DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!! I thought I'd give them a chance. But honestly these people are the worst. From the nasty, rude office staff to the clueless dentists, this place should truly be shut down. I believe they're just there to nickel and dime those that have limited money. Don't waste your time or money - GO TO A REAL DENTIST! Aspen Dental doesn't charge for new patient exams and they have decent repayment options. I ended up going there when the janky dentist at Fountain Square tried to screw me over and I'm pleased with the service I received there.

Honestly do not go here! Had my wisdom teeth taken out and a cavity filled and it was a horrific experience. They didnt even bother to bill my insurance company and had me pay for almost everything out of pocket. Come to find out, my insurance did cover the procedures, so now I have been a two month long process to get my money back. So they owe me over $500 and they keep delaying it. Dr. Walker is horrible and yelled at me multiple times during my wisdom teeth surgery. I paid extra out of pocket for nitrous and they didnt even get me enough so I was in horrible pain and could feel everything. I know they are cheap, but it does come with a price and that price is poor treatment.

If you want a fancy waiting area and crisp rooms, don't go here. If you want a place with experienced doctors and low overhead costs, you've found it! The rooms might be old, but they were clean and bright. Dr. Walker removed all four of my wisdom teeth in one go. I couldn't afford the general anesthesia, so we opted for local and nitrous gas instead. He explained everything he was doing, as he did it, so that there wouldn't be any nasty surprises. They checked on my local anesthesia before doing anything, to make sure I was well-numbed. I didn't even feel him take out the bottom two teeth, and despite having to break the top two because they were so badly impacted, there was just some minor pressure and noise. He checked in and told me to signal with my hands, if there was any pain. I was stitched up thoroughly, and given scripts for meds to prevent infection, prevent swelling, and for pain. Prior to the extraction, I had a consultation visit with Dr. Walker that included xrays to assess what needed to be done. The receptionist then took down my insurance info and worked up an accurate estimate for me, which she called about a couple days later. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. If you don't want to wait, be sure to show up right around your appointment time. Unlike some places I've been, they seem to stick pretty closely to their schedule. Overall, pleased with the cost and my experience here!

Made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction for 1:30 pm. Showed up a half an hour early and had filled out paperwork. Despite only ONE other person there in the lobby, they called back multiple others ahead of us after 1:30pm. I stepped outside for a minute seeing as I obviously wasn't going to be seen anytime soon, and when my mother got my attention to com back in because they called my name, they couldn't wait 30 seconds for me to walk around the door into the lobby and started taking others DESPITE US SHOWING UP BEFORE OUR TIME AND WAITING PAITENTLY. In other words, they will make you wait but refuse to give you the same respect. Also, it is blatantly obvious they go by priority, and NOT what you scheduled for. I would give this place zero stars of I could. Do NOT come here. It is a JOKE.

My foster daugter went to have upper teeth and wisdom extraction. She was accused of being a meth addict because her teeth were so, bad. She has 5 children. Everyone knows babies can take a lot out of a woman, including calcium needed for healthy teeth. SHE WAS BUTCHERED! Sent home with NO instructions on how to care for her gums. This Dr. Walker should never have made false accusations he can't prove. My daughter has had drug issues in the past. 10 years ago. She is inconsolable and in so, much pain she can't take care of herself. Someone should report this kind of treatment. I am just in awe that this place is still in business. Her excitement of getting her work done and getting her new smile went out the window after the treatment she received at this clinic.

I been coming here since I was a kid and I still go here I love the staff they are like family now I been going there since I was ten or eleven. I will continue to come here I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone my husband now goes there because I recommended him to go there and my mother in law and my sister in law and my father in law to :-))

Excellent and professional care given by everyone I came in contact with. I was extremely nervous at my appointment. They were very understanding and made sure my pain was completely under control. I am beyond satisfied with my visit and will be returning for all my dental work in the future.

If your reading this review & need an extraction then go. The surgeon is on point. He will take care of your problem but, don't go thinking they care. That clinic is like what you'd heard about in movies. When someone needs some work done in a dark alley kinda deal. You pay, they pull! If you need fillings & cosmetic work then understand. They really do suck. I gave 4 stars bc They'll rip that tooth out with a quickness & have you on your way once your seen. Costs about $120-$180 but it's worth it so I'm going this week & not sweating it. I know exactly what's gonna happen.

The staff are very nice and the price was very affordable however I had an appointment at 2pm and wasn't seen until 5pm!!! They did not even warn me that my wait could be this long when I booked my appointment. I scheduled for 2pm, so I expected to be seen at 2pm! What is the point of making an appointment at all?? 3 hours of waiting around in a tiny, cramped waiting room full of people with miserable, sour faces. Most of them were talking on their cell phones VERY loudly, airing all their dirty laundry to the whole room instead of stepping outside like they had any sense. The atmosphere of this place was very negative and depressing. Lots of people fidgeting, sighing, and bitching about their wait. Doctor had to give me two shots of novacaine (spaced 15 minutes apart) before I was numb which was annoying. After waiting for 3 hours I just wanted him to hurry up and get to work. The TV in the waiting room was fixed on sports network too. I would have much preferred something neutral that everyone could enjoy...3 hours of watching a freaking golf tournament. Ugh. As if the place wasn't miserable enough already. The place is extremely outdated (wood paneling everywhere) The hallways were very dark and dim, and their tools and machines are very old. They look like they're from the 80's. Also as I was waiting for the doctor to come in, I watched an ant crawl all over one of the machines, disappearing in and out of a crack in the casing.

They don't even deserve the one star both experiences I had were horrible being talked down to and accused or being on drugs due to the fact they apparently had to use more medicine tan normal to keep me asleep mind u I'm 302 lbs number one number 2 I woke up as they were stitching me after he butchered my mouth as I'm crying waking up he tells me to shut up there's kids there and I was crying to myself and couldn't help it I tried not to cry then he proceeds to tell me I am on eyher math crack or marijuana then they sent me out the door the nurse sis help get me to the car but didn't give me any instructions except take the teeth out ad rinse twm once a day I have photos of my mouth where Dr walker butchered me on top of talking to me and accusing me as he did and like I told him I can pass any test anyone gives me period I am on vyvanse and cymbalta thru my doctors I am so horribly upset about this whole process

Never again will I go here the dentist was very rude for one and for two I have had several teeth pulled in the past and never felt a bit of pain this dentist came in and started ripping at my tooth and I was in extreme pain and felt every bit of it!!! He treats all people like they are drug addicts and basically just talks to you like you are scum! I would suggest you go to a real dentist not some hood dentist because when you go here you get what you pay for which is cheap work that will have to be fixed in the long run!!!

I've been going here for 20 years. I've always been happy with the cash discount. I didn't have insurance for the first 10 years and the cost was always about half what anyone else was asking. I am not bothered by the old building and out dated decor. I've never felt it was unclean. The surgeon removed my wisdom teeth and when he was done the dental assistant was helping me up I asked when he was gonna take them out. It was so fast and had little pain after. The hygienist has went above and beyond to care for my gums and teeth. I continue to go to this dentist because I trust them.

Horrible experience will never go back was also told payment plan would be available with so much down was told after exam they do not do it so cost of exam to be told what I already knew appointment was at 2:45 didn't even get in a room until 4:30 patient in room across from me got numbing medication but was left in room for so long the meds were wearing off ,said so to Dr who in return shrugged him off only to return too pull teeth guy yelps Dr tells him to hold still ,he responds I'm sorry it hurts.Dr responds I don't care.man replies I said I needed numbed a little more Dr then says these drugs aren't as good as your street drugs,what a horrible horrible man.
