I scheduled a routine cleaning for 7 days in advance. The front desk staff said that they would call my insurance provider number at some point between now and the appointment to make sure my insurance was accepted. They called me 15 minutes before my appointment, as I was driving there, to inform me that they actually did not. To be clear, they could have called at any point during those 7 days to make sure my insurance was accepted but they chose to waste 7 days of my time. Extremely inconsiderate and rude.

Staff is friendly, great customer service!! Office is very clean. Dr. Quadri is the best my children hated going to the dentist but when we switch and they met our now dentist they can’t wait to go back. Staff is very patient with children.

First time visit for me and everyone was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, as well as helpful. The doctor and assistent were quite efficient, thorough, and compassionate! They were both open to any questions and they were not rushed! The office has all the new technology available and the new patient special made a first time visit/x-rays affordable. I recently had a scaling and root planing performed on my teeth by Geist Dental Care, and coming from someone with Periodontitis, Geist Dental Care seems to *sincerely* care about the condition of their patients' mouth and gums. I've been with Geist Dental Care for over two years now, and by far, they have provided the best care and concern for my teeth than any other dental organization that I've ever been to. They've been instrumental in ensuring that my periodontitis and gum recession don't become significant problems. In addition, I once contacted the front desk with a handful of questions about basic dental care, and the employee stayed with me for over 10 minutes answering my questions. This kind of care is something that I find particularly helpful. In review, Geist Dental Care is an absolutely amazing dental and oral hygiene organization. They genuinely care about their patients and provide impeccable service that you won't find just anywhere.

Brand new patient and had an extremely frustrating experience shcheduling my new appointment. The girl who assisted me “ didn’t get enough information” when I called to schedule it. I go to my appointment and they can’t get me in for more then an hour. Horrible first experience do not recommend. Instead of calling me back to get the other info she said “oh I was hoping you’d call in because I messed up.” Instead of looking up my number and calling me back now I’ve wasted an hour and a half of my time off of work missing important stuff for literally no reason and got no more then an I’m sorry. Unprofessional and truly infuriating. Not a way you treat a brand new patient - no wonder they’re having to solicit for new clients.

The entire staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist is usually Becki and she’s awesome! I recently found out they clean your retainer if you bring it in during your visit and they even gave me a new case for it in my favorite color (mint blue). This office has gone through a few dentists over the years and Dr. Green is definitely my favorite one so far, she’s very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental office!

I want to give more stars to this practice, but google won't allow me to. First off, I love how easy it is to get in touch with the office and make an appointment. Isn't too flexible, but they're schedule is. They were able to find a spot for me and let me get in. They do send out reminder cards for the appointment and emails and texts if you do decide to opt in for that service. I do appreciate that a lot. Secondly, the artwork hanging in the offices is magnificent. I love going in there and seeing all the smiling faces and art work. The staff is wonderful when I walk in. I feel like they really do care about me as a person. The assistants and hygienists are wonderful. They like to joke around and laugh and have a good time which made me feel so much more relaxed about seeing the dentist. Thirdly, the dentist. Dr. Green is a ray of sunshine. She is amazing. She can numb me up super fast, drill and fill super fast. She's really nice and makes me laugh. And the pictures of her dog and fiance are the thing I like most about this office.
