I walked in the minute they opened. I needed an emergency tooth extraction. The Dr. was leaving on vacation in four days. Regardless, Everyone on staff welcomed me, took the time to go over things.They even sat down and helped me figure out how to get the emergency service even though I had no dental insurance. The extraction was quick and painless all while enjoying cable tv in the chair. Top notch staff and equipment. If I could give six stars, I would.

The team at Dental Care of Shelbyville is awesome! I felt welcomed and very comfortable. They were very thorough with my examination, yet still respectful of my time. My teeth felt great after my cleaning. Dr. Delacruz-Wright did a filling on me too. It's been difficult for me to get numb in the past by other dentists. She was patient and kind with me. I ended up being extremely numb and in no pain or discomfort during the entire procedure.

I am recommending this office to all of my family and friends! The have treated me like I am part of their family. Dr. Arsenault and his team GAVE ME BACK MY SMILE. I just got 4 crowns in the front and can't believe how different I feel when I smile!!!!! They have taken away my fear of the dentist chair. They are awesome!!!!!!!!

I've been going here since 2014 and not to mention I spent a lot of money on my teeth which by the way is paid for.. However my recent cleaning bill was sent to collections when in the past I would receive a courtesy call. I am very displeased by this action. If it weren't for that this is a great dental place very clean and friendly staff for the most part.

I had a tooth extraction and they did a very fantastic job two people are very very nice I would go there again I only have one complaint I believe they charge way too much for an exam one x-ray $89 people like me on Social Security just don't have the money I had to wait for over a year before I could have my tooth extracted couldn't save enough money up so I had to put it on a credit card which I can't afford but I was in so much pain I had no choice if they would stay open more than 3 days a week I believe they wouldn't have to charge so much that's the only complaint I have the work that they do is really fantastic I really do like going there so they treat you so nice I guess they have to pay for their overhead but I really do like the people there the dentist at did my extraction is really fantastic and I still have no pain as much as Dig Dug my tooth out it still does not hurt once again I think this place is very awesome

Decided on new Dentist so I go here. Had a root scaling done by former dentist in recent but was told by the hygienist that I needed one @ $500. Another employee told me ins insurance would not pay with numbers of test not being bad. Well, numbers not bad but I need it anyway. Also Dentist seemed uninterested and short after I told him I could only afford what ins would pay right now. Too many offices out there to put up with this BS.

Great team, seems like they care. A bit pricy and trying to have communication with this office has nearly been impossible the last few weeks. Plus, hours aren't posted on door and they occasionally close early. More to come......I've had some issues with their answering service, not good. The employees are nice and the building is awesome, the 2 stars is because I go up there because I have a wisdom tooth that's coming in and they literally did nothing, why have me wake up early to go up there (I get off work at 1am) for them to just look at it when they knew before coming up there that I'm in pain and I cant sleep, I could've saved the gas money and go somewhere else but a lot of places dont take my insurance. Just wish they told me before hand that they can't do wisdom teeth extraction

By far the best Dentist I have ever had. I was feeling nervous about having my teeth worked on and having the injections in my gums. Dr. Ray is absolutely amazing!! He talked me through the whole process and when he numbed me, I did not feel anything. I would recommend him to everyone. Everyone in this office is very pleasant, nice, caring and professional.

I was in the office today for my 6 month cleaning. As always the staff are prompt and accommodating. The hygienists are highly skilled, and thorough, but still manage to get you in and out quickly. The doctor always asks about any concerns, then double checks the hygienists work, and then they schedule you for your next appointment. Very pleased with the service I receive with every visit.

Called in to schedule an exam and follow up appointment, the receptionist is EXTREMELY RUDE. She spoke to me in such a condescending tone and began to raise her voice, I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but I certainly would not have someone ruining business with her attitude. I ended up going down the road and definitely did not have any issue scheduling an appointment. Save the headache and don’t call in.
