I took my daughter who has aspergers, although she is high functioning, she still needs to be told what is going on. Both the surgeon Dr. Hostalet and Dr. Sitaram talked to my child and told her step by step what was going to happen prior to doing anything as did the nurses. They even told her what to expect over the next few days at home. The staff was very welcoming and called us by name even on our first visit! We felt like family, not just another number. They took time and made us feel comfortable and kept the parent with the child as much as possible up until actual surgery and brought me back right after. We came for oral surgery but switched dentist immediately because of how we were treated here compared to other dentitst in town. I highly recommend Dental Solutions of Columbus and Avon

My family had used this dentist for roughly between 6 and 7 years. Mostly my wife and kids had used them. Well in late 2015 I had a toothache and ended up going in and having work done and after having work done sat down and setup a treatment plan which we discussed and told them I couldn't afford the money that they were talking especially with Christmas around the corner so we came up with a new treatment plan in which meant doing some extractions rather than root canals because my insurance would cover it that way and we split the work so that it could be all covered by insurance well all the work was finished up in January couple months went by and now I get a bill in the mail for almost $500 call them and they say well ur insurance didn't cover this or that well I would have never had the work done had they told me there was that much out of pocket involved....Please beware all they can say now is well we can work out a payment plan. So basically as the customer Im supposed to just eat there screw up well sorry don't feel that's my responsibility

My two year old had an appointment today and was not too happy about being at the dentist, but Dr Weida was so friendly and just let her lead the appointment so she didn’t feel overwhelmed or scared. Dr Weida is the best!! :)

I can't recommend this dentist office enough. From the front office staff to the doctors and hygienist you can feel how much they care for their patients and enjoy their work. Most times they will be the lowest price but I did find a place to do some work cheaper but this office has gained my loyalty with a caring touch.

Dr Weida is an excellent cosmetic dentist! I had been using him for general dentistry and decided to give him a try for cosmetic work. I had a wish list and he conquered it and then some. My family and friends cannot tell which tooth was lab created and which tooth is my own. He has great attention to detail and the lab he uses does as well. Investing money into your smile can be nerve wracking. You can trust Dr Weida will listen to your wish list and give you what you asked for!

The office staff is friendly, they do good quality work, and Dr. John Weida is simply the best! i would not go anywhere else. I have never been this impressed by a dental office!

I usually don't leave feedback or reviews for bad service but I felt I had to this time. The story started after I lost a small filling, so I scheduled an appointment for as an emergency to get this taken care of before it gets too late. First they insisted that I needed full mouth x-ray to get this little filling done ! (confirm previous review concerning more services more money but no problem here since insurance is paying for it. cool). So after almost an hour with an trainee we finally got the full mouth x-ray done successfully! Bravo. (no problem at to this point i'm very patient) When the doctor come in and did a full exam / inspection he said that the teeth is too big and would need to be rescheduled !!!!! Really ??? I called for an emergency filling not a full mouth x-ray and exam (about 70min)?! and worse the next available exam was after a week. So basically during this two weeks, making story short, my tooth got infected and required a root canal + crown about $1000 out of pocket plus all the hassle. Thank you for the great service.

This was my first time in and I was nervous. From the first moment I walked in the door, I felt the staff cared about me being there. The Front staff was so nice and inviting. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and through with my cleaning, probably the best I've ever had. Lets not forget the Dentist. He took the time to discuss my concerns, really cared about what my next steps need to be, to address some of my concerns. So glad I finally found a Great place to go to~

We have been with Dental Solutions for nearly 4 years now and plan to continue with Dr. Weida even though we are moving an hour away. The staff is pleasant and knows us by name. My two kids have been amazingly agreeable to getting their teeth cleaned, even flossed, without protest because they are so good with kids. In addition, my husband had gotten and will get more advanced dental procedures and we have been very happy with the work and price is fair. Highly recommend this practice for routine and specialty dental care.

Had 5 fillings done today all at once. YIKES! I have always been nervous at dental appts but this office staff and doctor by far are the best I have ever encountered. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely will be my permanent go to dr! If your looking for good quality care, check them out!

