Called in this morning to ask about insurance and payment options. Melody (?) answered my questions but what made me take a step back was when she said "I don't think this relationship will go any further" after being told they did not take my payment options. Why in the world would you say that to someone? I do my homework and reviews all of the time and this doctor has good reviews, but your office staff really needs home training. And just in case you think I'm lower than you, I am a full time caregiver so I'm not bottom of the barrel. I'm taking away from this that you treat anyone who you can't help like dirt. Learn home training.

I started treatment with Dr. Bolon in November last year. I enjoy being under Dr. Bolon's ortho care! She is extremely talented and has such a fun personality! Her staff are super sweet and they are always ready to accommodate me with my crazy schedules! Thank You all!

Dr. Bolon is very nice, she does well with kids, and the office staff is friendly. Schedules can be challenging with her between 2 offices.
