Great people. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Wadas took the time to answer questions and explained the options clearly. NO PAIN!!! I had the option of 3 levels of pain prevention and could request an increase or change if needed. The technician was excellent. Best I’ve ever had. Costs were explained fully in advance. I was able to pay for the treatment on the day it was done. No long term, pay in advance before I received treatment required. Options for paying were available. I’m actually looking forward to my future visits.

I find that Dr. Boehm and her assistants took time to explain all the procedures that I had completed. Her assistants explained all the pros and cons of the procedures so that I could make an independent decision on my own. I never felt there was any pressure to do anything that I didn't feel comfortable whether it be physically or financially. Her staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Boehm has great communication with her assistants and hygienist and they work very well together. I would rate like this place 6 stars if possible !

The crowns and filings that I've had done were well performed and look nice, the time will show how they'll hold up. The cleanings and checkups are thorough and friendly. I come here with no negative feelings and this by itself is a big praise for a dentist's office, in my opinion :)

I have always had a positive experience going to this dentist prior to today. My hygienist has always been very nice and thorough when she has done the cleaning and my dentist was always very helpful. My dentist recently left this location to another closer to her home. While I really liked her, my wife and I stayed at the current location. My wife had scheduled to have her wisdom teeth removed today. Over a month ago x-rays were taken and the new dentist told her that she could remove them and she would not need to go to a specialist. Today at 8:00 AM, the day of the procedure, she was called and told that she would have to reschedule with a specialist because the dentist looked at the x-rays and decided not to do the procedure. She has been having problems with her wisdom teeth and she has been trying to work on scheduling this for over a month. She is very busy at work and it is difficult for her to schedule time off right now. The dentist acted unprofessionally and we are no longer going there.

UNEASY ABOUT NEW PRACTICE (Dental Care at Plainfield Crossing): After moving to Indy, I was glad to see Dental Care's $59 introductory offer that covers cleaning and X-rays. Their new facility and staff created a good first impression. However, the exam that I expected to last 30 or 45 minutes ended up being a two-hour ordeal with so many X-rays that I became worried about the amount of radiation, especially when several pictures had to be retaken. I was also concerned by all the extra procedures they tried to talk me into, including something I'd never heard of: deep cleaning (the “cheapest” of the recommended procedures). The deep cleaning alone costs over $900 and requires special follow-up visits at $160. (Since then, the highest price I've found for deep cleaning at other dental offices is $450 - half of what Dental Care charges.) Dental Care does have the latest equipment, including lasers, so maybe their fees are in line with the high-tech goodies, but I'd rather save money with traditional methods and equipment, especially since reports favor the traditional method of deep cleaning.* All of my life, I've gone to respected dentists with large established practices, but they've never recommended any of the actions that Dental Care has. (Have my teeth deteriorated a lot since my last exam or did my former dentists - in two cities - overlook something?) The staff at Dental Care may be 100% correct in my diagnosis. However, I was taken aback by their rather pressured approach. I've decided to get a second opinion. *I googled the term and was surprised to learn that some dental practices have been “hard selling” services like deep cleaning that may be overcharged and/or unnecessary. Deep cleaning (traditionally known as “scaling and root planing”) is a legitimate procedure - if you have gum disease.

I was most excited, and impressed with the visit to Dental Care at Plainfield. This was my first visit and everyone had smiles on their faces' the office had a comfortable, warm down to earth atmosphere. The front office staff was so helpful with all the information that I needed to give as well as any billing information I may have needed for future reference. The dental technician was amazing! She was gentle, caring, considerate,concerned about what I thought and felt. The Dentist Dr. Wadis was just as caring and nice. I highly recommend them for your Dental needs. This location promotes a $59.00 exam, x-ray, and teeth cleaning. My main reason I came in was to get my teeth cleaned. They don't clean your teeth under the gums. Teeth cleaning is teeth cleaning. I didn't ask for half a service. If you want your teeth clean under the gums will cost you more. They quoted me different deals from a range of $300 to $600 extra just for cleaning my teeth under the gums. Basically it's a half fast job with a bate and switch deal. I never been to a dentist office that cleans half my teeth until now. I ended up finding a dentist that finish their job right less than their $300 + quote. Their $59.00 deal is a scam just to get you in again so they can clean your teeth under the gums. I just realized another person gave this clinic a 2 star rating. I agree with this customer with the 2 star rating below.

I have known about this office for a while now. They along with two other offices send out new patients deals. I opted to use the coupon for a cleaning, exam, x-rays. That is $59 and it's comprehensive. One of those things you only do every other year. $400 is what it would normally cost. On top of that, at the end of my appointments I was informed about a $50 Buy in that you can do, and your services will be cheaper in the future. The $50 gets you the reduced prices for eight Roman., so if you do the usual 6-month cleanings, you will make that money right back so that was their deal to get you to stay and make appointments. You give up the $50 so that you have a little bit of skin in the game, and your loyalty will pay off with it looks like about $120 worth of savings over just to cleanings and exams per year. The pricing for some of the services that I was shown today seem to be on par with most places, and perhaps just a tiny bit cheaper. That's great, because it means out of the few dentist offices that are nearby I'm getting the best deal. The building is nice, modern, and contemporary. The equipment they use seems to be the latest technology, the first time I've ever seen this and it's been awhile since I've been to a dentist, but they have a 3D tooth mapping device that is a wand that they wave on the inside of your mouth around all your if your teeth and you get this comprehensive 3D picture of all your teeth on the screen. The picture that you see on the screen kind of looks like something you would see under an electron microscope. The actual cleaning of the teeth was very thorough. It also included a tiny waterjet device that was used to do the initial cleaning, and it's job was blasting away plaque and tartar. This is something I've never experienced before and it was great. So the short of the story is that the place is great, has what seems to be very knowledgeable and competent people, latest and greatest technology, the pricing is great for those of us who pay for all of our own Dental Services instead of using insurance, and they even have a reduced-cost program that pays for itself right through regular six-month cleanings. Everything in this paragraph is a reason why you would want to pick this place.