This place is a joke. I went in for an appointment a couple of weeks ago. They did x-rays but didn't clean my teeth when I asked why they said that they didn't have any appointments until October for the service. I asked why they didn't tell me that over the phone. They insisted they did however I can assure you they did not. I needed a cavity filled so I made an appointment to get my cavity filled and to get my teeth cleaned. They scheduled me out July. I thought they didn't have any appointments until after October? No problem. I became ill and was unable to make my appointment when I called to reschedule they told me there would be a $90 fee do to me rescheduling. I shouldn't have even had to come in again for the cleaning. And I was never made aware of this policy. The receptionist was condescending in the doctor seemed a bit arrogant and smug. I request my x-rays be sent to my home and I'm looking for another dentist. Overall I wasn't pleased with my experience the first time let alone the second chance they got they blew it.

I got six fillings here that I was told I needed and paid for the service in full at that time. Two weeks later, I was still experiencing excruciating pain in my mouth in each of the places fillings were placed. After calling and being told that the dentist and staff were taking multiple weeks off in a row for the holiday season, I decided to get my mouth re-checked at a different dentist other than the one at Dental Solutions. The new dentist informed me after looking at my X-rays from before and after fillings were done that he would have advised against getting ANY of the places filled. He also mentioned that the reason I was in pain was because the filling material had not been properly smoothed after filling so some of it had chipped away in places. To top it off, I received a bill two months after my appointment at Dental Solutions stating I had not paid my bill in full. This place is just out for the money and they do not care to retain patients or even give proper healthcare.

This is a great place to go - highly recommended. The facilities here are top notch as well. You can even watch TV above your chair as work is being performed if it helps take your mind off of the work being done.

Dr. Weida and his staff have been professional, gentle and courteous with me and my family. My small children previously went to another pediatric dentist and never left there without crying and in pain. That office also would not allow parents to be with their child as they were being seen by the dentist. Dental Solutions is much different. Parents are allowed to be by their child's side during the process and the staff makes everyone very comfortable. Each chair has a monitor for watching almost any movie you would like to see. The kids have a much more positive attitude now whenever it's time for a dental visit. The process is very quick from the time you check in until you walk out the door. If you are new to the area or are looking to make a change with your dental care I would not hesitate in recommending Dr. Weida and dental solutions for you and your family.

The Doctor and Staff are very friendly, professional and kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend my family and friends come here also. I had decay under a crown that was placed years ago by another dentist, had it removed and replaced by Dr. Weida today, I did not feel the numbing shot and have no pain what so ever. Excellent care. 2016 - Awesome again!! Highly recommend to all that want excellent dental care!!

I've had a root canal and other work done here about 3+ years ago. Every single tooth that this place worked on is now bad. Either needs crowned, and the tooth I got a root canal on has a broken crown! I spent over a $1000 on ONE procedure at this place only to have to repair my teeth again. The way they do crown is so messed up. In my opinion I think it's better to wait a few days while a quality crown is made rather than print it out in the next room in 20 minutes. Try another dentist!!!

Amazingly efficient and helpful staff. Pleasant and friendly. They've created an environment where you can feel at ease and comfortable while being examined. Unbeknownst to them, the room I was shown to had the TV show Friends playing, which made my experience even greater as it's my favorite TV show. It always puts a smile on my face and Dental Solutions of Avon was more than willing to help make that smile better. It's unfortunate that they aren't able to work with customers who aren't in a great financial position. Not everyone can immediately afford the work they may need done, even the work that isn't just cosmetic. We'll have to look for a service provider that's a little more friendly to those that need assistance with payment options/financial help.

A few weeks ago I visited Dental Solutions for my yearly check up and one filling. I had a great experience for one more time. I didn't have any delay with my appointment. The girl who took the x-rays and did the first part of the check up was extremely professional, she knew what she was doing and she was very friendly. Dr. Weida did the filling and checked everything before we finished the appointment and as always, he was professional, explanatory, helpful and friendly.... After spending many thousands of dollars to many dentist, I am very happy that finally I found a dentist who I can trust and I am not afraid to visit.... Don't judge people by the color of there skin and believe we don't have insurance, then talk to us as if we can't understand what your saying. Only for dental solution to knows what type of insurance I have which is Federal BCBS one of the best plus a 2nd type of insurance. Not once did they ask if I was okay or about my service.

I used to come here for years. After changing jobs the receptionist told me that I was covered under my insurance to get fillings. Around a week later I got a letter in the mail telling me that I had to pay for the fillings out of pocket. I’m not sure where the miscommunication was but I would not have done the fillings if they didnt tell me I was good to go. After fighting with the insurance company the amount due had to go to collections. And because of that now I can’t get an appointment. Very misleading
