As someone who will go through an extreme amount of pain from broken teeth, and impacted wisdom teeth where I'd have to take OTC for months because of the pain, and because no way was I ever going to the dentist! I emailed 10+ dentists in the city to see if there was anyone who could deal with people with high anxiety when it comes to dental offices. And Dr. Dehner was one of them(out of two! Other one didn't do IV though). I can't exclaim how thrilled I am going to them now. It's a much longer drive than most people would make for a dentist, but I don't care. Everyone is so caring, sweet, and NEVER look down on you or give you a guilt trip. Another plus that helped with my dental fears, their office does NOT smell like laughing gas. That's my #1 trigger for panic attacks. They even let me schedule appointments by email(phobia of talking on the phone). I can't say enough good things about them. I'm crying a bit, they are truly amazing. <3

I can't say enough about the friendly, courteous, professional, and expert service I receive from Dr Behner and his staff. The front desk staff is cheerful and efficient, and my dental hygienist, Laura, goes the extra mile to make sure my sensitive teeth are cleaned with care to eliminate any possible discomfort. She expertly recommended the desensitizing gel to pre-treat the tricky areas, keeping me completely comfortable and relaxed throughout my exam. Dr Behner has a wonderful chair-side manor, and he provides prompt, expert, skilled, and gentle care.

Today I popped in unannounced because of substantial pain that occurred during Thanksgiving. They didn't bat an eye, got me in the back as soon as a chair was free and took xrays to find out what was wrong. Chipped my front tooth on Monday and immediately called the best dentist there could possibly be. They got me in quickly and got me fixed up. I had some dental/surgery work done and at the time was covered by TWO insurances. I was assured that the cost of the procedures would be taken care of by the insurance. If one wouldn't cover the entire cost then they would submit the rest of the cost to the other insurance. I went ahead with the procedure and after it was completed I was told that one insurance was not going to cover the cost. The staff and I were both confused due to the fact that the insurance had said they would cover it. The office even said that they had a recording over the insurance company saying it would be covered and that they would look into it. A few weeks later I had a bill for $900 saying I had to pay and that while the dentist office agrees with me and that I wasn't in the wrong I still had to pay. The office was nice and the staff was friendly, but there is no way I'm supporting a business that works like that. My experience was probably a fluke but it felt very deceiving.

My technician was amazing and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and what it meant. She also was sensitive to my needs as she was working in my mouth. The staff is awesome. Front desk is always so welcoming and friendly. To reschedule if necessary isn't a problem. They are always fun to chat with if you have to wait. The hygienist are gentle and not pushy by any means. They do well to keep you occupied by talking with you when they have their hands in your mouth. (always found this more of a humorous one way conversation but they do a good job). Mr. Behner is a great dentist who advises well and maintains the comfort level brought in from the hygienist. Only downside is the yearly x-rays when you have a gag reflex. Wish they had the 360 x-ray machine in this instance. However they have a bit of patience with you even if you have to try it 20 times. :)

This office is BY FAR THE BEST dentist office I have ever been to! The entire staff is amazing and incredibly accommodating! The first time I called to inquire about getting some bonding work done, Sheridah was extremely informative and enthusiastic about coming in! She explained the process and everything I needed to do before making an appointment. Once I made one and came in for my complimentary consultation, Britney was there to greet me. She is such a sweetheart!! Whatever you need, she is there to help! And her personality is the greatest :) After getting checked in, I met Lisa in a small conference room to discuss what my goal was for the bonding process. Lisa agreed that the process was a go and could be successful! THOSE WORDS WERE LIKE GOLD!!! My expression was priceless! I couldn't believe it was possible =D The last person I got to meet was the famous Dr. Behner... and he is the BEST!!!! Very careful about what he does, very gentle and doesn't hurt you at all, and seriously one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Obviously, I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office to anyone and everyone that just wants to have a great experience all around!!!

I was deathly afraid of dentists before Dr. Behner. He fixed me up 100% and never felt a thing. I started by using Iv sedation then felt comfortable with him and moved to oral sedation. I never remember anything he does and there is never any pain. I would consider no sedation with how great he is.
