Downtown Dental Group has hands down been the best dentist experience I've ever had. I have pretty awful dental anxiety (as many do), and I was nervous about even making my first appointment since I hadn't gone to the dentist in years, but everyone has been wonderful. Dr. Crow is patient and excellent with both checking in on how you're doing as well as explaining what's going on. Adam, my hygienist, is specifically *fantastic*, although everyone with whom I've interacted in the office has been warm and amenable. Adam and Dr. Crow have been so patient with me in making sure I'm comfortable, as well as funny and friendly while still being candid and upfront about the state of my teeth and required care. This sounds like a bad overused trope from reviews or commercials, but they genuinely care and it shows. I've already sang their praises and will continue to do so - I've never felt like I'm in such good hands.
