pull three teeth for no reason and then said it could have been avoided. And if I'm even a minute late to my appointment, they make me wait for a long time even if they have NO OTHER PATIENTS just to prove their point or something. If you're looking to get braces, go to Carmel Orthodontics. They're way better.

Hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years bc I just don't like it. Had to go back twice for a complete root planing. Not that I enjoyed it, but it was painless and as pleasant as having your roots scraped can be. The best dental experience of my adult life, and I'm 55.! I have more work that needs done. I'll be back, this is my new dentist office for sure.

I first started going to Indianapolis Dental Designs with Dr. Ingram after receiving multiple flyers in the mail and it being so close to home. I thought I was in great care and everyone seemed friendly and had great customer service. I decided to go to another dentist after having pain in the fillings they had done... My new dentist took x-rays of my teeth and saw that all the fillings that had been done on my teeth were completely butchered. They left gaps on every filling they did which just caused more decay under them and left the top of my teeth all pointed in different directions. So now I have to go pay for all my fillings to be redone correctly and may even need to have a root canal. They didn't take x-rays after doing the fillings and my new dentists say that's the reason they left my teeth in the condition they did. I definitely wouldn't suggest anyone go here, especially since I have no new decay and my new dentist is basically just fixing someone else's work.

Dr Ingram and his entire staff from reception through accounting and the hygienists are stellar. They are always accommodating, in good humor and highly skilled and efficient. I moved to Indy a couple years ago leaving behind a dentist i loved and was very worried i wouldn’t find anyone like that here. I was so lucky to find this group I have a fairly extensive amount of dental work done throughout my life and to find a genuinely caring dentist like Dr Ingram is a blessing. I can be a bit “crazy” about things like gauze rolls in my mouth or being left in a laid back position for too long and this staff takes care of me and puts me at great ease and comfort. Plus my teeth look great and my mouth is healthier every day. Five stars and a big yay for Indianapolis Dental Designs

Very friendly and nice. Seems like they are into preventative care. They replaced a filling even though I wasn't having any trouble with the old filling (money or preventive??). I have had trouble with my new filling (sensitivity problems) and they are very willing to get to the bottom of the problem. I got my filling replaced again with no charge!

Dr. Ingram is great and this office has the kindest staff of any dentist I've seen. They explain everything thoroughly, go over your options, and even try to work with you on the finances when needed. Thus team even sent me a get well card after finding out I was diagnosed with cancer. I was startled to receive a a card rom them. I had ot seen him twice at that point. Great people!
